Quite busy but very nice. Can sometimes take a bit long to get a seat or for your food to get done.

Jasmine was our server, she was super helpful and so lovely. We love to come to Wagamamas but she made it even better!

Came to Wagamama on a Sunday evening, about 8:30ish, 8 of us, they seated us straight away. They open until 22:00 on a Sunday whereas the other restaurants in the square close at 21:00. Monika our server was so lovely and attentive, she advised how we order and the loyalty scheme to get complimentary edamame. I requested for chicken broth as a little soup side and they gave it to me complimentary. They also provide green tea complimentary which is really lovely. They currently do 10% off for anytime fitness users as well so that was great for us as a big group. The restaurant was clean, everyone was friendly. Will definitely be returning. Free parking for 3 hrs too! Thank you again Monika for your great service :)

A highlight of our vacation. The shop is unfortunately very loud and very busy because of the very good food, but that's okay. We had a very good ramen soup and we love it.

Went for a nice quiet lunch around 1pm Food was delicious and staff were fantastic and attentive. Only slight let down was the toilet, where the floor was sticky. I have no idea if this is normal for Wagamama but the uniform of the kitchen and wait staff were dressed extremely professionally, but then I’m guessing the manager was walking round in jeans and a polo shirt and stood out like a sore thumb.

I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but after reading other recent reviews, I am concerned that the manager may not fully grasp the importance of respectful behaviour. The incorrect food and the manager's rude demeanour only worsened the situation. I believe that Wagamama may not align with the values that were demonstrated by the manager in Trowbridge branch.

Pathetic experience today at wagamama trowbridge. The manager was really rude and abusive, first he served me the wrong order and on complaining he was like its your mistake, i asked to call the manager and he sasya i am the boss here, He was shouting at the staff and very rude and unprofessional. i have been going to this place for months but i guess this was the last time i went there, Please if the owner or someone responsible reads this, take action against this manager.

Speedy, friendly service. There was no pressure on us to vacate the table once we'd finished eating. We were left to finish our conversations and drinks. Thank you for that. Delicious food too

Server Callum was really poor and has a terrible attitude, made quite a few mistakes with our order and was very rude. Shame as we have eaten here many times for years and had brilliant servers, maybe this was not his day

This was my first time trying Wagamama, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! The second I walked in, by the front of house manager, I was introduced to my server, Joe. With it being my first time, I was unsure what to order, Joe took the time to talk through some of the dishes, and I felt he genuinely cared about my experience in the restaurant and I felt he couldn't do enough to help, he's a credit to the establishment! The food was fresh, and it was among some of the most flavoursome foods I've eaten in a long while. Good value for money, and due to this particular experience, I'll be using Wagamama a lot more in the future.

Honestly the best Wagamama we’ve been to. We where served by Himi. The food and service was sublime and could not fault anything. Will be going back soon

Had a brilliant wagamama here the other day. One of the best. It was really busy but the staff were cheerful and the food was fab. It's too expensive, but it was delicious.

We went for our daughter's birthday meal yesterday. The staff were attentive and excellent as was the food. The place was busy but still relaxed and we certainly weren't in any way hurried. I'd recommend it.

Great service from Steph checked on us and helped us through the ordering etc. Brought a family member for their first visit to a wagamama. Unfortunately they didn't have their first choice but Steph helped to select a different dish. Also offered a voucher for our next visit due to the disappointment. Great Vegan and veggie options.

This restaurant has the best customer service of any Wagamamas I’ve been too. All the people that work there are smiley and welcoming! Especially Chelsea, she is a really attentive and welcoming server! The food is also delicious as always.

Absolutely amazing food and service! This has become a favourite restaurant for me and my husband. The wait staff are incredibly attentive, and they are absolutely on top of accommodating allergies! My friend is visiting from the US, and she has a gluten intolerance: the staff was so careful to make sure her meal was safe. Aside from that, the food was incredibly fresh.

First time at wagamama and I can't believe I had never been to one before The food was delicious and so healthy,we had juices,starters and a main each. I took my 3 teenage/adult kids who raved about how good the food was. Free green tea for everyone there are not many places that give anything free. If you like salmon I recommend the teriyaki dish.

Can't thank the staff enough for today. My daughter fell off the bench and cut her head open. I didn't know she was bleeding until they told me. They practically saw it happen before I did and rushed over with napkins, anticeptic wipes, a bag of ice and an icelolly. They were so attentive, very grateful. Didn't know how else to say thank you other than on here.

Tonight we were there and ordered chicken doburi. Unfortunatly mostly it was rice. very dry, so little meat not like before. Last 4 hrs we are trying to digest it.Not sure if we will go there again.

A good Wagas with enough seating. They also do takeaway. Menu is available online. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. Always good fresh Japanese food with great service.

It pains me to leave this review as I know that businesses are battling in the current climate. My family and I popped into wagamma Trowbridge for a pre cinema lunch, we were led to our table, the furthest corner of an almost empty restaurant, we sat and perused the menu and then sat and waited while two tables came in after us were seated and served drinks while we still had not been served, as I looked around, there were a few servers chatting and totally ignoring us, it was at this time I realised we were not wanted and we decided to leave, and went next door to Nandos, sat at a great table, and served in a shorter time than it took to write this review.

