A group of 10 visited your establishment on 3rd April and we were very pleased with the service we received. The girl Connie, who took our orders, was very pleasant and very good at her job asking for any allergies etc. A great family place to visit with play area for the children, which they enjoyed. Will definitely recommend it to family & friends.I will certainly be back. Keep up the great work!

Daniel was our best waiter and was very attentive. My newborn baby was sick and he was over straight away helping to clean up and cleared the plates efficiently to let the kids enjoy there ice cream.

Been to the breakfast on Sunday mornings.Brooke always seems to be our server..she is lovely and always polite and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for her..only issue is the toast..the toasters are terrible. They take ages to heat and usually just end up with warm bread. And because they take to long there is a huddle of people around the table..maybe get new toasters or get ones that you get in hotels where the bread rotates..also could the toast table not be moved..its right in the middle of passageway to bar ..food counter toilets and seating area causing lots of congestion while everyone waits for slow toast

Food was great and Dan gave amazing service! He coped really well considering it was really busy with families and we had a hyper 2 year old with us! The little lady loved him! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves :)

Good place to take kids for a cheap and cheerful dinner. The waiter Dan was very good and patient with the kids.

I've been going to Wallace Well Farm for many years. Staff are always fantastic and there's a nice relaxed atmosphere in the place. The food is always good although I would say there is less meat served on the standard carvery plate than previously. Still, great place.

Carvery is very good. Beef very tasty. Good portion. the fish and chips wasn’t quite as good- a touch plain but overall ok. Prices good - most stuff is around a tenner a person and many places are charging 15 plus and not any better. I think we were shown to table by maggie who was helpful and attentive- all the staff were getting stuff for customers all the time immediately so definitely service good.

Breakfast is great value with a buffet you can go back to . Good cappuccino or you can have a refill of filter coffee if you prefer. Great service friendly and helpful staff. Could improve by having a selection of jam and marmalade for the toast 😊

Regular attender for breakfast with friends. Great value , great selection and does what it says on the tin by providing good quality food at good value. Always busy and well attended. Plenty parking.

Breakfast was terrible. By the time we tried to toast bread it was cold.the only good thing was the sausages (links). You need to invest in decent toasters. The only thing I enjoyed was the latte. We will not be back

Decided to go here as we needed somewhere where a 2 year old could eat and play Couldn't book online as the system said fully booked so came as a walk in to a dead restaurant Food was OK but would say it's very on par with a wetherspoons No service everything has to be ordered at the bar with a table number do not sit down and expect someone to come take your order. Atmosphere was average very quiet considering it was a Saturday night Kids play area is woeful only has toys/equipment you would expect at a dentist waiting room everything else is electronic or a dispenser that requires you to pay money to let your kids use them

Very popular restaurant because the food is great. The carvery has a super choice of vegetables. I would recommend booking at the weekend especially.

Had dinner on the Saturday night and the roast selection was absolutely amazing as was the service. On the Sunday returned to have the breakfast buffet the selection was full and tea and coffee was refillable. Had fantastic service from front of house staff member Brooke who is a very helpful young lady and more than happy to go out her way to help

Really good food & good value for money

Service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the carvery wasn't as good as usual. The beef was like leather, the carrots had a strange chemically taste and the sprouts were tough.

Quiet when visited but that was ok. A lot busier when we were leaving. Food was delicious. Hunter Chicken for me and Steak Pie for the lady. Friendly staff and food arrived in less that 10mins and it wasn’t a reheat. Highly recommend the Wallace Well Farm.

Went in for breakfast buffet absolutely great more than you expect from a buffet they had everything even Yorkshire puddings aswell it's definitely the best breakfast buffet and for 7.99 unlimited it's great highly recommended

On booking I requested to be seated in the adult area for a reason Upon arrival we were guided to the family area, before we sat down I mentioned I booked the adult area and was told this was the adult area however it was full of families with lots of kids which we didn’t want , we wanted a quiet area to enjoy a quiet meal without kids I asked if we could be moved and the waitress rudely replied there was nothing available which I didn’t understand when it specifically asked on the form where we wanted to be seated. We did get moved but it felt like we were treated like we were being awkward when in reality we didn’t get what we booked. Food and food service was great but in the whole booking situation was really poor

Had breakfast with my wife this morning. Keira and her team were a credit to the establishment. Nothing too much of a bother and breakfast was beautiful.

Food was great, but you buy unlimited soft drinks and then refused a refill? Also they were not even full when they arrived. Should be renamed XXL drink! Place was really busy to make a complaint but will do later.

Karen was lovely there on hand if we needed anything food was 10/10 be back very soon top work guys!

Staff are fantastic, food is amazing and plenty parking. There is always a great atmosphere.
