Went to Warren's bakery and had a cream tea. When it came, there was no tea/drink. I went back to the til to ask and apparently there is no drink included! I said surely then a cream tea with no tea is just a scone? Franchise need a bit of schooling on what a cream tea is! On looking in the window afterwards there was a sign that said drinks were extra, but again don't advertise it as a cream tea then! Clue is in the name really 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Having lived in Cornwall for a number of years, it is so lovely to have a Cornish Pasty Shop here in Wales. Staff were polite and friendly and the coffee was good too. Toilets spotless which is always good to see

The food was excellent as per usual. Food cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious and our server, Jacob, was absolutely superb. Would definitely recommend!

Sandra Christmas Day. Great family Christmas dinner...the beef and turkey were outstanding as were the desserts. Friendly attentive staff who looked after us extremely well. Well done the Team. Well recommended Phil Andrews and friends

They supplied a cup that was damaged (upon checking after the fact) However I spent £8 for a coffee for my mother only for it to have the top and lid fail because it was damaged Once it did all that scalding hot coffee spilled out over my hands and my mother's leg I had to pour coke over her legs just to stop it burning Then had to go to multiple pharmacies just to find something to help stop the burning for both of us I tried to complain but was told their HR team would contact me and yet still waiting They already came back and said "oh sorry, since it wasn't on site it is complicated" it was right outside the store Any way to cop out, bet they tried this when they had their last issue Disgusting service Look at the cup the top is almost crumpled meaning the lid would never stay on