The chef made a perfect teriaky katsu as I requested, just brilliant!

The food we had was excellent but they had so many things missing from the menu it was a bit of a let down, how can you run out of noodles!! Service was pretty slow at taking orders considering it wasn't as busy as usual.

A good example of Wagamma's. The new menu seems a little consolidated than the old one but still great options. The music is kinda loud for my liking if you like to chat over your meal.

Food is full of flavour and comes out hot as it is served as soon as it's cooked. Great with allergies. Can get a little loud when busy. Puddings I find are quite pricey and a little out there with taste, but that is all personal preference.

The staff were excellent & so kind! We had a problem with our deliveroo order (which Deliveroo did nothing about) & the manager sorted it our right away even tho it wasn't their fault. We felt very lucky & well looked after. The food was delicious & arrived really quickly! We have nothing bad to say so thank you so much!

Food is thrown at you, and YOU WILL LIKE IT attitude, or you get a staff huff! But the kidz love the noodles so we keep going back 🍜

A small outlet which struggled to get orders out in a timely manner I waited a good 35 mins for my food whilst my colleague got his in under 10! A very poor show ! I watched several others waiting far too long for their food !

Food was good but service slow and they forgot one of the starters.

The best food I have had in a long time. The service was great the atmosphere was comforting but the food was just simply devine! We ordered a range of sides to go with our main dishes, my favourite was the spicy squid and duck rolls. It was a little busy but we were seated within 10 mins and into a booth. Thank you to all the staff for a truly wonderful meal experience

Yes, my mum had already finished her meal and mine hadn't arrived and we still hadn't received our drinks. However, the manager was so apologetic and made our whole meal free it feels wrong to give it a poor service rating. The food was amazing. Food that you can't stop eating 😋

Yummm food. We were told we were gonna have to wait a while for a table but we were seated fast Even tho it was very busy. We got served pretty fast. Price needs to be updated online though as is more expensive than it suggests.

Great place, good access and parking. Seating is very good and area pleasing and effective. Meet and greet at door and shown to table. Service was very good and attentive. Happy people. Food is always wonderful as have eaten elsewhere. It can be very hot. Just ask if not sure. Meals were served 10 minutes between so we eat not together. This is the only improvement that could be looked at. It is freshly cooked, so it may of just been a situation on this day that delayed second meal. Kitchen open and clean and tidy. It is good to know fresh food is still cooked. Not rushed to eat, relaxed and informal.

So my 7y old daughter is now in live with your noodles😍 We've been to the one in Trowbridge several times And last time, after a very long day wanted to order delivery, turns out you can't if you have allergies. So I had to go and order in the restaurant, this is when Ben the manager worked his magic and made my day. Happy Christmas to all the team at Wagamama Trowbridge. It's wagamamas if you haven't been to one yet your probably unlikely to or dont like noodles you weirdo. Only reason for scoring down was they didn't have the desert option my daughter wanted

Food was OK, didn't think it was worth the money spent, just tasted like a big pot noodle, I had beef noodles.

I haven't been to a Wagamama for a number of years but had a great experience dining at Wagamama Trowbridge with a colleague tonight. The staff were all very friendly and courteous and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh with generous portion sizes and there was also a good selection of beers, cocktails and desserts available, with everything at pretty reasonable prices. Overall, it was very enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Really delicious beef ramen for the first two times, and for the third time beef was really chewy and noodles was overcook, I think as a chain restaurant they need keep the standards!

Highly recommend for someone who love udon soup. Good taste

Good noodles for a chain store if a little on the salty side, better than their branch in Swindon......nice interior if you like a sea of grey.....but it's no Marugame 😉

The wait or who served us knew the menu well and was a great help as I'm not into really spicy food, great service, lovely meal 👌 Came again for a treat, our server Oscar was amazing, great suggestion for me, I now have a favourite meal.. only gripe was that they share tips and I wanted the tip to go to him personally.

Liha our waitress was first class this evening. The lady front of house went above and beyond, walking around the car park to find us when our table was ready. The young man went out of his way to open the door for us, to ease our departure with a buggy. The customer service was some of the best we’ve received for a long time in this country. Well done. This is how it should be.

Highly recommend this restaurant. We’ve been to the Trowbridge branch many times and the service and quality of food has always been outstanding. The key here is the staff. They always get everything right - food, service and making sure the customer is always taken care of. You feel special and are welcomed every time you visit. Yes, there has been the rare hiccup where a certain menu item is out of stock but you can guarantee that you will enjoy trying an alternative on the menu. Staff also recommend trying something different on occasion and to me this portrays their level of confidence in how good the food is - after all the staff eat the same food themselves, so you know you can trust their recommendations. Always pleasantly delighted and all-round outstanding experience every time.

Great meal with grandchildren in a lovely cool, air conditioned environment just right for a hot Friday lunchtime. A very special thank you to the very caring staff who helped us when my 5 year old grandson had a bad nosebleed after bumping heads with his brother. Restored my faith in human kindness!
