Interesting that attitude of staff has lots of complaints in the reviews. I've stopped going to this one due to being ignored for over 5 minutes twice when walking in and wanting to order

Very Rude staff and not full meniu available. I enter the store at 15:51 and ask the lunch time deals and she told me has run out of time. When I check the time and read the advert on windows was until 4 clock she roll her eyes and she ask me “which wrap you want “ with her voice up. I take a medium pizza and I ask two time to be with “ less pizza sauce” but they don’t make it as you ask and they put extra sos. Never gonna order again from them.

I ordered nearly 70 pizzas for a work event, all sizes and options from the menu and I must say that everything went very smoothly. All delivered on time, nothing was missing, food was well packed and tasty. Staff members and their manager were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use them again.

Waited 40 minutes from ordering on the app and watched my pizza go cold on the side from when it was ready 30 mins ago. Was met with a disgusting attitude from the lady working when complaining that it had been ready and not served. Customer service is shocking won’t be going again.

No such thing 2 for 1 Tuesday they give you a 11.99pizza and If you want the free one they give you another 11.99 one and charge 23.98

Staff attitude is appalling, refuse to pass you to a manager when they mess up and don’t deliver your order correctly, refused a refund for missing items and told 40 minutes is acceptable to wait for missed items. Joke of a store. Should be closed down and have a company that can handle the work go in to the unit.

Just average, very little sauce on the last few pizza's I have had including missing extra topping.

Very rude and helpful attitude stinks

The attitude of the staff in this establishment has never been great, but it just gets worse the more you go in. Never a smile or a hello, however my children love a dominos, and as one of my children is autistic keeping her happy is important. However they have decided that they will not under any circumstances do a half and half pizza. Obviously putting one topping on only half the pizza is so horrendously difficult!!! My daughter unfortunately burst into tears and there was no help, sympathy or any empathy whatsoever from the staff. I managed to eventually calm her and convince her to order a plain margarita but then I waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged to order. Then to be told the offer I wanted could only be ordered on my phone. They wanted me to stand there and order in front of them to get the deal. They couldn’t read the extremely uncomfortable and upsetting situation I was in and just do it at the till. It felt as though they were deliberately being awkward. I’ve only lived in the Cotswolds a short time and I’ve been overwhelmed with how polite and friendly everyone is. The staff in this domino’s are the polar opposite and it’s so disappointing. I had to leave and will never return. My daughter was absolutely distraught.

It’s dominos, you know what you are getting

This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered from Cirencester domino’s on the app and every time we are missing items from the order. what was missing was redelivered the first time ,2nd time was told I would get a refund that never came and now ordered tonight 2 items missing and was told it would be redelivered 40mins later nothing so rang back a really rude lady on the phone told me she couldn’t find the delivery on the system so couldn’t do anything if they find it they mite refund me after spending over £100 a time the customer service and delivery should be better than this don’t think we will be ordering again from domino’s

Ordered for collection, the pizza tracker said my 2 pizzas were ready, went into the store to collect, it took 10 minutes for a member of staff to speak to me with multiple staff looking at me and walking past, all while shouting and swearing at eachother. When I did get served they said one pizza would take 2 more minutes. 45 minutes later I received the other pizza waiting a total of 1 hour 15 minutes for 2 pizzas, I complained but I didn’t even get an apology, just the excuse that they were short staffed, we were the only customers and they where stood around arguing. All in all terrible service food was cold by the time we got it, and I doubt we will be returning again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I rang this store enquiring about the possibility of having pizza delivered, and was left on hold for forty minutes before a member of staff picked up with a very rude tone, and told me that delivery was not possible to my address. If I had had a more swift response, I could have travelled to the store and picked up in person, but this experience has lost you a customer. Shame on you. Never again.

Awful pizzas, massively overpriced junk, consisting mainly of tasteless, lardy bread. Goodness knows where they get the "cheese", possibly offcuts from a plastic factory? Only buy here if you hate food and money.

Recently I ordered side order and it was so good. Order completed in time and quality wise also great.

