Flavas in Glasgow City

Waffle was really dry and tasteless, and fell apart when you try to cut it. This place used to be good, very disappointed.

Shambolic , non existent, customer service. Ordered online. Waiting 1 and a half hours. Contacted 3rd party food hub who deal with Flavas website. Assured food would arrive in ten minutes. 40 minutes later, still nothing. Contacted foodhub again. Flavas came back saying they had an issue with delivery driver, could we collect. We ordered for delivery for a reason. No courtesy call, just lies! Don’t recommend ordering !

They advertise that they do the DUBAI CHOCOLATE cups but when I went in I was told they don’t sell them. Don’t understand why you’d advertise it? Or maybe they just couldn’t be bothered making it as it was near closing time? Who knows- DEesserts on sauchihall street were more than happy to make them for me just as they were also closing so not a total waste of a journey. Just confused why you would advertise a product you “don’t sell”.

Honestly, this is the greatest dessert establishment in the whole city. Their desserts are delicious, filling and creative. I wish I had more thumbs so I could give it 4 thumbs up.

Summary: Truly one of the worst ice cream places on earth. Don't go here. It's vile. Review: it's dirty, it's unloved, there's broken lights behind the counter flickering like a horror movie, none of the icecreams have labels on, so you have to ask about what each one is. Not that I wanted to. In the other counter there are cake like objects in plastic containers that look at least a week out of date. Not that this would stop the miserable looking staff from selling you one. I've got to say that I felt a bit worried when my friend sat down with a scoop of some old thing on a cone and began eating it. Would she die? It would be a truly tragic end. A couple of minutes later, a woman came into the icecream consumption zone and gave me a dirty look. She then went back stage and reappeared behind the counter. She gave me another look. A really mean look. Why? She couldn't have known about this review before I wrote it. Surely? This place should close down. If your perfect icecream parlour is all tiled and beautiful and jolly, this dingy hole is the opposite. It's the opposite of all that is good in the world. My friend is fine btw. Thanks for asking.

Disgusting, unclean, poor service Went on a Friday night as a small group of friends. Surprisingly they don’t do apple crumble with custard, only ice cream. That should have been enough of a warning for us. Half the menu wasn’t available, which we were only told after ordering and sitting down. I would have assumed as a goodwill gesture they would not ask us to pay the extra £1 for the more expensive item we ordered, alas they did. The only table available was next to an old crummy cooker/oven, ended up sitting next to a tatty Morrisons bag and an ice cube tray with God knows what in it. (See photos for evidence) Sort yourselves out Flavas, probably only a matter of time you fail a hygiene inspection.

Bought munches multiple times from here won't buy again.. ordered a cookie dough as it mentioned buy 1 get 1 free i olso mentioned it in the uber eats description and I got the most bs from there staff saying u ordered 1 clearly says buy 1 get 1 free on ubereats, uber eats did f all about it saying u ordered 1 am I supposed to order 2 to get the second 1 free 🤣

Very disappointing experience. Ordered kindough with strawberries, brownie bites with custard and a milkshake over the phone. Even repeated the order when picking up the food. Got home to find an apple crumble with my brownie bites rather than custard. What am I going to do with an apple crumble? Kindough had no strawberries or whipped cream. One to avoid.

Restaurant sent it too late it was planned at 4:10pm when we ordered but it came around after 5:5555pm

I came here to get some dessert with my sister and I was blown away. The customer service was so good. The counter staff were so kind and sweet. The atmosphere was right, they played bangers. The dessert itself was filling! perfect to my tongue. thenks u!!🫶

It shouldn’t take 50 minutes to make one milkshake… not even the busiest places take that long. And there was little to no other customers.

very disappointed! me and my friends orders milkshakes and upon arrival 1 was missing. We then phoned them to ask for the milkshake and they said we would need to make a new order to get the milkshake we were missing and we would be able to add a note to the order and they would send us a free item to apologise for the inconvenience . We did this and we waited 40 minutes for our order then again upon arrival the order was missing the free item and when we phoned them and asked about it they hung up on us. Will not be ordering from them again!!!

order arrived wrong. they didn't deliver the rasp ripple and cookie dough ice creams we ordered but instead gave us one scoop of plain vanilla which we had to end up sharing. not good.

Overall the food was great like always but the girl at the counter was moody and giving attitude for no reason. Placed an order normally then kept giving a weird non-welcoming attitude. Not even a smile during the whole encounter and service from start to finish when I finally received my order after a lengthy wait. Nevertheless, the crepe was at a good standard.

Wont be back again. Dissapointed. My family ordered 3 freakshakes and this is what we get in dine in , very unprofessional staff , they advertise false with appetizing pictures , and serves you with rubbish dessert. Waste of money , would not recommend at all.

