Had the international grill here which was excellent. Good portion sizes, friendly staff and nice environment.

A French fries bar where everything is fried in oil and tastes a bit uniform. The atmosphere is good and the ceilings are high, but McDonald's or Burger King taste better.

Food was cold, had to throw most of it away unfortunately. Very disappointing because this branch is normally amazing. I only live 10 mins away so don’t understand how the food could be so cold.

Taste: Not bad. Much better than McDonald's, because unlike McDonald's, nothing was forgotten, the food was hot, and not under/overcooked. Presentation/packaging: Good

Lovely restaurant bringing back memories from a time before Burger King and McDs fast food establishments when you could get freshly cooked, delicious burger meals and sit down to enjoy them in a pleasant restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

I have come here a few times. Their milkshake is up there with the best and the staff are really friendly. Please support them, there aren't many Wimpy's left, in London at least. I would hate to see anymore of them close down. The fact this branch is still open and always busy speaks for itself.

The guy was awfully rude. Arrived with my food on the phone, didn’t even ask for clarification, i could have been anybody. I say thank you and he ignores me. Quite spiteful. Chips are cold and bland only good thing is my burger

Good place, had breakfast before going to Millwall game. Staff were friendly and kind. Felt nostalgic as my dad used to tell me about wimpy from back in his day.

Not well made Buger cooked from frozen and cold when delivered and cold fries

Wimpy u have to STOP cooking the food before a driver gets to your shop, our food was stone cold as the driver turned up 50mins late..So our food was sitting on the counter in the wimpy paper bag for at least 45mins...Rang the shop whilst waiting told the guy please cook us fresh food not what u cooked as it's still waiting to be picked up..Told by guy on the phone at the wimpy , we keep it warm blah blah , then he said we cook fresh , then said we keep it warm...It was stone cold when it arrived wimpy, and it went straight in the bin...But hey wimpy u got ur money for delivering stone cold cold food , well done big thumbs up 👍👍👍😡

The food was nice, but the old man with the glasses is rude,arrogant, and has no customer service training he has let down the shop. He immediately needs to be sent on a customer service course

As per comments with every order I’m unable to get to my front door because of mobility problems and request them to come straight into my unlocked door with the food. It's unbelievable how good this place is. I've not had such a good fast food experience in 10 years. Incredible food, fast and high quality. The tables, menus and seating were immaculate. Service better than some high-end restaurants. They even had a quiet HD nature show about alpacas playing in the background! 🦙 I was honestly shocked and how great this place is. Pure joy.

I love eating hear its like having dinner with your favourite family members! Sel and his staff are wonderful people! Food is delicious and decently priced! Portions sizes are great too.

Everything it's cold. I will not recommend to anyone.

Food took well over an hour to get delievered. I get there weren't many drivers. But what vex's me. It says they won't prepare the food until a driver is assigned. But you can tell it was prepared way before that and put in a bag and kept somewhere warm. So the burger buns were hard and stale. The meat was overcooked. Even the bag the food was in was burnt from wherever they kept it. Plus, I didn't receive chips and milkshakes. I asked the driver about the missing items, and all he said was I only deliver what they give me. It's a big old joke for the prices you charge. You should put effort into your food. I should have just ordered mc ds for half the price. And it would have been better quality than what you gave me.

This Wimpy has been part of the community for a number of years, every Bermondsey person has been in here at one point or another, food is great specially after the big drive to place Wimpy back on the takeaway map, yes it's expensive BUT don't let that put you off as the food you get is worth it,

Don’t bother ordering here. Staff are illiterate. Ordered a chicken burger and got a beef burger instead. Don’t understand how they are the same apart from the word “burger”.

We always request in the notes NO CHEESE on the muffins when we get them , and the last two orders u put cheese in the muffins...We had to bin em bcos the person hates cheese on everything..Please read the notes

I'm sorry wimpy but it I didn't like the food at all... Based on the good reviews I decided to order a simple burger with fries and a can of tango plus a wrap with sweet potato fries The patty was a typical frozen product The burger, just like the wrap were filled with lots of onion which wasn't even tasty The fries were cold The sweet potato fries were cold and soggy And on top of that they forgot to include the can of tango which would have probably been the best part of this 'meal' We ended up throwing away most of it Maybe I'm too critical but I know one thing: I know exactly what good food tastes like and this wasn't in that category... It's a no for me...

Food was Lovely! I loved Wimpy since I was a kid, plus the place the food came from, I'm a OG customer, before Just Eat existed, thank you OG owners.

I asked for crispy onions and they were kind enough to give us a box with them, me and my mum are very happy.

Foif was good but need biggest muffin buns and everything would fall out and your need to pack it more nicely and not have everything falling out

Thanks wimpy loved our food , but your prices are way to high , seriously guys I know times are difficult...But we are bermondsey folks , we are all struggling also as working class people , this isnt park lane or Mayfair area..Plz reduce ur prices wimpy to a fair price.

For the quality and size of portion the pricing is extortionate. No way will we order from Wimpy again for delivery based on such prices. Also burgers had all come apart in the boxes due to either bad packing or rough delivery. Maccas is quicker, better price value and closer so food will be hotter.

Wimpy down the Blue is a Bermondsey institution. Sadly I don’t get to visit as often as I would like. Always great service, freshly cooked tasty Wimpy food and - my favourite - the milkshakes, desserts, Sundaes and ice cream!
