Gi ti various stores and I can honestly say this visit to this store was fabulous.i had a foot ong spicy Italian on Italian herb &cheese,the bread was toasted just right ,not tough to eat which was great,he place was clean,music was not blaring away, the staff were polite and when other customers came in with different wants,they were catered for.thxs alot.

Today a family member popped into this store for 2 italian BMT and a box of cookies. Upon eating a cookie there was a hair intertwined throughout the entire cookie. Please wear hair nets that all food establishments provide this unhygienic and most of all preventable. Giving a 2 star as the Italian BMT was fresh and delicious however the cookies have put me off returning.

Worst subway experience I've had, guy was sweating, didn't change gloves for fresh order, then decided to make my sandwich the way he thought was better not how I wanted it, so basically the big cheese steak melt done like a normal toasted sub, and not in the press? Everything was falling out of it and it was hot and cold in parts because he got it out before the timer went off, not sure what the rush was, as nobody was in there, unless it was because of just eat or uber orders? The other totally unhygienic thing was he wiped his sweaty head with the back of his hand while putting the salad on the sandwich. Basically I'd never return to the subway here, hygiene levels are disturbing. Can't believe I paid, its probably because I was too embarrassed to actually adress it there and then, but I've learned my lesson, just don't go to that subway again. Must add this was a few weeks back, not had time to write my experience.

Went in today and can safely say when it comes to the staff ‘the lights are on but no one is home’. Took 10 million years to make a slice of pizza and even then it was a shoddy job. The two boys were mimicking eachother which was not only immature but unprofessional. Felt like jumping over the counter and having a crack at making the food myself. Not a vibe.

The experience wasn't good the staff couldn't find the salad boxes so couldn't have a salad 🥗. The member of staff was having a phone call from her manager while she was serving me not good. Left the shop with no food 🍲

Lovely staff, quick order and very delicious food. The staff were quick to sort out the deliveries and in store orders even on rush hour. It was very clean and organized in the building, the tables were so clean.

Big illuminated sign behind the counter saying £8.99 for Buffalo Chicken Footlong meal deal. Charged £9.39 at the till. Assistant explained the sign hadn’t been updated and wouldn’t charge the advertised price. Someone explain trading standards to them.

Dirtiest subway restaurant I've ever been in staff on approach were outside smoking and when ordering they did not seem to have any manners or what they were doing the 2 staff who were on were youngish and were quite surly and by the time we left they were back outside smoking again

Staff where inexperienced, didn't have a clue what they where doing and every table in the place was dirty, maybe if they spent less time on there phones and smoking round the back the service would have been better. That was the slowest 'fast' food I've had. Had to have bottled drinks as didn't even want to touch the post mix drink which looked as it has never been cleaned.

Very slow service as there were only one staff serving, had chicken tikka with longfoot barely warm enough. Disappointed!

Gave me food poisoning. I had the ham salad box. Also the store was very dirty, had no straws or napkins in the holders.

Staying with a friend in Blackpool and called in one day as I usually do to get us one sub with ham and one with bacon. They had no ham, no bacon, and in addition no meatballs. No wonder the place was empty!

Much as I love Subway this place is dire. Waited five mins to be served despite there being two members of staff on duty and only one person before me. They no longer do breakfasts. They had no veggie food except the salad of course. No choice of bread or biscuits. No hot drinks. And I don’t think they cared.

