Lovely staff, very helpful. Table service by our waitress Vaun, was second to none. The food was excellent. With multiple refills for your cups of tea all in the same price.

Just been Sunday 1st, service was poor had to go an ask for the part of my order that didn’t arrive, when they brought the first part of the drinks if they could of thrown they at use they would, drink spilt over the table and on tickets, then went for the carvery food wasn’t the best, condiments where empty and when we was leaving they where still empty, I know it was busy but service is everything

Nice enough place just outside bury , does a good carvery , and seating outside for a sunny day , and you can charge your car using evyve cpo

I went a few days ago and I had a lovely server called Jessica H, she was amazing and so understanding of allergies at the table. Please pass on my regards to this kind server.

Food was great and fresh. Pamela was attentive and even made some toast personally for me when they ran out.

Pam was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and cos she shares a name with my mates Mum, automatic five stars

Vaun and Megan couldn’t do enough for us, they were amazing. Would have given the food 5 stars if they had jam and marmalade, don’t see the point of Yorkshire puddings with breakfast.

I came not to long ago and was served by an amazing girl called kaiya. She had amazing customer service and made the experience very welcoming and pleasant. I had got a carvery and she served me with a great attitude and had a smile on her face the whole time. Great staff and great place to go. Will definitely be returning

Excellent breakfast but when we asked for Jam we was told this has been taken down and replaced with Yorkshire puddings? Which is mind boggling these don’t belong on breakfast otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Went for breakfast today and was not disappointed. The food looked an tasted very good with plenty to choose. The only 2 things better than the food was the excellent reception and service we received from VAUN and MEGAYN we would definitely recommend Waterfold Farm to anyone looking for a great start to their day

Went for the carvery with my 4yr old granddaughter,the broccoli was hard,the Yorkshire pudding was unedable,potatoes swimming in greese.wont be going again.

Visited on Thursday afternoon. Ash behind the bar was really friendly and really put a smile on our faces. Big smile on his face and great customer service! Food was great too

The food was dreadful. Rock hard roast potatoes, burger was a frozen cheap burger with a processed cheese slice and some fries. The woman who took order at bar couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact let alone talk to us. She robotically repeated the phrase about having allergies etc. I won't be back neither will my friends. We'll do better at McDonald's.

One of our fave food places to come to eat with the family, lovely food and friendly staff especially Millie who always goes above and beyond to look after us and make us feel at home!

Carvery very good plenty of choice. Like the way you can choose just what you want. Only one visit is enough. Three meats carved for you then help.your self to various veg including potatoes done various ways.

Carvery was excellent, opted for a lovely apple CRUMBLE with crumbly top. A warmed up apple soup arrived no crumble and when I asked for a new piece the chef said it would turn out the same. False advertising it's not apple crumble it's apple strudel.

Even though it was bank holiday Sunday, there were people constantly coming and going,the staff went out of their way to ensure families found tables and enough seating, the staff were also very polite and friendly too, even though so busy, it was an enjoyable time and being near to the M60 to Stockport I will hopefully be able to call in again with family

Service was average and the place was busy although the tables/menus were grimy and the atmosphere wasnt the most warm/enjoyable. The real issue was the food, genuinely grim. I ordered macaroni cheese and cauliflower wings. The macaroni was like it had been poured out of a tin and was just a bowl of slush. It was really unappetising and after trying one mouthful the rest was left as it tasted watery and bland, the presentation was enough to put me off eating anything else. The cauliflower wings were burnt and tasted like oil. My partner’s carvery was fine although portion size was on the small side. The frustration lay in not having a single staff member check in on how the meal was and no one was available to speak to easily, although I understand it was busy. As the food was already paid for and I was put off anything else, we left. I WISH people could put more effort and thought into non-meat options as the menu was pretty basic and when the food came out it was clear no care had been invested in it. We won’t be visiting again.

Went here today for our Aunties 70th Birthday. We were served by Niamh. She was brilliant So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There were 15 of us and she handled it great. Food was lovely and wait time was perfect. Good work 👏

Came in for a treat tea with my little girl and was greeted by Tom who catered to all our needs. Food was lovely and fresh and puddings look amazing too! Definitely recommend and will be returning. Thanks again Tom for catering to our needs.

