Waitrose Cafe Saltash in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

I can't fail to be amazed at how badly run this 'cafe' is run. No organisation of tasks by staff .... poor management surely. This was true at another Waitrose I used to visit ... it's like watching paint dry.

Scrambled egg is terrible. Beaten eggs microwaved until hard, then chopped up with a knife and put on toast. Find a better name for it, it isn’t scrambled egg

Very clean and the staff are friendly and attentive

Doesn't often happen but today was a really good experience, the coffee was hot for a change and the tea tasted good. Thank you Joy... service with a smile!

Microwaved scrambled eggs, no brown bread available with soggy white bread, badly made coffee out of a machine - utter embarrassment with guests after explaining how great Thier food is "apparently" Not impressed ⚠️
