Great restaurant..Staff very friendly...Food was also very good...even with more than 10 people, the food was there quickly and still hot..The ambience was also very nice...the guest feels very comfortable there ☆☆☆☆☆

Definitely the best pub around here! Some of the friendliest staff in London and lovely service. On top of that, fantastic atmosphere. Right by the river as well. Alex, one of the bar staff, is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. 100% would recommend

Having family nearby we would normally plan a trip for meal to waterfront due to excellent location but recent experience was quite awful. Tried to order childs sausage & chips to be told no pork sausages so changed and then requested adults sausages and mash which was fine at time of order but subsequently told after paying no sausages either!!! Got most of our order bar one meal reasonably quickly and when queried was told that someone had gone to shop to purchase lettuce!! Eventually last meal arrived after everyone else had nearly finished. Unfortunately have had more poor meals in waterfront than good so we as family group will not be back which is disappointing

We are regulars at the waterfront, which we usually really enjoy going to! Not sure if a change in management but service was chaotic, staff all huddled together and swearing - a real lack of effort or care. Drinks were made wrong; we ordered margarita spritz but got mojito spritz made with tequila. I get that sometimes it’s easy to drop the ball during the lull of a busy shift, but it really isn’t a good look.

Abysmal service, booked for dinner and ended up walking out.

Alfie was amazing. We weren’t the exactly the easiest bunch but he was patient and did everything with a smile. Was really impressed with his service. 10/10

Visited this place this evening to grab some dinner and a couple drinks. Myself and my girlfriend sat outside at first and enjoyed our drinks. Great view and atmosphere. But at 16 pounds for 1 330ml bottle of beer and 1 aperol spritz I'd expect as much. We then went inside to eat and given that it's a Sunday we both went for the Chicken roast. I also tried to order us a side each of Stuffing but was told that it had ran out. Not the end of the world but I then tried to order a full fat coke and was told that wasn't available either. The roast was OK. It tasted pretty good and it was nice to finally eat somewhere where they didn't overcook the chicken and undercook the vegetables. Not really enough Gravy but at the time we didn't consider it anything to complain over as we mostly enjoyed the meal. However when I got home I had another look at their menu, and through the list of what's included in all their roasts, I realised that a couple of items were missing (mainly the parsnips). After mentioning this to my partner she also highlighted that her meal didn't come with any Carrots whilst mine had. Overall not a terrible experience. But after paying 60 quid for two incomplete meals, 3 drinks, and a somewhat indifferent level of service it's highly unlikely we'll be back.

Service was at the top, delicious food, wonderful place, unforgettable experience.

The ambiance was inviting, the service attentive, and the view of the river Thames truly enhanced the experience. It's a perfect place to relax and indulge in delicious treats while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Just a quick beer here whilst on a walk. Lovely place and looked lovely. Large area outside under sun umbrellas with heaters if needed, right on the Thames. Well worth a go. Menu and food liked good but we didn't try it.

Great food and helpful service. Relaxing on the terrace with some Provence rose was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon

Really disappointed with the service. It was a Tuesday night so not a particular busy evening. The service was appalling. We were a group of 8 and we all ordered our food. Some of the dishes arrived within 10 minutes. 3 dishes didn’t arrive for over an hour. When we enquired as to where they were, we were told 10 minutes. After another half an hour, still no food! The rest of the party finished their food finally an hour and 40 minutes later the remaining 3 dishes arrived! When we expressed our disappointment the manager just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Wouldn’t go back again.

Had a wonderful evening. Booked for for dinner and received the most wonderful, warm welcome, service and experience we could have hoped for. Food was incredible, quick to be served, and left us wanting to return. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. A must visit if you are in Wandsworth!

Does what it says on the tin, waterfront pub with outdoor seating overlooking the Thames river. Good place to spend a summers evening with friends. There are a few TVs dotted about the place showing the sport when a big game is on. Mixture of seating and relaxed sofa areas.

Amaizng views and sunny spots perfect for the great weather out. Nice choice of wines, burger was good quality too. Unfortunately stuff messed my friends drinks and we waited for long time for drinks to be delivered to the table therefore taking one point for this

We have come to this restaurant few times already but today (29/06) was really bad. The food took 90min to arrive! We had young children who felt asleep before the food arrived as it was so late. I told the manager few times about this. We tried to order some extra drinks and the lady at the bar said they were not offering more cocktails at that time at night (22h). I tried to ask then for some tap water for a table of 6 and the guy at the bar told me he was too busy and he could only offer me a glass of tap water. Then I asked again to another bartender and he just took a dirty bottle from the top of the bar left by other customers , re-filled it and gave it to me. Sorry but this is not hygienic. To make things worse, my trout fillet was off so I could not eat it. When I asked for the bill the bartender gave it to me to snatched back quickly after 10 seconds and broke it in front of my eyes without saying a word. He just told me to put the credit card and pin number. I was left speechless. Hope management will take this review seriously and take action to improve things as it is a pity such a nice place has a bad customer service.

