ordered through drive thru today, went to the payment section and the man serving had bbq sauce around his mouth. made me feel sick that someone is not being hygenic and handling food. teach your staff to wipe themselves.where was the manager?

*Have updated my review because of the response from the business owner...Not sure what is meant by, 'the parking not being up to my satisfaction' sadly the response didn't answer any of my points. I never once talked about parking as we went inside. Again this would appear to highlight the same symptoms the staff are having I'll leave you to decide what problems that is but really this is not good. I've never thought of rating atmosphere for a fast restaurant, but my goodness the feeling when you go in here is oppressive. All heads were down, the actions were very slow and laboured. The food was crushed in it's box. It took an absolute age to arrive. By the time the chips were cooked the burger was cooling down. When I tried to bite into it the three small pieces of lettuce were displaced by the half bottle of mayonnaise. This was a real shame as it was supposed to be a spicy burger but so much mayo smashed the spicy out of it. The piece of chicken in the side was more like a wing that a drum stick. Something needs sorting. They definitely need retraining. An absolute let down

What can I say. It's just your standard overpriced KFC. Expensive for the small portions you get

If your looking for really tasty fresh chicken an Great service...then don't bother going. Soggy sweaty greasy food...chips seem like they are boiled in luke warm oil an always hard on the inside. Staff are incompetent rude and unattentive. Avoid at all costs

The Most disappointing KFC in Cornwall, orders quite often missing items and takes forever to get delivered, a 2 hour wait is quite the norm. It's only getting 2 stars because the trilogy box is almost perfection

Prioritise delivery services over in store customers , you will be waiting a long time if you order in store , and never has gravy

Chaotic during busy times. Staff need New clothes and a wash. Typical KFC. Food poorly packed and presented.

I ordered a burger but found out there were no salads in it. The kitchen staff said they ran out of it but they won’t tell you unless you figure it out by yourself 🤦‍♂️

Excellent service while they were very busy. We ordered online and used the drive through. I did wonder if we would have a long wait after seeing how busy they were, but it wasn't too bad. Food was hot.

Dont think they understand how to get a order correct first time would rather go to PZ.

The place is always dirty bins over flowing and the tables are always covered in mess and I don't think the windows have ever been cleaned on the inside

Always slow service. Not keen to serve you at the till. Frequently lose orders(they dissappear from the screen even though you haven't had them) Only survives because it's next to a college and a hotel!

Hardest takeaway to ever order. Tried to order on just eat and Uber eats. One minute it’s available, 2 min later not available anymore. Ended up ordering on the website just for them to take my money and then say sorry we can’t take you order anymore. Happens literally every time we order. If you don’t get that order through in the 2 seconds they make themselves available then you’ve had it

Of the Colonel's 11 secret herbs and spices, 8 of them are salt. I'm grateful for the large drink size to flush my kidneys with. The 2 words that this type of establishment is normally labelled with, 'fast' is not applicable, and 'food' is still up for debate.

They just can’t not get an order correct. The staff have no interest. There is no point complaining either as no one is helpful.

im sure a bargain bucket used to come with a drink ,and beans ,at least some salt and napkins ,very dissapointing and a bit tastless ,and why merry xmas on the boxes its merry CHRISTMAS,and that is one seriously small portion of fries. .

Nice KFC quick and food was hot. Only thing I didn't necessarily like was the joint bathrooms for men and women. I'm not against anything but I wouldn't be comfortable going in if I were a female.

Can be a little difficult to find if you don't know the area, turning is essentially before the restaurant as you come in from the A30. But the restaurant itself is excellent, clean, friendly and the food is lovely.

Must stop going here everytime the food is wrong staff havent got a clue. Missing salt , no spoons for the beans and all the childrens deserts missing.

Seemed abit too chaotic behind the till. Staff seemed abit overwhelmed and had a bit of a delay for food and then found items of my order were out of stock. Not a big issue for me just could be better.

Unfortunately the food tonight was very poor indeed, only good thing was no queues & fast service. My fillet burger was dry with no taste & my son's popcorn chicken was unfortunately the same!

Ordered delivery and instead of mash and gravy being delivered I got 6 gravy.

Kept me waiting at the order point for drive through for 5 mins drive round to window to order to be told to go back round if u aren't going to do a job well don’t bother did them a favour and put a cone in front of their drive through as it’s not fit for purpose

Kentucky Fried Chicken popularly known as KFC is a chain of fast food restaurants that primarily use chicken in their menu. KFC Camborne is located in an easy to access area by the road and offers great services. The food is good, hygiene is top notch and the services offered by the staff is excellent.

My husband has been up all night with diarrhoea, this is the second time we have been, the last time I was ill Would not recommend unless you want to lose weight

Filthy restaurant, very slow service, order missing items. No sign of a manager or anyone in charge of things.

I made a silly mistake and didn't order fries as a side with my kids meal and when I asked for more fries the lovely girl gave them to me free of charge. She said its a simple mistake to make when using the order machines. Food was delicious!

Always love KFC, one of the all time fav places to eat

Very good as most of them are. However, I was a bit disappointed as we ordered over the phone and paid upfront. But when I arrived, none of the order was ready. So don't see any point ordering in advance.