And absolute joke!! Driver just delivered my pizza couldn’t find me must be a new driver as never have any problems the. Once he gave me my food he told me they wouldn’t be delivering to this address anymore as it’s to hard to find! Also called me names as he was walking back to he’s car

made an order on the 5th of Sept, waited an hour, nothing was delivered, I called only to be told, there was a mistake, I requested for refund, received no money, called customer service they assured me my money will refunded so I should wait 3-5 working days, which I did! Still no money! I called back only to be told manager is yet to approve my refund! so I have to wait another 3-5 working days, how do you take my money quickly but have to go through hell to get it back?! very poor Service plus customer service still waiting for my money please sort it out

Delicious fresh ‘mighty meaty’ and ‘pepperoni passion’ pizza, both utterly delicious, with superb base and topping. Speedy service! Will definitely re-order and highly recommend Domino’s Pizza! 🏆

The food was thrown into the boxes. Barely any toppings on the pizza and because the site wasn't working we had to phone in the order. The server appeared to be in a bad mood, was quite rude and it was ridiculously expensive. Horrible experience.

Pathetic service,pizza arrived 40min without the drinks.And then 30min later when the drinks arrived my kids have finished eating and were in bed.Never order from Dominos again.So disappointed.

Friendly staff and great service.

Pizza is good (as always and expected), however, we waited 40 minutes along with other customers, all sat in our cars using the “collect from car” option. After this I had to go in and collect myself. “Collect from your car” option is great, I just wish they wouldn’t post it as an option if they can’t provide! Food was nice though! :)

Upon delivery the dough used in store is put on the floor outside, making contact with the floor, and re stacked on a pile so that the dough on the floor was placed mid top of the pile dripping dirty rain water and bacteria on to food products being used to make your food, having worked in food and hospitality for years this is not procedure and completely violates EHO standards

Fast delivery fast turn around when collecting

Consistently good food, always up to standard. Occasionally timing is a little misleading; when they are very busy, they tell you 15 minutes waiting and its sometimes double that - dont take what it says on the instore screen as gospel! However, delivery has always been consistent and surprisingly quick. Now - my main point. The delivery drivers are, more often than not, the most friendly, helpful and cheerful drivers I have ever encountered. For the first time, this evening, I had no cash whatsoever and couldn't tip the guy. I usually tip at least 15% so I was apologetic and explained my predicament to the driver, who immediately put me at my ease and, with a huge smile, assured me that it wasn't a problem in any way. Not many would react so positively. The drivers really seem to enjoy what they do! So, if you happen to work delivery at Domino's in Cirencester, know that you are extremely appreciated, even if we cant always show it. Domino's should be proud to have these guys representing the brand.

Been trying to get hold of these guys since 23:20, when they have an advertised closing time of 00:00. I know its last minute, but they repeatedly picked up the phone, and then put it down again, and it even sounded like they were banging it off the counter at times. After the first few tries, they just started ignoring the phone all together. They obviously don't care about what they do, and that probably reflects on their food. With that in mind, if you care at all about your digestive system, I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this place. Either way, it's saved me roughly £40 on an order I'm glad I couldn't place.

Garlic bread was covered in oil and slipped out of my hand and I had to chase it around the carpet while the pizza itself (pepperoni) was as stiff as a board and cold. Don't even want to eat it now, can I recommend you turn your ovens up lads?

Giving them 1 star as can't do 0, friend ordered and paid for a pizza £16 been waiting over 1.5 hours and they won't answer their phone. Waste of time and money never using them again. Have to try and get the money back as well.

Ordered a half and half. The way that it was cut looked like it was cut by 3year old with a plastic knife. Pizza tasted ok. But the wedges were stone cold. The delivery child was rude and extremely bad mannered all because he couldn't find us and my wifes phone had died so couldn't reach her on it. Seriously not my problem. He then slammed my communal front door waking my child. Its service like this that stops people from visiting or ordering from places. Come on papa John's open one in cirencester.

It's Domino's what more can you say.

They forgot to put anything hot on my tandoori hot pizza. So I had to take it back the next day to get a replacement, which was very a disappointing inconvenience. They replaced the pizza, but this is the first pizza I have returned to dominoes, ever.