Staff were nice but looked very tired and uninviting for a sunday evening in the summer. The food was OK, but nothing amazing. The mozarrlla is mozarella, not burrata as advertised. Also the staff is not well versed in dietary restrictions.

It's a great spot to catch up with the friends for a drink or meal. Love the atmosphere and, of course, the fact that it is by the riverside. 🙂

Excellent location - good attention from the staff. For a premium spot may need a bit more sprucing. But the Sunday roasts are just not fit for purpose or value for money at all. Drinks are priced to be seen with ...

Together with my friends we decided to have roast at Waterfront! We decided to try chicken, beef and trio. Oh my God! Absolutely delicious! The best gravy ever. Perfect amount of roast vegetables. Beautiful crispy potatoes! Definitely I will come back for more! Service was fast. Stephen was superb!

Sunday roast was excellent. Even the yorkshire pudding was tasty!

Rude staff, do not recommend Took them 20 minutes to pour a glass of wine and a Guinness and charged me for eating the olives that were on there bar It's a shame, it's a lovely spot ruined by the staff who think they're better than the customers

Bad food, most of the waiters/waitresses are rude. The weirdness is towards certain people even if those people were old people or families with young kids. This comment is very polite given the reality experienced.

Terrible place, service, staff, and food. Avoid at all cost. Pricey for no reason. The food has no taste and the staff is rude for no reason.

1. Excellent simple mackerel. Absolutely fresh and delicious. 2. 11/6 light lunch a. My first course was a vegetarian tartare topped with crispy flakes of heart of artichoke to crunch with the tartare. That was soft textured, with a carefully curated mix of flavours giving a touch of spice. Unexpectedly delicious...I usually eat beef tartare. b. My main was gurnard a fish I enjoy very much, with a small selection of vegetables. Again perfectly cooked retaining the freshness and tenderness of the fish. And as I had asked, I was given breath space between first and second courses. The main was freshly cooked when it landed on my table. Thank you. CH Photos to follow

Starters were very over priced. We got lemon chicken to start, which was essentially three chicken goujons, over cooked and dry, for £12! Strangely with a pesto dressing and cherry toms, it seemed confused. The pesto was nice but did not belong on the plate and should have gone with a fresh bruschetta or fresh pasta. Cheese burger.. really good!! Super nice cheese which was melted and slightly crisp, more of this! Patty was good quality, juicy and well cooked 🙏 Dessert we got the cheesecake, which was more of a "cheesecake", it was basically whipped cream in a disk with strawberry on top, again over priced. Alternatively make Eton mess, the same ingredients + Meringue (simple for a chef) and doesn't pretend to be something it isn't! Amazing views and great location!

A 5 star atmosphere in a 5 star location so I expected a 5 star experience. We sat down and ordered but it took a while for our drinks to arrive - that's one whole star deducted. We had these sharer plates that were very fatty and filling. Two of us had brie with oily italian bread and two of us had charcutery with oily Italian bread. It was very nice but I would have thought these sharers were a replacement for a starter but were quite filling and fatty. -I thought I had chosen right with a Chicken Ceasar Salad, and some chips to fill me up - I thought it would be light and I would manage to polish off the chips with no fuss, but the chicken was greasy, the salad was drenched in Caesar dressing to the point that the croutons were not even crunchy. So that's another star deducted - however I suspect the high fat menu is to encourage people to drink more, I feel like deducting two stars but there was a self service cucumber water station which managed to reclaim one of those stars back. Overall very fatty menu, quite pricey too but I'm not from London so I can't speak on that matter. Regards.

Even though I made a reservation, they didn't respond and I worked like a dog and ate trashy food. There was no way around it even though the table I was assigned to was taken over by a walk-in visitor while I was there to buy drinks (I told the staff), the beef and potatoes were hard overcooked, the carrots tasted frozen, and the cabbage tasted terrible. If you still want to go, I have nothing to say. The only thing I like is the riverside view.

I'm confused...where are the Calamari Rings? It's dissapointing that this is the quality of food when ordering a delivery.

Nice place for hard drinks and cocktails

I was walking with my dog when I have discovered this place. The food was nice, lovely river view and outside area. I was served by Alex, who is extremely nice and professional. She was really attentive and friendly. I saw how she was engaging with every visitor and made them feel welcomed. I would say that she made my experience very special.

This is the worst charcuterie board I have ever ordered it cost £25 really disappointing and not even served with butter

Sunday lunch spot not to be missed. We have been to a couple of pubs recently for Sunday lunch and the Waterfront has been the best by far. When we have family visiting we like to treat them to a lovely roast and the Waterfront did not disappoint. Amazing Beef, Yorkshire puddings and the star of the show, delicious gravey. We can not fault the food or the service. A++++++

Went on a Friday evening - there was a terrible wait at the bar, and all the staff were very grumpy and even throwing tantrums. Location is superb though!

