To be frank the staff do not care about customer service. We ordered to eat in. The chicken doner kebab was acceptable but it was served in a takeaway box slopped together with chips and sauce. The salad was an embarrassment. No serviettes offered. I was not expecting anything more than a normal eat-in/takeaway experience. This didn't even come close. Avoid.

First time I ever write a review but avoid this place! I had a chicken doner, chips and salad and now I've had food poisoning for the past two days now, throwing up, diahoria and stomach cramps. Only writing this so I can save the next adult or child from getting a dose of it. Horrible

Food was horrible. Dry no flavour. Undercooked. Got a upset stomach ruined my holiday. Had to stay in my toilet a few dats.

food was terrible. chicken burger tasted of nothing. kebab was poor, ropey bits of chicken. lots of gristle. won't be ordering from here again. disgusting

Extremely salty to eat. No toilet or washing facility inside the restaurant. I have seen one of the staff picking chicken nuggets from the fridge with bear hands (no gloves or whatsoever). Unpleasant experience and don’t recommend it at all.

Food was reasonable. Didn't resemble the photo on the menu. The kebabs come deconstructed, so you have to put it together yourself. Pitta bread un cut and just thrown on top of a tray of meat and salad, utterly bizarre. Wasn't very hot and by the time you flaff about trying to put it together, it's even colder. Didn't appreciate the person behind the counters' poor attempt at sarcasm when we asked why it was just dumped in a tray and not like the photos depict it. Wouldn't bother going there again, unless I highly unlikely feel the urge to construct kebabs.

We decided to try this place because we love Turkish food. To say we had a very bad experience is an understatement. The guys at the till are rude and sarcastic. In the pictures it shows that the food comes in a pitta bread but it's actually served in cardboard trays as if you're having a takeaway and the pitta bread is chucked on top. So you have to assemble your own kebab but they give you no knife to cut the cold pitta bread. Very cold unwelcoming atmosphere. These guys have no customer service experience whatsoever. They only get customers in because they're located in a beautiful holiday place and have little competition. Bad service ! Bad food !! Bad Atmosphere !!! 👎 save your money go somewhere else.

Alright food. My order was done wrong as I asked for sauce and salad separate but it was given mixed and I lost my appetite. He didn’t offer an exchange or refund. The pita bread was cold and stale. Service was good as the guy at the till was genuine and listened to our feedback whilst other workers made a joke and mocked one of my family members.Chicken was also dry and could be better.Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

The food was just ok. Overpriced and generic. The chicken wasn't as tasty as other places, it tasted hard, not soft. We spent £80.00 and were asked to pay even more for the sauces as well. A tiny tub of ketchup for £1?!? Rip off. You're already over charging for the food. A can of drink was a ridiculous £2. If you're going to choose to eat here buy your drink from the nearby convenience store. The man serving was arrogant and had a lack of customer service talking down to us. Regret coming here.

Disgusting food and rude people do not go it will make you vomit. The staff are very rude and do not care about customers. If you value respect and good food do not eat from here. There are many alternatives nearby. Honestly if you are reading this you are a making a mistake by coming here.

Terrible service, last 3 deliveries I either recieved the wrong food, missing items or food cold with a two hour period of waiting for delivery with once again missing items. I will never order from here again was once a loyal customer.

Expensive food , doesn't worth the money, staff os not freindly you have to pay for every single thingy like tissue and ketchup even you are spending more then 100 quid.

Perfect. Large chicken shish... amazing. Chicken grilled to perfection and home made chilli sauce is a winner. Highly recommended.

Much later than predicted. Called for an update, they apologised, said 10 minutes and will throw in some free sides. It came 25 minutes later with no extra sides, cold chicken, and bland food.

Will never order from here again, a cooked fly in our pizza !!

Order arrived two hours after ordering....and guess what, items missing. This place is absolute useless. I'll never spend another penny with them again.

I was disappointed when I got home to find out I had very hot sauce on my Chicken Kebab! I didn't ask for hot sauce and I even had to ask if I had salad when she handed it over. It was all about get the kebabs churned out as quick as possible irrespective of what I wanted. Think I will go elsewhere for a little while!

The service is good, but every time they confuse the orders and put hot sauce on our son as well. Today was my last order and I won't do it again!

Lovely food. Good sized portion. My only feedback would be giving a choice of sauce and salads for the chips and salad in pita. I could have done with sauce and sadly wasted a lot of the salad.

Ordered xl doner chicken. The chicken tasted overcooked and was not fresh. Had to throw most of it. The person on counter was ok but not as kind as you would expect in any restaurant. No toilet facility. No high chair. Tried charging extra for fries which were reduced cost with meal. Will not go again if we visit Newquay.

This restaurant has been hit and miss for me, but my last order was AWESOME. Chicken and chips, plus mixed kebab (£21.90 is expensive for this kebab, but it worth it!!) Food was piping hot and delivered bang in time.