Worst Dominos franchise I have ever been to! The last 3 times I have ordered from here they have got it wrong. Most recently I ordered online to collect at 7pm. I arrived 5 mins early & was told it would be ready on time. When it was meant to be ready I was told that the wedges were missing from my order & it would be another 6 minutes. The member of staff didn’t seem to care or be bothered. When I finally got my food the garlic pizza bread dough was raw & not cooked, the pizza was warm at best & the wedges I had waited for weren’t even cooked properly. How hard is it to follow the simple franchise model & menu that is used by other stores all over the world? I’m surprised Dominos are happy with such a poor franchise. It’s not worth the money & there are far better takeaways in Cirencester that actually want your business & cook there own food properly unlike Dominos!

The fact that the staff do not know what Veggie supreme pizza is, is disgusting. Dominoes need to employ more educated staff. Disgraceful.

Pizza was delivered after 90 minuten and 3 phone calls. No excuses.

Appaling service. Ordered on line. Asked for collection at 1830. Was told it was ready at 1820. Arrived to find the staff talking amongst themselves. Completely ignored. After a couple of minutes someone slumped ul to the till and just went "yes". My girlfriends pizza had onion stuck all over the bottom of the box and inside. Worrying considering she didnt ask for any onion. Arrived back home to find the food cold and part of our order missing. Phoned up to complain. Amd someone with a toddler's grasp of English half apologised and just said it will be refunded no apology. For the price they charge and the simplicity of the food I find it hard they manage to get it so wrong.

The worst dominos Iv ever been too. - found hair in my pizza, not on top, actually in between the melted cheese, rang to complain and the staff were heard in the background saying ‘what do we do’ there was no management there and we’re unsure on how to deal with a complaint. The best they could offer was a free pizza next time I visit. Would you visit again for a hairy pizza? Eventually I got a refund, but customer service and food was awful.

Horrific. The delivery man dropped my meal leaving me hungry. Still no sign of him after waiting over an hour, rang them 4 times and no answer. I will never be going back to dominoes after this 👍🏼

Absolutely shambolic! Worst dominos I’ve ever been too! From first ordering to arriving it took 20 mins which was almost a bit worrying how they could do it that fast! The pizza had barely any cheese on it and looked like it had been made hours before then reheated! Very disappointing do NOT go here. Didn’t ring up to complain as on holiday.

Rang up to order a collection, i found it very difficult to understand the person on the phone. I arrived at the store to find my pizza ready for collection. Their (very new looking) Coca-Cola fridge wasnt working so my bottle of coke was almost as warm as the pizza! The pizza hadn't had much care whilst being made it was sloppy at best which for £15 isnt acceptable. The store is very clean and tidy and its still very new inside but this is all pointless as the staff are grotesquely abrupt with little to no people skills or customer service. My order number and price was the only 2 words used during my visit.

Good value with the get one free promotion. I ordered online and collected. I arrived about 10 minutes early just as it was cooked, it might have been cold if I turned up at the agreed time. The taste was good with plenty of topping. I'd use again but only at half price, full price is far too expensive for what you get.

Pizza took over an hour to arrive, woman on the phone at dominos was very unhelpful & when I pressed about why the driver wasn't here yet she hung up.

Please don't use Dominos in Cirencester if it's important that your pizza arrives on time. Reporting awful service which wrecked my son's 10th birthday party. I ordered delivery online, and called to check that the store was clear on where to deliver. When the pizza was more than 20 minutes late, and 12 hungry boys had been waiting to eat, I called the store again. They put me in touch with the driver who was lost and could not speak understandable English. Hugely frustrating conversations resulted in me asking the driver to stay where he was and I would come to him. I drove 10 minutes to get to him, called him, and he then said he was in a different (but still not the right) place. We were now more than half an hour past the delivery time. I again asked the driver to stay where he was and drove there. When I arrived, he wasn't there. Now 45 minutes late - and missing my son's birthday party - I called the store who said the driver had now had an accident and was returning to the store. I asked what I should do and the store said 'well I don't know what I am supposed to do about it'. I do hope the driver wasn't hurt. My son and his friends were really hungry and had no birthday tea. Accidents do happen and again I do hope the driver was not hurt. However, being in the wrong place three times, being unable to communicate, and missing the delivery altogether is unacceptable.

Quick friendly service and great pizza.

We got our pizzas on a Sunday evening and when we went to pick them up they were sat on the side, when we opened them at home we had to reheat them in the oven. If I wanted a pizza I had to cook myself I would have gone to the supermarket earlier and bought one. Not on dominoes. I have used the one in Swindon for many years and never had a problem but this one was not good.