What can you reasonably say about a bar that consistently doesn't employ enough staff? The staff seem rushed off their feet, not enjoying their work and you're left with the feeling they'd rather customers weren't there. It can take 15/20 mins to get served at the bar. Then you try to order from the table and that service is unavailable due to them being too busy. Closed at 2230 on a Friday despite the advertised time being later.

Such a great spot! They do a really good Sunday roast but also a good spot to pop in for drinks too on the river that isn’t too slammed. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, just make sure you tip them in cash and not via the service charge. We’ve been twice in the last 6 weeks - will Be back! Note - if you park via the underground parking, it can be tricky to try to get back in - go to the flats entrance and the security will let you in. Pay via card on departure of car park.

This was an outstanding Sunday roast experience. From the welcome from Josh, to the service provided by our waitress, to the quality, presentation and quantity of the food, (best roast beef I have had in a very long time) to Jessica's professional, friendly management, to the beautiful setting overlooking the Thames, this is a truly wonderful place for a relaxing, highly enjoyable and satisfying lunch/dinner. Would highly recommend.

Went for lunch here with a family member as I thought it would be a good place to see the river and local area of wandsworth. The chicken club was quite cold and a faily standard sandwich. The atmosphere was nice infairness but the reason I'm writing this is I just couldn't get over the price of the bill for a standard lunch. Bare in mind I had to go up to the bar to order my food and pay. I was slightly shocked to find out that I can only assume is a 12.5% service charge and then an automatic 10% tip on top. I then was informed after I paid that some local offices get discounts. Disappointed

Eaten a few times here so went for a Roast dinner....what a huge mistake. The whole meal was terrible Yorkshire puddings were so hard and dry they were uneible. Beef says rare but not the way it was served....so rare it was not able to be cut and really fatty. The whole of the meal was like warm. Waited for a member of staff to come over to ask if something was wrong as we left most of the meal. We could eat the veg and that was it. Three staff members cleaned tables around us but did not come to our table as they could see the meal was left when we went to the bar to complain we were told that other people had said the same thing that day. No apology or money off. Such a shame as we like this pub. Maybe time for a new roast dinner chef.

A lovely place just by the river, very light and cozy. Pub-vibes combine nicely with it being children-friendly. It’s away from touristy spots and will be comfortable for several hours long conversations with friends. Their Waterfront burger is delicious, I wouldn’t change nothing in it. Nice variety of drinks, and even Rose wines.

I went to the waterfront for dinner and I must say I thought the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend the beef fillet. I was served by a smiley young man, Josh who made the experience and really looked after us! Can’t wait to come back soon :)

I organised a surprise birthday party for my partner at this lovely pub - the team at The Waterfront were absolutely brilliant and helped with everything from receiving the cake delivery, to lighting the candles, and making sure we were all kept fed and watered. They were extremely friendly, and helped take all the stress out of the organisation! The pub itself has such a lovely atmosphere, with views out to the Thames, and delicious food. Thank you to everyone, particularly Joshua and Caleb (and others working on Tuesday 6th Feb evening) for all their help and hospitality! We'll be back!

Came for Sunday Lunch with a few friends, staff were amazing accommodating us at such short notice and were very friendly and enthusiastic. I opted for the chicken which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, delicious and a good sized portion. My friend went for the beef, she said it was lovely and tender, and super flavourful. Overall a great dining experience, and I'm looking forward to returning soon.

as soon as we arrived nobody spoke to us! We wanted a table to eat they just looked at us and didn’t do anything this wasn’t just one member of staff this was three members , they event approached people after us ( baring in mind it was quiet) never been looked down so badly in my life by members of staff

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness. The staff are very friendly and the venue itself is just amazing to be in. Lovely view and place. Had the pork roast and my god my mouth was watering the whole time. Very delicious. Not a single fault from the visit. Would highly recommend coming here and most certainly be back again. 🤤

This pub by the river is spacious and a great for families and couples alike - a good place for a drink with 3 Beavertowns on tap and good red wine, nice decor and great riverside views in the summer BUT… The food is dreadful these days. The roast (as many have commented here) is poor but the menu items… dear god - the scotch egg tastes like a 5 year old has had free reign of a kitchen for the first time - just random flavours that don’t work together at all, and the Caesar salad, well instead of the anchovies stated on the menu they put honey in, and the chicken was as rubbery as a dead duck. I’ve never had a worse scotch egg and Caesar salad. Such a shame as it’s a great space right on the riverfront.

Pork belly and Caesar salad both excellent. Scallops were delicious. Service was great but not intrusive. Good selection of wine and good wine knowledge by the manager. Lovely venue right on the river. Just moved in so just found my local.
