Food was cold considering it’s only 5 minute drive so obviously been sitting for a long time

Not arrived, no update. 0 communication

Food was cold and I was over charged on 2 tins of pop 😡

kept changing the time the food was to be delivered. arrived nearly 2hours after I ordered. food temperature was luke warm and not very tasty

Medium size pizza is not 6 slices that's a small pizza

Driver wasn't helpful at all, foreign workers what do you expect.

Fish and batter dry and old. Chips re-cooked and tooo crisp. Java known better ....!

Your Delivery driver is very polite always and always either early or on time. 10/10. Normally food is lovely but your chief fryer is obviously away: the fish was overcooked and tasteless and the thick, claggy batter was uneatable. It was overcooked in most places but because it was too thick , undercooked in others and thus full of thick doughy yuk. - Horrid! Bring back your old chef!

Delivery driver was very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately food not as good as normal. A bit disappointed

Very poor food. Waited for fresh chips to be made, however chips were pale, soggy and 1/4 of £4 large bag were black/green. Kebab was cold and very chewy and fish was soggy and stodgy. Prices are not cheap. Won’t go again, really disappointed.

My favourite chip shop since I was young!! Always the place to go to for my chicken and naan. Never disappoints and good portion sizes too.

Went to pick it up whilst I walked my Cocker Spaniel. To me it felt like it was too much hassle for then to bring it to the door. Felt uncomfortable as staff were laughter. Won't use again.

Personally I've never had a pizza from here I usually have fish and chips. However we decided a nice change last night would be to get a pizza each and I wasn't disappointed I had a veggie pizza and it was delicious and hot when it arrived! Would 100% recommend to anyone who's not looking to spend a fortune ordering from domino's etc..

It's been hit and miss with this place but of late can't grumble. Foods been lovely. Large portions tasty and I'm a happy customer. The driver that came tonight was also lovely.

Food was nice . Plenty and enough for the two of us. Also paid for 4 cans of lager to go with our meal. Lager out of date expiry march . Tasted awful . Paid 7.50 for them. Didn't mind paying the price as we knew it was a home delivery. But the larger has gone down the drain. Waste of money unfortunately.

This was not the first time we have had an issue with the quality of Warstones food. However tonight's food was of very poor quality. The menu said salad and chips, what we got was a box of chips and a small paper bag with less than a handful of salad. The fish was small batter was hard, fish was chewy and cold, I couldn't eat it - I took the batter off and gave it to the dog. The chips were greasy and cold. This is the worst Takeaway in Wolverhampton.

Had to call to chase up my order as it was 15min late when it came was cold and way too greasy that it left grease on roof of my mouth . Plus kebab meat has red pepper in it which my hubby is allergic to. It is very spicy

Food was cold, received notification that food was on its way at 5.50pm, delivery received at 6.40pm. Stop doing multiple deliveries to save money. Very unhappy customer.

Our food was due between 18:55-19:10. Although the app said it was delivered at 18:55 We didn’t get our food until around 19:30. I previously tried to call the restaurant twice but no one answered the phone. When plating up the food it was not hot. First time ordering and was very disappointed, can’t say we will be ordering again.

We had mini fish and chips and the batter on the fish was more like pastry. The fish was tasteless. Really disappointing when we’ve had great food before, not sure what’s changed

Normally love coming here, but the last 4 times the battered chips have been very green and bad. My whole family refused to eat them, only a select few were edible. The jacket potato is lovely as always though I have to say. So disappointed but we won’t be back again, time to find ourselves a new chippy 😩 so gutted this place has gone down hill.

Worst chip shop EVER! Not even 10mins after eating it my nan threw up.. the fish had no taste and the plain chips were bland.

I think the Warestones pizza chef has changed Not as good as it used to be, Far too much cheese, very greasy, bacon looks like bits of reconstituted goodness knows what, and pizza base floppy, wet - rather horrid. Stick to fish and chips. Shame used to be amazing.. Very expensive for what it is and last time we didn't even have the toppings we paid for! Poor
