Juicy House Restaurant 聚鲜楼 in Leicester

Terrible experience the other day, food was awful, soggy and meat you wouldn't wanna give to your dog. I wouldn't eat from here again no wonder had 3 star reviews at best

This Chinese is really bad the worst Chinese I have ever had. I ordered it on Just Eat on Wednesday. It ruined my evening. NOTHING HAD FLAVOUR. The curry sauce was lumpy and did not taste like curry sauce it was grim. The egg fried rice had no colour or flavour and it was just dry. The chicken balls and spring rolls were just full of oil they were foul. The chicken chow mein had no flavour whatsoever and the chicken was hard and the noodles were so dry. The chips were so dry, tasted really off, really hard and were a dark dark golden colour which means the oil was old. The sweet and sour sauce was disgusting It was burning my nostrils that’s how vinegary it was. Honestly do not order from here it will ruin your day. Delivery came fast though I did give them 5 stars for that. It came in about 20mins which is a red flag for a Chinese because it normally takes about 45-60min or longer because things are normally made made upon order, so this indicates non of this food is fresh. This was a waste of £22.51 literally ruined my evening. Did not finish my plate or go for seconds. I threw the food in the bin did not even want to take a picture of the plate it was atrocious. I have attached the ordered I made, so you can all see i really did order and not to waste your money here. The other reviews are lying to you.

Found a daddy long legs in my chilli chips Took order back staff no apologise nothing just dirty looks from the staff Chef whip out his chop stick flicked around the daddy long legs i thought he was going to eat it Then he took the chop stick and only rinsed them with cold water and put them back with with the other utensils no sanitiser nothing where’s your food safety I ain’t coming back to your shop that one less customer
