Delicious and well priced food. Big portions. Staff were really friendly, chatty, and attentive. Food came very quickly. Ordered won ton soup and crispy salt and pepper tofu as starters. Ordered tender beef flank (beef brisket) and Chinese beef wat tan as main - all would recommend. Also ordered tofu sweet and sour and pumpkin croquettes katsu curry.

We came tonight to have a warm soup and everything was delicious. We are lovers of Asian cuisine since my husband has lived in China. Emphasize the corn soup, with egg and chicken and the dumplings, simply delicious. Highly recommended

Been coming since the place opened years ago and it's good to see that the classic standards have stayed when the new owners came over a year ago. Portions are decent and the flavours great - I wouldn't come back if that wasn't the case! It's interesting to see regulars in there as well as guests at the new(ish!) hotel a few mins away enjoying the food and service. Since the delivery service has switched to the gig economy rather than their own drivers, we find it better to eat in. It's nicer fresh from the kitchen anyway!! We have our favourites like the salt and pepper augergine and prawns. The rice and noodle dishes are always worth rotating throug so you don't get board. It might be outside the main Canary Wharf estate, but it's worth crossing the road for!

Food is okay but nothing to brag about. Prices are extremely expensive. Ordered a Xiao Long Bao for £6.8 and realized the portion was very small (3 to be exact). Overpriced.

Extremely bad Ordered delivery and called them particularly asking for no spring onions or onions in the dishes, surprisingly they just ignored the request. If I am paying £22 for a meal, I would have thought it should have come in the way I preferred. Not sure what kind of excuses they may have except for laziness and extremely poor customer service. Oh in addition, £7.5 for the soup with this kind of portion. :) I will avoid this place forever.

Visited at around 830 for a late dinner with friends, staff is passionate and very very friendly. Ordered three mains based on staff recommendation and we are so satisfied with the dishes. Free to choose between jasmine rice and egg fried rice, and I would recommend everyone to try the egg fried rice !!! It’s so good and authentic. Beef brisket is my pick

Great local restaurant, slightly off the beaten track, but only a few minutes walk from the DLR. Tasty well cooked food served efficiently at a good price. Only a few people in on a Sunday evening in a fairly large space but a steady stream of riders picking up food delivery orders, suggests many like it as well as myself.

Always order my Chinese from here. They mixed my order last week with green curry, the lady over the phone said to call back when order next, and as promised my curry was delivered. Best Chinese takeout in the area

One word is just excellent. the service, food, and atmosphere give a good vibe for what they offer . Don't ask me for the experience. Go and experience it yourself. My favourite dish is the rice with roasted duck. Edit : Customer service has tanked a little, but that is alright. The food is still great after 6 months. Edit : I know I keep making edits, but this is the last straw. I am a usual customer, but their service has become unacceptable if not for the food it would be lower. The restaurant is located not far from Canary wharf. If you are having a day out around here, this is a great place for some Chinese food. There is a lunch deal on working day. For £16, you’ll have a appetiser and a main, with no service charge. I ordered a salt and pepper pork chop rice. The pop chop are fried to a perfect texture soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They go so well with the rice. I also ordered a Vietnamese spring roll for my side. Three spring rolls in a plate. there are minced pork and dry shrimps and glass noodles in the spring roast. There is a vegetarian version of the spring roll. The restaurant is spacious and the seatings are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and they are very friendly. The decoration in the restaurant is very Chinesey, just nice ambience there. It would be even better if the portion is bigger.

I know this place for over 10 years. Value for money, quick Chinese eatery. It’s a bit like a Hong Kong Cha Chan Teng. Give it a try if you are nearby.

Hemos estado yendo a Noodle Street durante muchos años en familia. No hemos estado allí durante alrededor de 2 meses y nos visitamos ayer y por desgracia nunca volveremos a visitar! Parece que el personal que solía trabajar allí ha cambiado. Tuvimos una señora muy grosera que nos sirvió, no solo nos estaba hablando como idiotas cuando tratamos de pedir las mismas cosas que hemos pedido allí durante los últimos 10 años, sino que también se negó a dejarnos cambiar la sopa de fideos de pollo de nuestros hijos por sopa de fideos Char Su (algo que siempre hemos podido hacer en el pasado), lo que significa que nuestros hijos no comieron la sopa y fue un completo desperdicio de dinero. Considerando que SIEMPRE fuimos tratados como clientes leales por los miembros del personal anterior, saludándonos amablemente y siempre dejamos propinas generosas... esta fue la primera vez que nunca dejamos propina. Ella no nos sonrió, fue totalmente grosero y no me sorprenderá si muchos más clientes leales se niegan a visitar de nuevo si ella les está sirviendo. Afortunadamente, el amable tipo que trabajaba allí nos reconoció como clientes habituales, pero en este momento ya era demasiado tarde que habíamos listo fue tratado mal por este miembro del personal! I had a great dinner experience at this restaurant near Canary Wharf. The Chinese dishes were delicious, served promptly, and portioned perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant for memorable Cantonese cuisine in London. I'm a big fan of the Beef Ho fun, and the sweet and sour king prawns!