We (party of four adults) visited recently and although it was very quiet and almost empty the staff were very attentive and professional. The food was spot on and although I forgot to order one of the sides the staff member brought the item to us free of charge. I cannot praise this place enough. Five sta👌

This evening we had evening dinner at Waterfold Farm and absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, the place felt warm and cozy – the staff made us feel right at home. The food was amazing. Every dish we tried tasted so fresh. The portions were generous, so we left stuffed and happy. We should also give a special shout-out to our server, Tom. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Tom recommended some great dishes from the menu and kept checking on us with a smile. His positive attitude really made the night even better. All in all, Waterfold Farm felt like a hidden gem. Cozy atmosphere, tasty food, and awesome service (thanks again, Tom!). We’ll definitely be back and have already been telling our friends to check it out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, delicious dinner!

Had a lovely visit to Waterfoldfarm Farm for a Sunday carvery with my daughter who is a wheelchair user. I Booked online & was met & greeted & served by two very nice staff members Tegan & Ash. Both was very polite & friendly & very attentive to making sure our needs was met & catered for. Thankyou to both of them. 👍😁.

We were a 75th birthday party, with 9 people, queues for the carvery 10 deep. we all had food and drink, and were asked to leave, saying we had been there 1.5 hours. At this time the restaurant had numerous empty tables.Considering the amount of money we had spent, we were upset and annoyed at being asked to leave before we were ready. We had also been informed that you could not replenish the vegetables, I have never heard that before, as this used to be a usp for carveries.Not impressed, when challenged they said a member of our party was informed of the time limit on a table, but the guest said she had not been informed.

We had a brilliant experience at waterfold farm for our Easter Sunday, the food was lovely, me and my wife both ordered from the main menu. Our waitress Annabelle was so lovely and very professional, couldn't do anything more for us both. She made sure our table was very clean and make sure we had everything we order and asked if we needed anything else. Would definitely come back 100% because of how annabelle was toward us both. Thank you for such a lovely experience annabelle.

We ordered a carvery each and my sister in law ordered macaroni cheese with fries. We had eaten our main meal and ordered a sweet. Our sweet even came before her meal when asked a manager he was quite arrogant in how he responded and raised his voice so other customers were even laughing about our business. The food was below average after her very long wait her meal turned up and had water in

Amazing service was served by tom, we had a big order but he made it easy to order also helped happily to get us some boxes for the huge amazing cakes we couldn't finish! Carvery was amazing man carving the meat i didn't get his name but omg so funny and friendly great experience all round!!

I drove quite far to visit on a Saturday lunchtime, to meet with local friends. It was well worth the drive. The food was great, excellent variety in the carvery option, generous portion sizes, and very reasonably priced. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, we couldn't have asked for better service. Accessible loo was clean and actually accessible (it wasn't used as a storage area, so was free of obstructions, the emergency cable was accessible, and the cubicle had plenty of space). There was step free access and plenty of space to park.

Food was good but staff were a bit ott , literally just sat down and put first mouthful in and was approached by staff asking if everything was ok. Told her yes and she proceeded to stay there trying to talk to the four of us for 6-7 minutes and wouldn't take the hint to leave us alone. Nothing worse than a hovering staff member

Me and my son went for an impromptu carvery this evening (Tuesday). We come to Waterfold Farm fairly frequently as we both love the veg. This evening we had the pleasure of meeting a young man called Tyler who was manning the carvery. Tyler was pleasantly chatty and friendly whilst remaining professional and efficient. What an asset he is! He looked like he really enjoyed what he was doing. Keep up the good work Tyler, it was a genuine pleasure to meet you!

Visited forthe first time yesterday with my mother in law and husband, staff where amazing very polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clea, it was very quiet, but that was perfect for myself. The food was great, we even got desert to take home. Definitely will be visiting again.

This is absolutely insane. I've made an order recently and to be honest had absolutely no expectations, just a tryout from any ordinary takeaway I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY ! the portion I received for no more than like 12-13gbp is outstanding ! Literally, a meal that can be shared between two ! Fantastic mix of meats, carrots, broccoli, salad, baked potatoes, maszed potatoes, cauliflower...my God, the list goes on. ABSOLUTELY love it !!!

We love coming here for our breakfast date. The buffet breakfast never fails to disappoint and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. We was served by Tony today who is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Bar staff (tom) was friendly very welcoming food was nice but had 1 problem and staff there was very helpful in sorting it out straight away

After school, I took the kids out for dinner as a treat. The food was delicious, and we also discovered a charming little soft play area that kept the children entertained. Big thank you to Tom, the friendly gentleman behind the bar, who was incredibly helpful as he guided the kids through the exciting selection of ice cream flavours. His warm demeanour made the experience even more enjoyable! I’m already looking forward to our next visit.
