WatchHouse Tower Bridge in Southwark

It was cold and I had 30mins before meeting a friend for Poppy display at The Tower. Very welcoming from the start. Had a flat white - best taste since an expresso in Torino! Had last slice of carrot cake - great taste but it had “waited too long” But the coffee was eonderful

amazing cafe. staff first class very attentive. great food bagel and pistaachio cookie. Only downside the bathrooms: only 2, unisex, bit dingy and overused.

We've been before and enjoyed the food. Good again this time, except menu was detailed enough, so one person found mushrooms were cooked in garlic; another had chilli sprinkled on their food. We were asked about allergies, but not preferences, so could have been a better experience.

We stayed in tower hill hotel and saw the recommendations for here. It was fabulous. We came here twice in our stay in London. The food was of excellent quality. Served fast and hot but in a relaxing atmosphere. We had treats from the bakery whilst we chose our breakfast. The coffee and tea was an art form Carlos was very kind and professional. Definitely recommend.

Hier gekomen voor een ontbijt. Het was even wachten zonder reservatie op een tafel, maar zeker doen. Het was zo de moeite en lekker. Er is wifi en een hele leuke vibe. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Keuze alom en allemaal superlekker. Ook prijs valt goed mee. Een plaats om te onthouden.

Popped in after a lovely walk along the river through Rotherhithe. We were served by Zac. What a star, really insightful about coffee. Who knew coffee was so varied. We also had a beautiful matcha cookie with it. Needless to say would go again.

As expected great coffee here - lots of help from staff to select a good cup of coffee. Tasty English breakfast. Attentive staff. Would definitely return.

Went two days on the trot, first was take-away from the cabinet. Great pastries, rolls and sweet cakes. Not expensive and the queue obviously meant it was well supported. Day two was sit in, card explaining which bean was used for our coffees and hot chocolate, good service and quick and suggest you have the. Sweet corn fritters for breakfast. Take-away to dine in id recommend this place. 200 yards from the south end of Tower Bridge. Doesn’t do cash but that’s okay.

Wonderful location, looks awesome inside, but food lets it down. Our corn fitters terribly dry & tasteless, sausage mushy & mushrooms weird flavour.

Quality ingredients with good service. Not always served hot when it's busy as it hangs around waiting to be brought to table. Rather noisy when lots of people around. Nothing to absorb all the noise. Limited menu.

Visited this morning for a coffee and a bit of cake. Zac spoke with me he was super helpful. Provided me with a cute little coffee card and told me which was his favourite. So obviously I chose that. He has amazing taste as I loved it. Didn’t know coffee could taste so good. 10/10. Coffee not bad either, will visit again.

Buzzy and busy on a wet Tuesday but still our server, Bella, found us a table with seats (as opposed to bar stools). Noisy but not unpleasant buzz of conversation We ordered overnight oats - sumptuous, seedy, delicious,creamy . Exceptionally good. We shared as its a generous bowl full. Avocado on sourdough bread was fresh, tasty, spicy, delightful Great coffee though don't expect a saucer! Far too trendy for that. Best breakfast. So good we chose attractive cakes for later as a take away. Staff seemed happy intheir work too

Great options for sandwiches and a nice coffee. The staff member was also very polite and friendly. Its a good option of a cosy cafe to meet a friend for a chat or even for a work discussion. Keep up the good work.

Incredible spot for brunch!! I'm a regular at the Bermondsey St but attended this branch with friends for brunch. We had poached eggs on sourdough toast with mushrooms on the side as well as the banana bread, all of which tasted amazing! Given how busy they were (Saturday morning!!), the service was still 10/10. Cannot recommend enough!

Such attention to detail. All we had was a cup of tea but it was the best we've ever had whilst out and about. Beautifully prepared in a glass teapot and carefully timed to perfection. The staff were attentive, caring and polite. Would certainly go back if in the area again.
