lovely food,nice and hot,delivery was ready within 2 minutes of me arriving to pick my order.Well Done Water Orton.

Ordered at 8:15 turned up 8:40 25 min after ordered and pizza was cold and a little stale chicken was warm and fresh , do not understand how pizza was cold

I am absolutely gutted with tonight's order , I haven't eaten in 3 days , Ive had two glasses of water and I was hoping for some substenance,it's matter of survival I truly believed your policy was just and I was exempt from any foul play , I guess I'm eating oxygen tonight with side of H20 , thanks for the food

The food was nice but the amount we spent on this order no sauces at all were given or delivered which was extremely bad considering the value of spent .

Place used to best around and I'd tell everyone about it. I order the Family saver every month for 'pay day pizza'. Recently the offer has changed, more expensive and you only get 2 sides instead of 3 and they have removed the garlic bread slices. They advertise that is also comes with a bottle of pop in the price but when ordering on the app they charge an additional £2.60 and you have no choice but to order it. The last 3 orders the pizzas have been under cooked and doughy, tonight's was only luke warm. Need to fix yourselves before I find somewhere new. Update 23/12/24 Never again! Another raw pizza that was squashed. Phoned them and was told they will resend. Waited 1.5 hours and decided to go and get my money back. While I was out the order arrived with a tub of ice as an apology. Great I here you say! Not so much, the ice cream was open and had been half eaten!!! So not only can't they cook something simple but health and hygiene is clearly out the window by storing half eaten food with items that they sell to their customers. Another customer also came to complain about the service they were receiving while I was getting a refund. Place needs hygiene award removing and closing down

Having not ordered on line for a few months due to the time it took to deliver the pizza ( last time 1 hour 5 mins !) we thought there maybe an improvement -how wrong we were well at least they broke there own record and made it over 1 hour 29 mins … horrendous … not sure how they are staying in business offering a delivery service that is dire … my only advice is try waiting in the shop and water orton pizza need to discontinue the delivery option

Staff are friendly and reasonable, also food amazing to if your getting meat , pizza, or burgers. Or even vegetarian options.

Food used to be spot on here now it tastes like farm food frozen food. Online it's mega expensive too.

worst takeaway ive had in the last few years, "smash burgers" are just generic burger van patties, came plain with just cheese on, phoned em up and fair enough they sent out new ones but they were rock hard, i wouldve been better off with a ruslers burger, and the pizza was like it was reheated, you know when the slice supports itself, no bend in it at all, just snaps off when you touch it. absolute joke. used to be my favourite pizza shop about 5 years ago. i will never order from here again.

Charged extra for an item then when my food was delivered The item that I was charged extra for was missing …. apparently the driver was supposed to give me my refund in cash but coincidentally forgot . Also DON’T order the “smash burger” save your money it’s just normal quarter pounders the false advertising is to reel you in I wish you were aloud to post photos with the reviews to show you how awful it truly is .

I ordered one of the new smash burgers that comes with cheese, gherkins, onions, sauces etc. For some reason, when you order it as a meal you have to choose whether you want it without cheese or 'plain with cheese'. There is no other option so I chose plain with cheese and annoyingly it came with none of the extras. The burger was OK and came hot but it wasn't what I wanted and the fries were cold. You need to update the options when ordering or I imagine you'll get a lot of reviews like this.

Never had a bad order from here until last night. Chips were stale like they were reheated. Pop corn chicken really crunchy and the pizzas definitely spent longer than normal in the oven and dry.

Ordered food at 1750, with a delivery time of 1850. Rang at 1900 for an update and was told it was out for delivery. 1930 was told it was delivered. 1935 told it was still in the oven and would be 10 more minutes. 1950 phone went to voicemail bo answer 85 quid down. will never reorder again

This use to be a nice place but it's gone right down hill now my advice stay away.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, the driver didn’t even come to the door, we had to go out and collect the food which was barely warm. I won’t be ordering again.

One of the worst pizza places going! Takes absolutely ages to get the order, have to phone several times to see where it is. One time it took 2 hours to come and when it does come they constantly get the order wrong, the person on the phone has a disgusting attitude when you tell them! Avoid at all costs if you actually want food on time and the order to come right!

Great place to order from! Pizzas are always fantastic. Today our pizza came incorrect, however a quick phone call and all was rectified. A fresh piping hot pizza was sent out. Also a phone call to apologise. Impressive customer service.

All of the items in my order were cold and uncooked and it went straight in the bin. I was told I would get a refund I haven’t had one in 48 hours shocking service will not use again

We used to order from here weekly but everything has changed and not for the better! Pizzas were not nice at all, base too thin and cardboard tasting and nearly cold. Chicken burger was horrible also. Chicken strips are different too and not very nice. Only thing that came hot and decent were the chips. Never again

Ordered an hour and half ago, got in touch on the app asking where it was after 90 minutes to be told it was being delivered and on its way, was given the delivery drivers name and number, called him, straight to voicemail, called the reasturant to be told they havent even got our order and never had it, so to be told it was on its way was a lie! To be told to wait again for them to actually start the order after 90 minutes! Used to love this place, was always quick, friendly, reliable, recenty the past roughly 4 orders have had a problem. Not sure if mangement has changed but its getting so bad now, think its time to find a new pizza place! The service has gone awful!

The food is always good from here. We order a lot. However, lately there is always an issue with delivery. Staff have a bad attitude and no desire to resolve issues. Problems happen. I understand this. However, when they do there should be an attempt to put things right. Twice in a short space of time I have not recieved my order and on another occasion I recorded a completed different order. On all 3 occasions nothing was done to put this right. Poor customer service and reliability

Not had pizza for a while but this was really good. Hot and presentation really good. Had potatoe wedges. Lots in the box. Had some free dips thrown in. Parking across road. Don't use car park by the train station. Have to pay now to park. Will visit again.

I can’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve been using this pizza place on occasion since 2021 and I’ve not once had a single bad experience up to now in June 2024. Consistently excellent food. Always cooked just right and very tasty which is why when I do take out night. I choose Water Orton Pizza. The pizzas, burgers and wraps, onion rings etc are just fantastic and great portion options. I normally have mine delivered and the drivers are always very friendly and polite. I honestly can’t find a single thing to complain about. I guess I’m just lucky or something I don’t know since there are a ton of bad experience reviews on here which outweigh the positive reviews. For me personally I don’t regret ordering from them because it’s always excellent.

Was 35 minutes late! Took 95 minutes in total and I live less than 10 mins away but unable to drive due to surgery. Was told they were having electrical difficulties but had no communication to advise this, was then told they couldn’t find my order, and the next moment told it was on its way 15 mins ago, was then told they would call driver, and then was told they’d just taken it out the oven!!! I understand if things happen however lying upsets more than the order being late! This isn’t the 1st