I have to admit it was boxing day, id just finished a late shift and it appeared to be manned by young teens so I wasn't expecting it to be good....but....the food was cooked perfectly, lovely and fresh and hot, service could not be faulted, very polite....I don't always write reviews but felt this was well deserved...thank you

This KFC literally NEVER has Gravy and rarely Beans. No matter what time you arrive, there is no gravy, EVER. Heed my warning, if you want KFC gravy, go elsewhere. Most of the time they don’t have beans either and you can either have corn if you’re lucky or just extra fries or coleslaw. Chicken if generally ok, usually have to wait a while regardless of time. Picture illustrates a lack of gravy at approximately 6.40pm

The place needs to buy a broom floor littered with order slips, food & napkins

Ordered from the machine, never again when went to collect I commented on the wrong drink which was delt with by rude customer service. Brought another drink. Only to find out the whole box meal was wrong. The side as well as drink. Why do people who work in customer service roles always seem like they can't be bothered?

Terrible food, no gravy, slow service

Every evening that I’ve ordered they never have any gravy. Not sure how you can consistently run out & not address it.

Uber eats took our money and food but this lovely woman named Sharon the shift manager gave us a full refund even though it wasnt her fault

Vegan burger is always hard and chewy, there was no beans the other day, the chips aren't vegan friendly, no sweetcorn

Very poor told that the 2.99 meal was not available . Untue. Duty manager unhelpfull stating she was not on duty at the time. She suggested that it may be that they had run out of ingredients and the young man on the till was not been made aware of this. So i can take advice from ICO where did you get my private phone number from?

Abrupt staff. Staff appear angry and frazzled . No cutlery and upon request there was none available . Coke drink was only half filled and a polite request to top it up was met with silent confusion .

The queue was reasonable but it moved fairly quickly. Ordered on the app so quick and simple. Same today, lovely and hot even though we drove a couple of miles to somewhere a bit more scenic to eat it.

KFC is probably CFR. Cooking up rats in the back instead of chicken to save cost. Doesnt matter since they forget half the order most of the time.

Sick in the carpark. Tables and floor not clean inside. Seemed to have ample staff.

£2.50 for 3 Tablespoons of beans is a joke, the chips had no taste at all and definitely not crispy like the box stated, the barbecue sauce tast like it came out of a cheap 99p bottle you can get from the £ shop, and the chicken coating was so salty it burned my tongue. never again

We pay a visit here for a take away meal as my elderly mother who's housebound loves the chicken from there. The place is fairly clean but service is a little slow due to I feel under staffed and all seem to concentrate on the drive through and only one person dealing with front of house which is OK but as I'm a Veteran I'm unable to use the self service as have to use my Forces Discount card/ KFC App at the till and takes ages to get seen. Maybe if Head Office reads these then a question to IT to be able to add discount cards to the self service menus which would be useful to the staff on duty and speed up the process.

Nice, who doesn't like kfc, a bit busy than normal as McDonald's is closed for a refurb but the food was tasty and still hot for when I got home. Just got back with another tremendous order! The cashier was nice and polite and told us about special offers that were cheaper than on the menu, the food was all nice and got and they even got the order all correct and present, the video shows how noisy it was as its school holidays!

Best KFC we have eaten at to date. Prompt service, piping hot food, supplied all dips (a KFC failure at most branches) and nothing missing from the order. Honestly, can't praise them enough. This is how other KFC outlets need to perform

Touch screens were smeared with dirty fingerprints. When we arrived there were lots of empty tables, but not a single one of them clean. Food on the floor throughout the whole restaurant seating area. After this disappointing start, the toilets were thankfully clean and the food (which took about 10 minutes) was hot. Someone did come and give a quick wipe to the tables while we were eating.

Placed an order didn't get all what we ordered most of it was cold and hade tobe chucked only thing we had was hot what the sweet corn well not be ordering her again Tried phoning the stored after 15 calls and no answer and 1 voicemail we have given up I would recommend people getting delivered food from here

Ryan the manager gave terrible customer service along with the front worker at the desk. Took 25 minutes for 4 fillets also there was food all over the floor. Should be closed down

Went in about 7.20, hardly a clean table to be found, omg guys get the cleaning cloths out, no excuse, fillet burger great, all orders in take away bags only, I don't understand some of these places. No one employee with a smile on their face, what a shame

It was really slow service, and the food wasn't great.

Some of the Chicken in the single bucket was'nt cooked completely. But the staff were really nice. Won't be rushing for a KFC'S again.

Sometimes very busy and the drive through takes priority over walk in and on line orders which means that the time to get your order can be long.

You don't get a bucket of chicken anymore it seems. Bags and bags lol. Makes it hard to decifer who has what when order together

Went for chicken had to wait while fillets and wings were cooked ...... which is good as I like my food fresh cooked. Fillets and wings great.. BUT 2 x drumsticks were not great they had obviously been there a while and coatings just fell off before I could eat them. They were greasy and not nice . Oh well another place ticked off our list... I hope that the guys there take this on board and maybe get it right next time .,...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst ever meal I have ever had in my life. Not everything arrived that I ordered but was so thankful. Me and my partner both had different meals but both of us were so poorly with food poisoning. Will never eat kfc again!!!! Stay away unless you want to be ill. Not knowing weather to sit on the toilet or put your head In it worst I have ever felt in my life.

Drive through order was incorrect, this happens far to often, leaving me out of pocket.

If there is a problem with the Kiosk or counters, just leave. The managers are unwilling to help at all.

A bit pricey when u consider that some of the individual meals are more than the staff are paid.

Nice and local to home address and as KFC goes, food is consistently good.

Head to the till to pay inncash and cant redeem the app offer from the till so forced to pay by card. Pay at machine and no table stands, the restaurant is a mess with dirty table and food on the floor.

Been twice recently, both times I had to access the app for my qr code to use my blue light card discount..both times I was told the app was down so couldn't get my discount, how does that work when I had just accessed the app? The girls were very none plused and just said you can't use it the apps down again!!!