Early delivery , hot and tasted great

This was 5 star for me about 3 months ago, it must have changed hands, as the food is now awful and the staff look so sad!

Food was delivered quickly & it was hot! we had a kebab, pizza and chips. All were really tasty and obviously freshly made. Much better than my previous experiences with kebab shops!

The food here is lovely, cooked fresh, good portion size. Really good food i had the chicken lamb shish grilled kebab comes with fresh grilled pitta and salad and sauce, banging!! Really nice. How you like it. They also have a range of pizza which looked tasty all cooked fresh.

I enjoyed the food but I rang up to complement them and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and put the phone down on me instantly when I was only trying to compliment the order this time as they messed up orders in the past very disappointed in customer service but kebab was nice and hot same with cheesy chips

food only just warm & extremely late... definitely not worth the wait

The meat was cold and the chips undercooked. Salad was fresh but had 3 onion ends and a large chunk of uncut red cabbage. The chilli sauce and garlic mayonnaise were nice and portioned well, as were the kebab and chips with cheese.

The app didn’t update so I didn’t know it was on the way until the driver rang me

Staff seemed to be too busy sorting online orders. Had a chicken donner kebab. Very dry even with sauces which tasted vinegary. Wouldn’t go again.

Very disappointed with the delivery, which arrived twenty five mins late. We phone the takeaway and was told it was two mins away however it was still 25 mins late.

The great best kebab I had since home maybe cause it's an Istanbul well if tht is the case I recommend big time there chicken shish with normal kebab chips drink £11 , would feed 2 absolutely delicious thankyou very much, quick very friendly again cheers guys made my night

This place has the best economical meal deals. I must recommend this place. It's Halal too. Excellent customer service. The atmosphere and service was great. It's was quiet but plenty of drivers were waiting for deliveries. We had two pizzas, Lamb donner meat with salad, a cheese burger, southern fried chicken. Food was fresh, tasty and not dry at all. I recommend this place for tourists.

Missing chicken from the order but what did arrive was very nice

Was a bit reluctant to order as seen a few negative comments, but glad I did as was just what I needed. Delicious. Pitta was wrapped separately so not to go soggy. Meat was good, not gristly at all. Chips with cheese lush. Thanks guys!

This place was Over priced. I watched them reheat my chicken in the deep fryer. Chicken was greasy and the chips soggy, the food ended up in the dog bowl.

Outstanding flavour on the kebabs!

We stayed at a local hotel about 7 mins away by car. We thought geniine Istanbul kebab lets support and give them a try... The driver turned up at the wrong hotel. We paid £30 for x2 mix kebabs x2 pieces of chicken and one portion if fries the kebabs were cold the lamb was just warm but chicken was like it had come out the fridge so not impressed at all. The chickem had been deep fried shallow fried then fried again it was terrible. Im a paying customer and did not pay for this rubbish. The only hot thing were the fries. I feel like I was robbed. The lady over the phone was nice but the food was terrible. I regret this experience and my wife was upset which gave me a further headache! Stay away from this place

Wasn't impressed with this meal it was extremely late arriving alot later than time originally estimated and food was only warm pitta bread rock hard .was told by driver that they usually only deliver to reception but doesn't say that on there website .Will not be ordering from there again .

Stayed in area with partner whilst he was working ( the dreaded bridge removal). I love a nice chicken shish but since leaving London 3 years ago I have failed to find that same standard that the Turkish restaurants in North London and Lebanese in Paddington produce. So.. being on my own overnight I decided to try this place, ordered online friday night to be delivered to the hotel. X large chicken shish. All salad. Chilli sauce and lemon juice. Side of fries. Ordered the x large shish as thought partner may pick at it in early hours. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Food was packaged very well and was hot as it should of been. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it all up. The chicken is of an excellent standard! Grilled to perfection! Moist and very tasty! And an x large is extremely good value for money in my opinion.. approx £13... Pitta bread was decent. Sounds trivial but its not... I need all the salad and some chicken in the pitta ! Partner didnt eat the leftover chicken those early hours so I refrigerated it and had the chicken the following evening. Was still as tasty and moist when cold. Now here's the thing... I now live in a very rural area with little access to a takeaway delivery, so Sunday evening came around.. I'm still in the hotel.. I ordered a 2nd kebab. Exact same order. And I can tell you it was of an equally excellent standard! Service was prompt and courteous. This place is a gem ! Try it out ! They have the grill skills of a top quality!

Thought I’d try the place due to it being quite close to my hotel. Altogether, tried the chicken and sweet corn pizza, chicken strips and chips. Food was quite nice, nothing special but did its job. Returned a couple of times as well as I was happy with I paid for. Staff was friendly too. Bear in mind you have to pay for sauces, would prefer the old school ketchup and Mayo being in a free bottle to use. Overall happy with the experience! 4/5

I ordered my lamb korfte with salad. It came without. I called to let restaurant know, they acknowledged that the order was with salad, and said they would deliver the salad. I’ve waited 2 hours and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve not been able to eat my meal as it’s not complete
