Istanbul Grill Kebab in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

2 x chicken shish wraps with salad. This is the 2nd time I've ordered the shish wraps and again absolutely lovely. Lots of chicken and importantly for us lots of fresh salad. This will be our weekly takeaway for sure.

Chicken shish wrap with salad and garlic mayo was huge and delicious. Lamb donner wrap no salad no sauce again was huge and very tasty. Coleslaw was amazing. Will definitely order this again from them.

Asked to be called when they arrived as was in a hotel, waited outside 15 minutes before it was meant to arrive, after 25 minutes went inside to wait and was then informed it was behind reception. Food was cold by the time we found it.

Chips were unfortunately missed but the rest of order that was delivered was delicious and plenty of meat delivered in a XL , Plenty to share

As always very well cooked good quality meat and good salad as requested. Fries also good.

Traveled half way across Newquay but still arrived hot and tasty - generous portions too

Ordered chicken donar kebab but came all seperate (chicken in box, pitta and salad seperate) thought it should come together.

Lovely meal again as per usual. Very consistent and always see to my special requests. Can’t fault them at all. Thanks again

This place has very great meals. Very nice people there and very good customer service and delivery. My favourite foods out of this place was the mixed kebab and the dessert baklava very tasty. I recommend this place a lot.

kept a look out for them and waited outside when my delivery time was due, rang them up to ask where it was and they were rude, saying he went to my address and no signal to phone and the place was shut, clearly lying. food cold and very disappointed when it arrived 2 hours after ordering it, absolutely awful

Always consistent. Best place for a kebab in Newquay by far. Food is always delivered fresh and hot. Don’t bother with anywhere else if you want a kebab in Newquay. This is the place to go. Thanks again.

I have ordered for dine in mix doner In a couple of minutes it has arrived and when i take my first bite the doner was cold and the interesting thing is when I tried to explain to them another guy came in and no apology no sorry nothing he said to me do you have your card, i said yes, take your money back . What was that? Is that way they treat a customer when someone make a comment about your food. I'm also working in a restaurant, but never been using that much attitude with my customers. By the way it was a bad evening for me. I hope they fix their stuff behavior. Otherwise the reputation of Istanbul grill will be finish. Another thing, Bread was fresh

Could have benefited for a minute more in the oven as base a bit soggy but the taste was awesome as always - lots of toppings too.

Food was nice enough, but you get your kebab meat, pita and salad all separate, the pita isn't even cut, why do they expect you to build the thing yourself?

Ordered a donner burger with no salad and got a double cheeseburger covered in salad. I cant eat beef for religious reasons so this was a waste to me. Rest of the order was correct, but raised this with Just eat and provided photo of the burger. Hope they can rectify. Other portion sizes for other items was good, just wish the burger which i ordered for my dinner last night was correct. Went hungry

Possibly the best ever Kebab I had in the UK.

Ordered a chicken over chips with garlic & chilli - no word of a lie I had 5 dumps in the next 24 hours, 30-45 mins after ingesting the food. I NEVER write a review but im bed bound and I feel sick !

As a local this is our go to, I used to work for an internationally rated Turkish wedding caterer and the food from here is top notch as far as a takeaway kebab goes, the staff are outstanding and the speed and quality of food is A star

Food was good but expensive for what it was, customer service was poor, not friendly at all, considering we spent £51 on 2 mixed kebabs and chips and £12 on 4 cans of coke, to take away, you'd think a smile would soften the deal.

Arrived early but this was not a problem. Great pizza as usual - the best pizzas in town - cheaper and more topping than the 'big boys'. Great friendly driver too thanks bro.

You wouldn’t order a pizza and get a the base in one box and all the cooked ingredients in another and be expected to make the pizza up yourself so not sure why it’s expected with their kebabs? Just ended up eating the meat, salad and sauce out of box and threw pitta away as would of been way too messy to attempt to put it all tigdther ….very lazy of the restaurant not making it all up themselves

Popped in for a donner wrap as it was open. I can honestly say it was bang on. Probably one of the best I have had. I can highly recommend trying one. Staff was friendly and helpful, salad was freshly made up and very tasty. Keep up the good work. Top job 👏 👌 👍

To be frank the staff do not care about customer service. We ordered to eat in. The chicken doner kebab was acceptable but it was served in a takeaway box slopped together with chips and sauce. The salad was an embarrassment. No serviettes offered. I was not expecting anything more than a normal eat-in/takeaway experience. This didn't even come close. Avoid.