absolute shocking behaviour from the staff & the manager. refusing to serve a Community healthcare worker on their break because the staff said there was no sausage and chicken, and then started laughing and whispering to THE OTHER colleague. When questioned was told to leave, rang the manger and she said they wasn’t laughing and whispering when it was whittnessed by 2 people. Shocking behaviour, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went into subway today to ask for a sausage sandwich which I got a reply that they didn’t have any sausage. I then asked for some chicken which they replied they didn’t have any chicken. Which is one of the most popular meat to eat in subway whilst there the staff made me feel really uncomfortable laughing to each other and whispering. When I questioned what are they laughing at they told me to leave ? I feel this is so unprofessional especially when I just wanted some nice food on my break. I have now rung the manager about this incident which her response was she isn’t taking matters any further this is ridiculous staff here need to sort themselves out and consequences need to be put in place.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, absolutely dreadful, every single order through just eat or Blackpool Eats is either missing half the items or just simply wrong, the food quality is of a very poor standard too! Not really on when you spend on average around £23 a time. They aren’t interested in rectifying complaints either. I just don’t get how they can mess up the orders in this way! Like today, neither of the sandwiches were toasted, and in the wrap they had shoved a load of COLD hash browns in ? Beyond incompetent. Don’t waste your money here that’s my advice

When someone asks for Mayonise on their sub.. please don't put the whole tub of mayonise on the sub. Ruined my food and I won't be buying from you again.

Ordered today,order excepted ,driver at restaurant ,driver on way but never arrived signal went from map so rang subway to be told that they could even find an order from us which is odd seen as it was excepted,tool screen shots contacted justeat and now have to wait 7 days for £23.89 ,still says on its way

Horrendous, if thats what the food looks like on display at the front Christ only knows what they're doing with the food in the back! I would avoid and I mean AVOID this subway. Shine a light, I would never mock someone for where they work but at least take some pride in your work. Dirty gloves, plonking ingredients in the centre of sandwiches with no due care or attention, a thousand receipts stacked at the side of the till, the gormless faces of the walking dead. If I owned/managed this site i'd level it tomorow!

Avoid this subway way better ones out there. Toilets were vulgar and we had to go to use the McDonald’s ones. Rude woman walked out with splif in her mouth when there is kids. Disgusting

OMG, how slow, there's 3 people in the queue, 3 staff working, and we've been waiting 20 minutes. Either reduce the range of products or get the staff to pick up the pace!

Staff rude and miserable. Make you feel like you spending hard earned money there is an inconvenience to them. Then a girl member of staff walked through the restaurant with a roll up cigarette hanging out of her mouth Disgusting. Toilets also need cleaning. Please avoid.

One of the better branches. Unfortunately though, i have to give subway a low rating as the food quality is very low, no matter how much quantity of food you eat at subway, you will still feel hungry becouse there's very little nutrition value in their food. Bread should fill you up but theirs doesn't. They use money making tactics to maximize profits. Its average comfort food and nothing more.

Everything was wrong with my last order... Fron the bread on both sandwiches... Driver never showed up so i went and collected instead... If i had the chance to give this place no stars i would.

Staff member who served me wasn't knowledgeable about the pricing or menu and I had to see the manager to do a partial refund due to being overcharged.

The subs we ordered were to their usual standard although the 'sandwich artist' initially skimped on the bacon in my BLT. I must say though that in conditions where most places are making an effort to disinfect tables in between diners, we should not have had to sit with someone else's serviettes

Place near and tidy, staff friendly. Sandwich awesome. 6" meat feast with chicken on hearty Italian. Sadly nommed up before even considered photoing it lol. BIG DOWNSIDE .... The clownshoe from another store, in his posh new Mondeo, who could see me indicating to pull out and despite there being tons of space, still decided to park virtually on my front bumper, forcing me to make extra, totally unnecessary maneuvers to get out of the spot, purely so he didn't have to take a handful of extra steps to the store.

Jake is an absolute credit to this store. I’ve visited late this evening for a subway for my grandad who’s very particular. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from Jake, so much so that I turned round to go back and get his name and take a feedback form (sadly none present). Top marks from the Grandad too on his Sub 👍🏻

Don't even deserve 1 star after tonight's experience... Ordered a subway and had it delivered the guy forgot an item so rang him up and wasn't helpful at all as he was finishing soon and put the phone down on us! Not even offered to replace or refund us! Will be speaking to the manager tomorrow 😠
