Amazing customer service. I recommend the food if you are looking for something healthier to eat whilst you’re visiting. Seating area is comfortable and a great location if you want to eat in the upstairs outside area.

The tall curly hair staff who works today is very kind and patient!!! I was standing in front of the store and struggling. He took time to explain the menu and recommended some foods for me. I end up chose the hot serve udon. Both hot food and sushi box are fresh and delicious!

Tasty food, good selection of sushi and salads. My favourite dish is chicken noodle soup. Atmosphere for eating in is relaxing, the costumer service is brilliant, quick and very friendly even when they are very busy they made you feel special.

Last week I went to the store, they had some issues with payments but the store manager was assisting people and staff and was very nice. The box I’ve bought was delicious and fresh too! Highly recommend! 👍🏻

Great service at the counter and I thought we had been guided in the right direction. Unfortunately there was something bad in the food, probably the salmon (which tasted fishy and old). Our whole family got food poisoning and now we are looking at a transatlantic flight with….digestive issues. I’ve asked for a refund for our meal and hopefully we will get one.

Sometimes you get food which is very old (bad taste of vegetables, barely warm, tasteless dumplings and noodles) Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Itsu is one of my favourite places to get something to eat as their food is quite healthy. The only thing that irks me is that they do not accept cash for payment. I visited their store at the food court in Canada Place and once I had ordered my food I was invited to take a seat and I did not have long to wait before it arrived. The food was really tasty and the staff were polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy and well presented.

How could I eat that soup with that stupid spoon? Is there any management in place at all? It was very uncomfortable. I will not be back until this place has proper spoons.

I went to Itsu last year in November, and I had my grandma with me and she only speaks Chinese. I wasn't looking forward to translating the whole menu when one of the members of staff asked what language she speaks and got a member of staff to translate the menu for me, and I am very grateful to that person 🤣 the food was great and she really enjoyed it.

Order arrived missing one set out of two, with a miso soup I didn’t order, and only £3 taken off the invoice. It’s shameful. If they didn’t have what I ordered they should have just issued an instant refund.

I recently purchased takeaway chicken teriyaki rice bowl and miso soup from this branch, and the food packaging was not sealed as the paper bag was flooded with the miso soup I immediately noticed this before leaving and notified the server, showing the error. I expected a typical apology and quick swap to a more securely served item. Another server's response was an attack on the miso soup dripping onto the counter. Two of his colleagues, including the one who had served me, stood by while he berated me but replaced the item. May I add I could have been burnt from the steaming hot food, but it was made out that I was wrong. I now wish I had just returned the food and requested a refund, but at that rate, I probably would not have received it. Can you imagine if I had just as bad an attitude as the server....I could probably be the one getting paid right now. *Food for thought Itsu*

Food is okay, very expensive for what it is. Service was terrible, the guy was rude and blunt. The staff were all giggling together and just super unprofessional. I wouldn’t order here again.

Always my go-to place for lunch in Canary Wharf; food is always fresh and quality consistently good, it is easily the best value takeaway lunch available here, service is very quick and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Food was really bland. I got the chicken teriyaki on rice. Chicken was average at best. Atmosphere was ok, it's in a shopping mall food court, only so much Itsu can do.

For many years I was regularly getting lunch or dinner from the Itsu branch in Cabot Square. Since they’ve shut down, I’ve been getting takeaways from the Jubilee Place branch. The quality of the salmon sashimi boxes are generally consistent, but just as before the rice that comes with the salmon nigiri sushi and salmon avocado maki rolls is often undercooked and gets stuck to your teeth easily. Most days I end up getting just the sashimi box and some fresh avocados so I do not have to discard the rice. If this is something you can fix, you will have more happy customers! (And very likely more customers in general) Nevertheless, the sushi and sashimi boxes were fresh this time round and still reasonably priced compared to other places in the Wharf.

I ordered a salmon on a bed of rice, and they substituted it chicken. I don't eat meat so that was really disappointing.

All food delicious and fresh. Sashimi was exceptional. Quick delivery too.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. We had placed an order and had two expensive items missing. We called 5 times and finally got an answer and were told we would get a call back. We called again 10 minutes later and were told the same thing. We called 21 times before they closed and they closed leaving us without an answer, our items, or even a refund.