Where do I start. I phoned up to tell them our part of our order was missing and that it was cold, to be told that we can have something free the next time we order. Why would you only want part of the order? While speaking to the gentleman on the phone he became very rude and quite aggressive. So had to take the order back to the shop ourselves to be told if the food if any of the food is missing they won’t be giving us a refund after slamming boxes around on the counter in front of us.

Team friendly and attentive, the order was complete - something that rarely happens when we get our takeaways from other places. Salad all fresh and food was tasty, only downside was a few crunchy bits in the doner meat! But other than that, great!

First time I ever write a review but avoid this place! I had a chicken doner, chips and salad and now I've had food poisoning for the past two days now, throwing up, diahoria and stomach cramps. Only writing this so I can save the next adult or child from getting a dose of it. Horrible

Food was horrible. Dry no flavour. Undercooked. Got a upset stomach ruined my holiday. Had to stay in my toilet a few dats.

they took my money but didnt deliver food last night

Extremely salty to eat. No toilet or washing facility inside the restaurant. I have seen one of the staff picking chicken nuggets from the fridge with bear hands (no gloves or whatsoever). Unpleasant experience and don’t recommend it at all.

We decided to try this place because we love Turkish food. To say we had a very bad experience is an understatement. The guys at the till are rude and sarcastic. In the pictures it shows that the food comes in a pitta bread but it's actually served in cardboard trays as if you're having a takeaway and the pitta bread is chucked on top. So you have to assemble your own kebab but they give you no knife to cut the cold pitta bread. Very cold unwelcoming atmosphere. These guys have no customer service experience whatsoever. They only get customers in because they're located in a beautiful holiday place and have little competition. Bad service ! Bad food !! Bad Atmosphere !!! 👎 save your money go somewhere else.

Food was reasonable. Didn't resemble the photo on the menu. The kebabs come deconstructed, so you have to put it together yourself. Pitta bread un cut and just thrown on top of a tray of meat and salad, utterly bizarre. Wasn't very hot and by the time you flaff about trying to put it together, it's even colder. Didn't appreciate the person behind the counters' poor attempt at sarcasm when we asked why it was just dumped in a tray and not like the photos depict it. Wouldn't bother going there again, unless I highly unlikely feel the urge to construct kebabs.

Alright food. My order was done wrong as I asked for sauce and salad separate but it was given mixed and I lost my appetite. He didn’t offer an exchange or refund. The pita bread was cold and stale. Service was good as the guy at the till was genuine and listened to our feedback whilst other workers made a joke and mocked one of my family members.Chicken was also dry and could be better.Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

The food was just ok. Overpriced and generic. The chicken wasn't as tasty as other places, it tasted hard, not soft. We spent £80.00 and were asked to pay even more for the sauces as well. A tiny tub of ketchup for £1?!? Rip off. You're already over charging for the food. A can of drink was a ridiculous £2. If you're going to choose to eat here buy your drink from the nearby convenience store. The man serving was arrogant and had a lack of customer service talking down to us. Regret coming here.

Disgusting food and rude people do not go it will make you vomit. The staff are very rude and do not care about customers. If you value respect and good food do not eat from here. There are many alternatives nearby. Honestly if you are reading this you are a making a mistake by coming here.

Terrible service, last 3 deliveries I either recieved the wrong food, missing items or food cold with a two hour period of waiting for delivery with once again missing items. I will never order from here again was once a loyal customer.

Much later than predicted. Called for an update, they apologised, said 10 minutes and will throw in some free sides. It came 25 minutes later with no extra sides, cold chicken, and bland food.

Order arrived two hours after ordering....and guess what, items missing. This place is absolute useless. I'll never spend another penny with them again.

I was disappointed when I got home to find out I had very hot sauce on my Chicken Kebab! I didn't ask for hot sauce and I even had to ask if I had salad when she handed it over. It was all about get the kebabs churned out as quick as possible irrespective of what I wanted. Think I will go elsewhere for a little while!

The service is good, but every time they confuse the orders and put hot sauce on our son as well. Today was my last order and I won't do it again!

Lovely food. Good sized portion. My only feedback would be giving a choice of sauce and salads for the chips and salad in pita. I could have done with sauce and sadly wasted a lot of the salad.
