Placed order on app. Pub wasn’t busy. After 30 minutes went to bar to see where order was. Sitting there. Ice all melted ! Terrible service

Fantastic atmosphere and the staff are always friendly to! Myself and a few friends always go on the Tuesdays as they have a steak offer for that day! Great quality in food and always cooked the way I've asked, would definitely recommend!

Absolute chaos. The place was packed to the rafters at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon which is no great surprise in a Wetherspoons. But there is zero organisation, no thought has gone into the set out of the pub and is essentially one giant free for all. We ended up nursing our drinks halfway up a staircase and still the door staff were letting people in when there quite clearly wasn't room for anything other than comparing perfumes and body odour. If you're happy for standing room only then by all means nip by

Went here with a few mates for a drink before Christmas. We sat outside as it wasn’t very busy out there and we decided to go in to use the toilet. One of my friends who is 18 and turned 18 months and months ago got ID on the way in. Fair enough because I got ID as well as I am 21, I’ve got letting, however, my friend who is 18 didn’t get Let in, and we were not drunk and disorderly, but despite asking lots of times, they would not let him in. Me and another friend went to the bar to get the bartender to see what was going on and then the bouncers replied that he got told that 18 and 19–year-olds were not allowed in the venue and this was fair enough however, when we went inside there were lots of kids that looked about seven and eight inside. Rude bouncers. However, the staff are very friendly and served us our drinks very quickly.

Got my drink stirred by a dirty fork by a member of staff. Please tell me why there’s a piece of lettuce in my drink. Staff are rude and clearly don’t know when to change their lemonade.

I would not bother with this weatherspoons. The strawberry daiquiri is undrinkable, it was served warm and the taste was awful. Unfortunately the management refused to accept this as a good enough reason to change the drink. If ordering a cocktail also note that these are from cans, and you order without recourse if they are not fit for consumption.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with the kids whilst Christmas shopping. No clean cups for a hot drink, they then brought us the cups then we had to go back downstairs to fetch the drinks we got there & no milk in the machine! The food came whilst still downstairs waiting for drinks. We had ordered the all day brunch. The only thing that was warm was the sausage. Beans, rubbery egg & bacon were cold along with the undercooked & cold chips. It seemed absolute chaos in the place. I know its a wetherspoons but even this was bad for them.

Ordered a wrap and onion rings for lunch; food was very nice. Lady that brought my food and cleared the table was lovely (and got rid of a wasp that was bothering me!). Lots of seats free. Only negative: the lady behind the bar looked misrable and was very surly. Not a great first impression.

I came here with my father and sister before the Women's Euros Semi Final for a bite to eat. We ate outside and there was a great atmosphere. We had quite a long wait for food, but what does one expect when they were so busy? I had a classic beef burger and chips. Was I blown away? No. But am I ever blown away at Wetherspoons? No. Was I satisfied? Yes!

Went to the bar and couldn't get served because one bar man wouldn't serve anyone past a certain point on the bar wich was less then one metre away.. had to walk away sit down and order on the app.

the night started off okay with our drinks and food arriving about 15/20 mins after we ordered which was decent. we ordered one more drink at 9:20pm and it started to get pretty busy about 9:30pm. me and my partner understood that our drink might’ve got to us a little late but over an hour is absolutely ridiculous. we called over one of the servers after 50 minutes and he said he would try and sort something out but 15 minutes after that we decided to leave as we couldn’t wait any longer. so who knows how long it might’ve took if we stayed, maybe even another extra hour? would not recommend this wetherspoons at all and i definitely won’t be returning

I ordered a steak and chips, that’s all you get on the plate no salad or peas etc. The steak was like the sole of my shoe, couldn’t even chew it. As there happened to be a waitress passing I sent it back to the kitchen as it was totally inedible. She was very polite and said I could have another one but it would be 15 minutes or alternatively just have a refund. My other half is already half way through his meal so I had a refund. No offer of an alternative which left me just sat there watching him eat whilst I went hungry. To top it all it can take up to 7 days for a refund. Wasted afternoon.

Enjoyed lunch today. I don't use the app but that didn't matter as I had not been long seated before a waiter took my order. All members of staff I spoke with were polite, friendly, and efficient; management should be proud of this team.

Social distancing dealt with ok in the wetherspoons and nice to order on the app, but no care taken in wiping tables with any chemicals between customers. Alot of customers at the bar too. And totally inappropriate language between the bar staff overheard. My captain spiced rum and coke tasted as though it didnt have any alcohol in it if I am honest!

I go to weather spoons a lot and it was my first time trying this particular one, I must say the food is fine but u can tell it’s been microwaved and not made freshly, the staff serving the food were very nice but the staff behind the bar were rude and to busy in there own conversations ignoring me and other customers. Would not go back or recommend to friends or family

What you’d expect from a Wetherspoons. Standard menu, good choice and caters for most. Brilliant value as always. Vegan breakfast a good choice for those following that diet. Mushrooms a tad on the slimy side today though and meal could have been a bit warmer. Can’t argue with the value though. Plenty of seating upstairs and down.

We like to call in the Water Works a Wetherspoon public house when visiting Sheffield, we were a party of 4 people on a day visit to Sheffield, for drinks, a meal, & shopping. The Water Works had a selection of real ales on which I drink, we had a few drinks then moved on to other public houses.
