Placed an order to collect. The food was really good, it's just a shame that the lady behind the counter is so unwelcoming

Chicken balls so tiny no chicken in them Hardley very crunchy , only warm when it arrived and has totally gone down hill

Ordered from here because our usual Chinese wasn't open. The food is full of flavours, enjoyed it very much, I will be definitely ordering from here again.

Waited 2 and half hours for delivery and it never turned up!! Absolutely gutted! Got full refund, but still starving!

Food not too bad, however since i found out it was Halal i have stopped using it, god knows why we are being dictated to by a minority? Not supporting that barbaric nonsense so voting with my feet.

Ordered an hour before I wanted to eat and got a delivery time slot. 15 minutes after it was due, I called to ask where the food was. No apology, just told it would be another 5 minutes. No food arrived. Called to complain, they put the phone down on me. Called again to ask for a refund and they promised one. They’ll just lie to you and tell you whatever will get you off the phone. Will never order from here again

The other reviews are so bad, glad I tried it for myself. The Chilli and Salt prawns are the nicest I've had in a long time. Juicy, Tasty and Crispy. Delicious

This meal was covered in grease in that it poured off the plate. Our hands from handling the plastic dishes were covered in grease. The dishes lacked taste flavour and the dishes were lacking were they should contain. The pancake rolls were covered in grease. The curry was like watery gravy no taste and no consistency it just pooled around the edge of plate. Never ever would have anything from this place.

Disgusting customer service waited a hour already and now been told we have to wait a further 45minutes nobody said sorry just said we’re busy

They gave me a chow mein with an expired sauce on top of the food! When I went to ask for a refund these were the exact words of the lady : " Now we are going to have to waste food, we serve the same to all customers" , she was actually complaining that I was returning out of date food!! Then she said " oh you dont like chinese food" we replied and she turned her back on us and said " oh shut up " !!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE oh my goodness! avoid!

My parents used Wans back in the 70`s. Have had some lovely meals from there myself. However, the standard of the food now is appalling . Purchased a meal from there tonight, 90% went in the bin. Disgusting. Never again.

I've been ordering from wans for years, usually good food and a good experience. I don't know if it has changed suppliers or if it's to do with poor management..it's now absolutely shocking. Food undercooked and Forgetting parts of orders - asking if it's Ok to send them the next time I order due to them being busy as the DELIVERY DRIVER...(Yes, stating the obvious part of his job...DELIVERY DRIVER..) Forgot to deliver. Absolutely rude staff and will not be ordering again. The idea of a takeaway is to be fast, cooked and to actually deliver the food. Would of been quicker and more reliable to go to china myself.. What an absolute waste of time. Raging.

I've been using Wans garden for over a year and always had fantastic food but for the last couple of months it seems that this takeaway don't recognise there loyal customers I asked how long for delivery they say 45 mins 90 mins later still no food when I ring I get screamed at absolute shocker of a place and need to learn some customer service!!!!!

This is the worst experience of my life with this restaurant they have got no manners they call you a liar and very bad at time keeping ordered my food at 6.05 rang up at 7.00pm and they wasn't even thinking about cooking my food I don't no recommend this takeaway

I got a meal for four of us and it was freshly cooked and there was plenty of it It was very tasty Perhaps they have improved following the other review