The delivery guy was brilliant - I was a bit delayed on a work call but he bravely persisted. Five stars all around!

I am leaving a feedback for Jakub Gorelka the Chef of Itsu, what an amazing guy he is, the food is always fresh and on point, my Family are never disserpointed when we have a Sushi from here, I say that Jakub is a credit to itsu Jubilee place in Canary Wharf, the staff are also amazing and always serving with a smile, this has a lot to do with great management and very professional, Thank you so much and looking forward to coming here again. More than half my order was missing.. cannot get through to the restaurant to see if they even had the items in stock and now waiting for an email response about my refund - I’ve never experienced anything like this before!

What else can be said of restaurant that wanna pretend to be Japanese? Sushi from fridge? Not exactly authentic with only salmon and cheap tuna everywhere. But you get what you pay for, that's it.

Wrong delivery. I got too much and the wrong items. Fast delivery and the food was good.

The girl in the ponytail is so friendly and helpful, unfortunately I did not see her name tag but I had an issue with the staff and food twice and she was the only one who was great and very friendly. Listens to the problems and really deserves a promotion. I cannot say the same about the other staff

Good tasting, fresh sushi experience. Half price sushi starts around 7:30pm. It’s worth the price.

Recommend to friends and family - for food on the go Cleanliness - yes Notes - very popular at lunchtime with all the office people grabbing lunches to go.

One of the better branches. Itsu is always hit and miss with service and cleanliness. Food is fine otherwise but they tend to let themselves down with staff and no cleaning. This branch was good. Friendly staff, clean and located in the mall so nice to people watch. Good selection, freshly prepared. As per most branches high seat communal tables. Love the fact they display calories.

The driver was amazing! Very polite and he went above and beyond to deliver our food.

Food was delivered to the adjacent building with the same door number! I don’t know how they got my number, but the lady who got our food kindly informed us and ask us to collect the food from their house instead. Really disappointed to whoever delivered our food. Our building is Wharfside Point North and the other one is Wharfside Point South.

Clean, friendly and covid secure. Food was hot, tasty and didn’t feel rushed to leave. The Asian lady at the till was so sweet and friendly.

Sushi was end-of-the-day supermarket quality. Came without wasabe or ginger and only one tiny soy for a 17-piece meal.

Got a voucher for a free soup, and staff were very welcoming and polite. Wide range of good food which was prepared/cooked quickly. All staff were wearing masks, place was very clean and covid safe

The driver was super rude. I told him i was isolating and he kept saying he wouldn’t come up. After a while he came and I told him its a no. Contact delivery so just should leave the food at the door and he rudely shouted at me.

Extremely poor service at Itsu in Jubilee Place CWharf today! Thai Udon noodles served without the sauce which is the most important element of the dish, so I’m sitting on my couch right now hungry and staring at a bowl of tasteless boiled noodles with boiled beans! Disappointed would be an understatement :(

Great quality sushi and really fast delivery - pre ordered for 12:30 arrived bang on time! Only problem was miso soup had leaked a lot but was still hot :)

This is a chain of restaurant. Do not know if lumping them under fast food is fair. They do serve ready prepared food but I think it is healthier in some sense and it is served fast. The staff are pleasant and they do have a great attention to the quality of the food. We were in Picadilly and from time to time a staff would go thru the food counter and take and replace packed food items and replace them with something new. Quite a variety of options and mostly Japanese and Asian. Pretty good for a quick meal and not that expensive.

Food was average, the cashier was very nonchalant and borderline rude.

I usually don’t give my review for restaurants but today I am forced too because I bought teriyaki chicken rice bowl from jubilee palace Canary Wharf resturant which was so bad. The cashier on the counter told me that it will take 2-3 minutes to prepare the order but to my surprise he gave me the order within 1 minutes of my ordering . The rice were uncooked , cold and everything was not cooked well in the box. I recommend people should order something else rather than teriyaki bowl if they and hungry and wanted to enjoy the Ford.

The Thai Chicken Rice Bowl was good. Don't forget to mix the ingredients. The sauce is at the bottom.
