Great carvery. Sophie was a great server and couldn’t do enough.

Maggie was so helpful and cheery.

Food was very nice and service was good. However I walked to the bar to order my food and drinks,I walked to the carvery serving area to get my food,I walked back to my table carrying my plate to eat my food. Hence I’m not entirely sure why the waitressing staff ask you leave a review on here or trip advisor for there level of service? There was very limited service required of the staff although I have no complaints,just curious.

Here as we speak for a birthday meal as a family of 9. Service is always fabulous. We come so often the staff are all on first name terms with us all. Nothing is ever too much effort. Huge thanks to Aiden who really took the time to make my birthday meal feel special. He’s one of the members who always gives 100% - and nothing is ever too much hassle. Fantastic carvery and delicious cakes

ordered on app couldn’t take things that i didn’t want. My daughter and husband dinner came first and then 20 minutes mines arrive. They had finish there’s. plus chips was hard couldn’t eat them.

Great wee place for a nice dinner with lovely food. Also Callum done a great job at keeping the place tidy and making sure everyone was satisfied with there meals.

Fantastic food and friendly staff at Wallacewell Farm, their carvery is amazing and they also offer a great range of food on their main menu with many tasty options. Would also recommend for their breakfasts! Staff are always very friendly, our waitress this evening Allesse was very professional and polite. Looking forward to my next visit to Wallacewell Farm already!

Was there yesterday for lunch I had the carvery it was delicious my son and daughter in law said both their meals were lovely too would really recommend it was so reasonably priced.

Staff were nice and helpful, food was warm and delicious , meat fell apart in your mouth and it's definitely value for money , chef was polite and nice like all the staff ,will definitely be back again . Now going to order pudding but lots of choices

A dismal affair. We came here because it is "family friendly" as there is a kids area which keeps wee ones occupied. The kids menu is pretty standard but not unreasonable. No kiddy cutlery so you'll need to bring your own. Adult meals were lacklustre at best. The place feels crowded and cluttered. Order at bar or via phone so fairly limited "service" with little friendliness or care. Probably won't return in a hurry.

Went to Wallace Farm with family including my grandkids. There was 11 of us all in. Aidan served us at the till, he was polite, friendly, patient (quite a few changes in our big order) and very helpful, couldn't have asked for anymore! Aidan also brought our food to us and went above and beyond by changing one of the drinks. Would happily come back and that's to do with the service and good quality food that we received.

⚠️DO NOT COME HERE⚠️ Came here 30/3/24 with my mum, dad and nephew who has special needs. When we went in they denied us entry as all tables were “booked” we noticed some empty tables up the back and a young man escorted us to a table from the back entrance. We payed for drinks and were waiting in the long queue for a carvery for about 10 minutes when a lady with blonde hair (staff) came over and told us to leave as the table was reserved when there was no reservation sign on the table. My nephew is only 6 months old and this was the only break he had as we were previously out all the way to Balfron to visit family and had a very long car ride. Drinks were on the table and they still told us to leave. We were actually getting served at the carvery counter and still told us to leave shocking. During the week the place is stone dead so they think because there busy on easter mothers day etc they can get wide with people Go to broadwood farm only 2 miles along the road family friendly and no fat on the meats unlike the manager who asked us to leave. Grabbed a table with my friends for the breakfast buffet and it was an amazing experience. Getting to help yourself to breakfast food and unlimited tea/coffee really gets you off to a great start. Big thanks to our server Gabriel who was very welcoming and gave excellent service.

Had dinner on Sunday here. The carvarey was lovely and a decent price also. The desserts are MASSIVE and well worth the money also good for kids with small play area etc. Will be back.

Atmosphere good, staff amazing especially RYAN who is one of the servers. He was very polite and well mannered. I asked Ryan if we could sit in one of the booths even though it sat four, so that my mum didn't have far too walk as she has difficulty walking and Ryan said that would be fine. Prices are very reasonable. The only complaint that I have is that there is far too much to eat on the plate. Let's just say I won't be eating dinner tonight. Absolutely 💯 loved 😍 my food. Thank you ❤️ 😊.

Visited on Mother’s Day and was extremely busy but that didn’t stop the staff being very helpful and the service being very quick. Had to get a member of staff to assist with a couple things and Shelby couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved issues very quickly. Hadn’t been here in years due to a previous bad meal but would definitely return again after today.

Had a lovely carvery today with my mother in law and partner for mother's day. Our server Gabriel was very helpful and attentive.

Paid £25 deposit booking a table for 5. Says on the website it's deducted from the final bill. It wasn't, I checked again when I went home looking at the menu prices and exactly what we ordered, there was no £25 deduction. Food and service was great as usual, just a shame this let it down.

Had a set lunch this week, great price and the soup was lovely as was the fish chips and pea's cooked to order. The batter on the fish was perfect, chips straight from the fryer. The girl who served us was honestly so nice and so polite, would highly recommend.

I recently visited some family members and came across this place, i was absolutely charmed by a guy there named Aiden. He brought an infectious warmth and enthusiasm to the bar. Aiden took the time to engage with me and my friends, offering personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel more at ease with being in a new area. I can't wait to come back honestly.

Wallacewell is good for a family meal as there's an area for the kids. I have to say; every single time I am here dirty glasses/plates are left on the table until we leave. I don't understand why all the staff walk by tables piled high, or bring a fresh drink & leave the empties on the table!?!? This completely ruins the meal!

Place was empty but just placed order on the app anyway and when the order came it was supposed to be a chicken goujon bap for my partner but it was a bap with fish fingers in it. Her and fish is a no no, good laugh watching her bite into it though. They changed it but she had to watch me eat till they prepared her goujons , i then had to watch her eat the goujons after i was done. Chips were cold as if reheated also. Poor considering place was empty. Probably a reason for it being empty.

Nice food and friendly staff. A music and screen free pub so it lets the atmosphere down a bit so you would be less likely to arrive on your own. Plenty of outdoor seating for the nicer weather. Cake away is reasonable and portions are huge. Breakfast buffet style used to have free tea, coffee and toast now you pay £1.99 extra so no longer competitively priced. Bring it back please.
