Booked a table for 7.30. Arrived on time only to be told they were working on a new menu and a vast selection of items on the menu weren't available. Extremely disappointed as this should have been explained on the phone when booking.

I'm a fat guy so being here brings me all the nostalgia of eating utter junk. Hmmm yummy

Pub was empty no food was served. Smelt in there. 2 woman at the table looking at phone. No fire on or heating on, only heating was on by front door where 2 women staff was sitting. The same women staff was playing tic and tac outside. No atmosphere in there unfortunately used to be a great pub.

In Past times I would never entertain the New Swan. Management have made great changes and improved the environment. It will be nice to see the forthcoming refurb. Great work done by the staff, give the place a try, for a fun filled time. Keep and eye out for various events.

Lovely afternoon spent in a lovely atmosphere. Service by Christina was 1st class.