Vengo de vez en cuando, a veces para una comida rápida antes del cine. Puede ser golpeado y fallado. Esta vez fue una gran falla. Tenía el cerdo y los fideos, los fideos estaban fríos, así que recalentaban la comida, que era bueno, pero el cerdo era muy salado y extremadamente graso. Personal como de costumbre amable y servicial. Aparcamiento gratuito después de las 5. 30 pm. Solo unos pocos espacios inmediatamente fuera, pero un montón de espacios en las calles circundantes.

The food are all very good. We had Malaysian laksa noodle soup, noodle street special fried rice and Chinese wat tan beef ho fun. The staff is nice. The restaurant decoration is quite traditional and religious feel. We would love to go there again.

Very nice place (looks fancy) and food was great, portions are big. We came for a takeaway and we were served very quickly, like 10 minutes for two dishes order. I couldn't finish mine, so I left in fridge as my stomach is small ^^ and ate the rest the next day 👍

What can I say. Mixed emotions about this place, I had seaseme prawn toast to start followed by there number 66 a honey glazed crispy pork meal it comes with egg fried rice, accompanied with salt and chilli crispy wings. Now I must say these were the best seaseme prawn toasts I've EVER had, this is the only reason why it gets a couple stars. Other than that, the crispy pork was nice but the rice had basically no egg in it and I also found a hair (it was to late it was in my mouth). But the food was good ashame the egg fried rice had no egg but besides that & the hair it was good, I decided to not kick up a fuss and bring up the hair because I was saying to my friend "apart from that hair the food was actually lovely". But because of the hair, the lack of egg in my rice & a few other small things I decided to not pay the service charge of 10% bearing in mind our bill was just over £80. The absolute rudeness and cheekiness of the man that took the payment was unbelievable, he tried to make us feel embarrassed and even after telling him to take it of several times he was quite reluctant. We've been eating their takeaway for over 5 years, but finally got around to visiting the restaurant. All of the staff were great, and the food was (obviously) even better than on delivery. The restaurant is lovely and kept to a great standard. 18 May 2021 update: first time back and everything is as good as ever.

My son and I went to Noodle Street yesterday, as we haven’t been for about 18 months, and as we were in the area we decided to go for lunch. I ordered a mixed dim sum starter. My son didn’t have a starter. He chose duck and Jasmine rice and I had three meats with noodles. The starters used to be presented so beautifully on a platter, but they were just dumped into a dish with little care. The food was OK. My main dish noodles were all clumped together so I didn’t eat most of them as they were very claggy. The crispy roast duck wasn’t crispy at all, and it tasted like it wasn’t fresh and at least a day old, which was very disappointing. The char sui and duck were both delicious. I have no complaint about the service… the young lady who served us was pleasant and polite. However when we came to pay the bill I was astonished that for two people it was over £50. I won’t be going back there in a hurry.

Particularly like their prawn and chive dumplings, laksa noodle soup, the fried hofun with beef and salt and pepper fried chicken wings. 10 out of 10. Price is reasonable compared with some Chinese restaurants in the centre of canary wharf

Ordered 2 laksa via Uber Flimsiest takeaway containers, they were drenched and falling apart, all the broth had gone to the bottom of the plastic bag It's a nuisance to the poor drivers and you end up having to refund your customers, so get something that can actually hold liquid in it Or are you trying to be authentically South Eastern Asian by selling soup in bags? 🤣

Been a number of times now, a decent Chinese restaurant with good pricing for the big portion sizes. Always get something different each visit and always leave satisfied. Recommend a sago dessert also.

Good food, not too oily but still tasty for takeaway

16.4.24 Under new management which was confirmed 4 weeks ago, when I asked 10 weeks ago if they were under new management it was an emphatic NO! Service was always hit and miss but the last 2 visits whilst being served by new management, I found them to be rude and obnoxious. Sadly, after coming weekly for the past 17yrs we'll no longer be going. Which in the past 8 months we've been frequenting Chinese Gourmet. The dining in experience obviously can't be compared as there's proper seating and lots of space in Noodle Street. But what Chinese Gourmet lack in space they gain in delicious, well priced BIG portions, we particularly enjoy their hand pulled noodles. They don't charge service for eating in either. 2pm seems to be staff eating time, we had 2 staff look at us and whilst one greeted us and then proceeded to ignore and went to eat. 4 members of staff eating and chatting happily, quite odd behaviour. We walked out.

Food was good, although portions on the small side compared to other Chinese restaurants in this area and elsewhere. Staff were reasonably friendly although they did seem less friendly than other Chinese restaurants we’ve been to, both in this area and elsewhere.

My first time visiting this restaurant and the food did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. We ordered xiao-long bao, kung po chicken, chilli turnip squares as well as their special udon noodles. We are a family of 4 with a very fussy 6 year old and the kids loved the udon and xiao-long bao so we had to order another portion of the xiao-long bao. The restaurant had a nice chilled atmosphere and the staff was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend this restaurant which is just a short walk from the Westferry DLR.

A really interesting variety of Asian cuisine, food fresh; was cooked in the kitchen area, catering for extra spicy to mild in a nice atmosphere and surroundings; clean facilities, neatly laid out tables, good staff service prompt and unfussy. If am in Limehouse soon again, I shall definitely return.
