Visited forthe first time yesterday with my mother in law and husband, staff where amazing very polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clea, it was very quiet, but that was perfect for myself. The food was great, we even got desert to take home. Definitely will be visiting again.

Both Vaun and Tony were helpfull and pleasant . You need pots of jam for the customers!

This is absolutely insane. I've made an order recently and to be honest had absolutely no expectations, just a tryout from any ordinary takeaway I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY ! the portion I received for no more than like 12-13gbp is outstanding ! Literally, a meal that can be shared between two ! Fantastic mix of meats, carrots, broccoli, salad, baked potatoes, maszed potatoes, cauliflower...my God, the list goes on. ABSOLUTELY love it !!!

After school, I took the kids out for dinner as a treat. The food was delicious, and we also discovered a charming little soft play area that kept the children entertained. Big thank you to Tom, the friendly gentleman behind the bar, who was incredibly helpful as he guided the kids through the exciting selection of ice cream flavours. His warm demeanour made the experience even more enjoyable! I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

We love coming here for our breakfast date. The buffet breakfast never fails to disappoint and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. We was served by Tony today who is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Had a fantastic carvery this afternoon whilst out and about with my partner. Lovely food and looked after by a very friendly, helpful, nothing was much kind of lady called Vaun. A credit to GreenKing!!

We visited Saturday evening for dinner with family.. It's a large restaurant, there's a play area for children under 5.. but I think children of all ages were using it! The food was good, served hot and tasty! We ordered using the QR code, which was straightforward, and our food came quickly! Worth a visit for a cheap and tasty meal!

Food almost inedible. Roast potatoes, my favourite part of a carvery, were so hard I thought they were armour plated!

The carvery is great and the ice cream is amazing, also the waitress Pam looked after me during my visit and made me feel very welcome, thank you!

The bean burger was very dry and like a brick, the rest of the food was nice. Tim served us at the bar and was always very pleasant and extremely attentive.

We had dinner with our boys last night. Food was lovely, the boys were happy. Both have additional needs and can struggle in public spaces when busy but our server Jessica was amazing. She was very kind and polite, and very accommodating to the needs of our boys. Thank you again Jessica.

The carvery looked delicious but we opted for a good pub dinner classic overall great experience, was also advised by Jessica about a monthly quiz hopefully we will be back for that. I have eaten at Waterfold Farm several times, and have always enjoyed the experience. There is always a good selection of food and the portions are generous and reasonably priced. The play area for young children is particularly good to have if you have any under fives with you, and there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere whenever I have been there. A shout out to Ash, who took my orders on my latest visit, and was very helpful, getting me a tray for my drink orders. Having said that, all the staff here are very good and make this a really pleasant place to be.

The carvery was good, wide variety of vegetables. The background music was dire. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Me and my sister came for lunch Sunday and was greeted by a lovely lady called hollie. She was very polite and welcoming and seated us at nice table. Food and service was also great.

We brought 3 little ones to have breakfast with Paw Patrol ❤️ All you can eat breakfast and unlimited coffee or tea and the kids eat free. The kids absolutely loved having their photos taken and high fiving the characters who walked round a few times to see everyone. They also loved the play area. We were very well looked after by Niamh & Tony. Would definitely recommend 👏

Been for a family meal that was great and the service was amazing thank you Jess H who was checking up on us and was great with children wish more people was like her they can take a few notes, would come again.

As someone who regularly purchases from this venue, I was disappointed that I was unable to find one clean plate to eat my breakfast from today. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a manager to provide clean plates and remove over 40 dirty ones. Thankfully, the manger was very understanding and apologetic about this and as always, the food and atmosphere was excellent ....

Millie served us at the bar, she was so lovely and especially good with my disabled brother, she was also very helpful, a great experience and I would come again !!

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch recently at The Waterfold Farm. The food and service was very good. Elle was particularly helpful in getting us seated and with the menu.

Came in last night for a meal with the family, the food came great out looking amazing and tasting even better megyn who brought out the meals was a great help and always smiling, kids loved play area and Tom who was our waiter was very intent on making sure our meals were okay and was smiling and making good conversations, would recomend

Came here for evening tea with my Fiance and my little 4 year old child. Was served at the bar by a polite bar man called Tom he was well mannered and very polite. I had a carvery my partner tried one of there burger meals and our 4 year old child enjoyed her chicken piecemeal. We later enquired about booking for Christmas dinner later this year as we hear one of the chefs recommend Christmas lunch to another costomer and that they had already began taking orders this year. So we was greeted by the on duty manager called Ash who explained everything to us so why we was there we decided to book there and then for Christmas 2025 dinner. Can I just say that Tom & Ash are a credit to you establishment and we will be back again soon.

Delivery kept changing. Missing the extra pigs in blankets I ordered. Paid £5 for 2 small pigs in blankets. Should have got extra and an extra portion too. Flavourless food. Yorkies were like stone. Food was cold. Will avoid here.

Arrived and was greated with a warm and friendly smile, myself and my family were seated straight away. Service at the bar was swift and precise. All drinks were made as requested and the manager was very patient with me whilst I recovered a code from my Defense app to provide him when paying for our order. Food was amazing as always, my youngest childs meal was delivered to the table as soon as we returned from making payment, this allowed the rest of my family to get our carvery's and all of us to eat together with no waiting around. The giant eclairs were already boxed up ready for us to take home and enjoy later. As always a great visit and one we will definitely be making again

The waterfold is unfortunetaly another establishment that has gone down hill over the years. used to frequent this place regularly but recently its just been dissmal. plenty of offers on to get bums on seats but anything worth eating is removed from the offers. example. visited again today for the burger offer. only the basic burgers included in the offer and the food may aswell have come straight from iceland. the patty was a tiny thin thing out of a multipack.others had the carvery and all complained it was very bland and mushy. there was no empty plates at the end. so after nearly a £100 spent for the groups lunch to not have a single positve said sums it up really.. staff are freindly enough but itll be my last visit.. shame really.

Came in this afternoon on a whim, luckily the lovely lady and man at the door were so welcoming and got us a table straight away. We usually go for carverys but decided on the main menu. A bit of a wait for food but was worth the wait! The staff are always so lovely every time we come in.

Haven’t been here for years but really enjoyed. Special thanks to Oliver for great service start to finish. Great asset to the team will definitely be coming back soon!

Going to a carvery being a veggie can be an annoying experience, you always have to wait for your pie. However, the team were great and made sure it was ready so we could eat our food together! Pam was great and her commitment to the role and attention to detail was welcome.
