Still remember this meal- their sushi and food was awful which is why we never came back here. Was a mistake to place such a large order for a party at a new place. we threw half of it away!

The food is average. The packaged the hot and cold food together so I am eating warm sushi. Great. Found something weird in my food. It all tastes average.

Negatives: 1. Order arrived 30minutes later than specified. 2. The sweet chilli chicken was bland. Positive: 1. The service staff were helpful and assisted with expediting the order (albeit 30mins late). 2. Chicken Gioza was tasty. 3. The flavouring of the moose was nice (albeit very runny). The packaging was a plain tin foil container (usually used for rice/side dishes), which gave it a very untasteful appearance. I would advise the packaging could be better presented for a desert.

Worst Food I have ever order in 2 years in Just Eat, the Rice over cooked same Rice for sushi,same rice for chicken with rice, they said that the will call me to talk about my food and they never did.

The hot bento box was freezing cold. The gyoza would have been very nice hot!! The fruit salad in it was half a tangerine - not a fruit salad. Sushi and sashimi were good and so were edemame. Poor delivery time - said 30 mins initially and then it became an extra 35 minutes at the first delivery time - probably explains why it was cold.

The poorest food and service ever. Rice was acid and non-edible at all. We threw it away and got less than 50% refund after struggling a lot to get in touch with owner. NEVER AGAIN.

Food was late. Shushi had a weird smell and a funny taste. The fish was clearly gone bad. I call them and they hang up on me. I will not ve ordering ever again. Avoid.

I am not well familiar with japanes sushi. I order some food which one made by the fish, my deliver was awesome specially hoso maki and veg box and service also good.

I had to wait more almost 1,5 hour for my food and this one of the worst sushi I ate. Well at least their dorayaki chocolate was delicious

First time ordered from this restaurant based on positive reviews.. Excellent packaging... But food was disgustingly horrific!!!!! Kids who normally eat anything didn't even have no more then 2 mouthfuls.. daughter actually vomitted all over my new rug!!! Were these ppl paid to leave these reviews???? I never waste food but this was just soooo bad...it kills me to have wasted £30 after discount!!! Should have listened to hubby earlier about going out to nandos!!!!! Was shouting at hubby to get rid of the food n out of my sight!!!!! P.s one of the dishes i ordered was prawn kimchi firecracker instead got chicken kimchi firecracker..cudnt be bothered to phone up..

This place is now becoming my go-to sushi place. What with an amazing menu and really good quality food for the price, these guys have their business model on lock-down. Everything from chop-sticks and soy sauce to the driver being this polite and cool guy who always remembers to give a call, is on-point. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone!

Food: Nothing exceptional. The sashimi salmon did not look or taste fresh and had a mushy texture. Not the best wasabi paste, flavourless and grainy. The rest of the dishes were average. Service: Not great neither. The delivery arrived well more than one hour after the order was placed and they forgot one of the main items. (although it was probably for the best) p.s. If you ever decide to order stay away from the cream cheese rolls.

I used to work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for 3 years before I switched to IT, so I have a good knowledge about the business. I have ordered from this place about 5-6 times now, and it has been steadily good every time. The menu is short and nice, food is quite fresh as well. Packaging is exemplary. Lovely little place for a dinner for 2 or 1, and considering the place is at the standards of itsu, pricing is alright. ~15 pounds for dinner. Will definitely order again.

Half of the order went straight to the waste bin. The rolls were dry and it seems like they spent much time in the fridge. Tempura is very oily covered with plenty of mayo. That was not tasty at all. The only good thing is that the delivery was in time.

The sushi was poor quality, obviously not prepared by sushi specialist so the sashimi was badly cut and the sushi was poorly rolled. The edamame and seaweed salad did not taste fresh. Delivery took around 90 mins and I thought the price was high given the poor quality.

As with all home delivery sushi, the fish is fresh enough to eat raw, but less fresh than your average lunchtime sushi. The rice feels slightly undercooked and has been in the fridge too long. Pricing is also an issue, but its not specific to this restaurant. I'd you've had eg Poppy Hana and like it, this is good and will not disappoint. Just don't compare it to Wasabi or Itsu.

First time at this restaurant, all the others I generally order from were closed. Great food and kind delivery guy. A couple of down notes though; 1. The dessert flavour we asked for was probably over and we got a different one, a bit disappointing. 2. The temaki menu section was rather unusual for a Japanese. Other than that great experience, to repeat. To this restaurant and many others I would recommend to deliver instant miso soup, it's as good as the fresh one but less messy.

One of the worst takeaways I have ever had. "Tempura" was a Weird mash of carrot shavings and batter....horrible. Chicken was rubbery & tasted disgusting katsu sauce did not taste anything like what it should. Had ordered a desert which was also completely melted. Ridiculous would like a refund as was all put in bin!

If you're looking for Japanese, this is not it. Sashimi wasn't fresh, very poorly cut, lime instead of lemon slices (this makes a difference!), poorly spiralised daikon when it should have been julienned, overcooked chicken curry - all after being made to wait an extra hour because the restaurant had neglected to hire extra drivers.

Very bland really, the quality wasn't very good. Not much sauce on my katsu curry. Something a bit off with some of the tuna.
