As a family we went to the Sandcastle swimming in Blackpool. On leaving we decided to have lunch in the Waterfall cafe, as it is a lovely cafe set in a jungle theme, with a nice manufactured waterfall. The cafe did not have tea or coffee (yes, you read correctly). As the wee fellow was hungry we ordered food and cold drinks. The air conditioning was blasting out on my kneck on what is a cold day in Blackpool and the main door wouldn't close. On reporting this, no one could switch the air con off. Will return to the swimming, but not the cafe. 'Build back better' they say. Not in this place.

Fantastic afternoon tea at the Waterfalls Café today. A small picnic pack for one of our children and a ham & cheese toastie for the other was just what we needed after walking up and down the sea front. Prices were very reasonable and the food was lovely. I'd definitely revisit when back again. The only shame was other people coming in and ignoring staff instructions to wear masks, but the social distancing measures were wellfpne compared with other places further up the promenade.

Great place, super staff, good quality pizza, burger, fries type food ...but often a long wait when busy just due to volume of orders.. today it was 45 minutes from joining que to getting food... staff polite and helpful

Arriving at 11 and left at four. The kids really like it. Water ambassadors kept an eye out for unconfident swimmers and the salad bar girl was really nice, the kids liked their pizza and they are finally allergy alert. They always we're we just couldn't get much but the salad bar was really good today. Now you are not really visiting for the food but you are going to pay about eight to ten pounds per head. We loaded awrist band and collected our change on the way out. Used the family changing rooms an extra bug locker think massive bag coats and shoes. The changing area and the food areas were being constantly cleaned. It's very noisy and tricky to hear so we always go through ground rules of not running off, I heard about 2-3 lost kids announcements, thankfully not mine ! My kids like the yellow and blue slides at thunder falls the best

Called in for a cuppa and a cake on a very wet October day. Drink were fine and served by friendly staff. It was crowded and I think a lot of people had come in to get out of the rain.

We went to use the cafe for which there is free entry. We were 6, 4 adults 2 children. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Menu is very limited and very expensive. Nearly £6 for a ham sandwich made with standard thin cut bread. Ham was good but nothing else with the sandwich. (I have paid £6.50 for a ham sandwich in a hotel but then there were 3 rounds of posh bread, salad, coleshaw and crisps! And a seaview as well.) Service was slow and seats hard to find- two lots of 4 seats were occupied by solitary ladies who bought nothing- seemed to be waiting for someone. We went to the Winter Gardens for tea and that was excellent value.

Visited after a heavy night drinking service was slow and confused ordered milky coffees which turned out to be just coffee with a splash of milk which didn't arrive until part way through the breakfast after asking for them again, both breakfasts were served on baking trays which was not the worst thing in the world but slightly unusual, 2 of the 3 staff seemed lovely and the food was slow to arrive but was piping hot apart from the toast I think that had been cooked on the radiator. All in all not the best we've had in Blackpool but certainly not the worst.

We arrived late on but the bouncers were so helpful! Covid restrictions followed and we were welcomed by Todd. He was so lovely and really made us want to stay. He was so knowledgeable with drinks and made us feel so comfortable. All the bar staff were lovely to be honest. First time visiting Blackpool and definitely the best bar we have been in. This bar slime makes us want to return! Thank you Todd and team x

We took our 10 year old grandson to Blackpool for the day. The weather was decent and early evening we were sitting outside a bar near North Pier when it suddenly started raining heavily. (It came as a surprise). We needed to eat so went in the Dusk Bar as it was very close by. It had a disco, but being early evening there were few customers, when we arrived. We had Tapas dishes and a pizza. The atmosphere was good, the food really tasty and quite reasonably priced. The staff looked after us really well.

Terrible service 17 for bottomless brunch and not enough staff waiting 20 to 40 minutes for drinks, definitely will not go again.