Place kinda messed up my order. Just wanted a regular red velvet cake with mango sorbet, not the cheesecake and vanilla. Driver however was nice enough to call me to say he arrived as I was watching my show at full volume.

It is the worst restaurant in Glasgow ever and the staff are unfriendly and shout and look down on the regular customers.

I had a small jaggy metal object in my milkshake so did my 3 friends and they didn’t offer a refund theu offered another milkshake which was ok but the second one also had the same small metal thing in it

Hi listen I've ordered from here a couple of times because the milkshakes are quality but last nights was a joke to be fair the way the delivery driver handed me it out the big bag I could tell it was spilling everywhere it went all over myself my partner and my carpet when we were trying to drink it because it was like milk there usually thick is there anychance at all I could get 2 new ones delivered please as I am a very good customer?

I order all of the time from the restaurant but I had 2 items missing which was ice-cream. I ordered 3x 2 scoops for my kids and received only one of the ice-creams, So I cannot give one without the other 2 kids anything. So I am disappointed that has been the issue. Especially now with time and money I cant order or go and buy from elsewhere.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much when I drove by and spotted this place. But this was exceptional! The Ice Cream was all made fresh and in house. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake and it was 10/10. The Belgium waffle was scrumptious too. Way better than Loop and Scoop or Big Licks.

Never even got my order. And when called to find out why its stated on the app delivered, which has been second time from here and best of all have ordered on many occasions. The person from the shop on the phones reply was awe this happens a lot with justeat drivers 🙄 Really so clearly not bothered about business or fact that I am out of pocket due to the driver and there concern to say call justeat. Why are they going to send my kids ice cream I paid just under £17 right now? NO. Really Dissappointed with the Service.

BEWARE UNLISTED ALLERGENS. The food was delicious, however we had to throw one item in the bin because it didn't list it contained peanuts - the item was a ferrero rocher cheesecake which does say "Includes nuts", but we assumed hazelnuts, as that is what ferrero rocher are made with and also peanuts are not a nut. Unfortunately it seems the restaurant chose peanuts over hazelnuts (presumably due to them being cheaper to buy and thus a higher margin). Should really list the allergens included instead of a generalised thing like nuts when it's a perfectly valid assumption to assume the type of nut would reflect the flavour

If you are going to put peanuts on a ferrero rocher labeled product this should not be specified just "nuts". Ferrero rocher contains "hazelnuts" so why in the world were there peanuts on my cheesecake?! A lot of people can eat nuts and enjoy them but some people are allercic to the thing that is a peanut and not even a nut at all. I have severe anaphylaxis, and this could have killed me. Not impressed.

Ordered 3 items. The delivery arrived 20 mind earlier than estimated, which would have been fine if it was correct. Ordered 2 X ice cream tubs or 2 kids and only 1 turned up. Phoned the restaurant who claimed they couldn't send the missing ice cream. One child is now upset. It is pathetic to miss 1 item from an order of 3! The restaurant could have ordered a just eat delivery driver to come back at their cost but weren't willing to do this. Will never order again.

Ordered here a lot over the years but that’s now ended. First started here it was round about 5-6 for a sundae and that’s what’s it’s worth. Only in June it jumped up to £7.50 but it was nice and I still paid it. 2 months later £8.99 come on really I could get 2 tubs on Ben and jerry’s for that.

Banging milkshakes nachos were amazing

All 3 milkshakes were not the same as usually are for some reason, Couldn't taste the Nutella and they had also melted so much they were overflowing. Normally you have like bits of ice cream and the whipped cream on top had melted also. A bit disappointed as Normally there great.

The crepe with strawberry’s & banana was amazing ! Fruit was so fresh, can’t wait to order again.

The ice cream is not that good but the girl who served us. She is amazing and she’s know how to serve the customer. We might visit this place again to have a good desert and service from that girl. I don’t know her name but I wanna thanks her. We will see you again soon.

Food here always nice, milkshakes are good and just the right amount of strawberries on my cheese cake but would like a little extra sauce, but other than that it was nice, I will be ordering again

Was there a few weeks ago while on vacation. While the service was very slow (due to the amount of take away orders being collected by delivery drivers), it was worth the wait. We got a cookie dough with milk chocolate and ice cream. Scrumptious. My boyfriend got a milkshake, I can’t remember which kind but it was gone quickly!!

Waffle - banana, strawberry, biscoff, …. This was the most horrible experience! We’ve had many delicious, mouthwatering waffles in our days and never complained!, this, I can’t express how bad it tasted I was literally forcing myself to finishing it and kept topping it with ice cream to get rid of the horrible texture, Eventually we finished the waffle, Not a great experience….
