Great food with a balanced and attentive service.

My family and I went to Casa for an evening meal. It was my father's birthday and I asked on the way in if they could sing happy birthday to him. After amazing mains my dad's dessert came out with a candle in which a chocolate written 'happy birthday' The service staff were incredible, very special mention to Sienna. Amazing, very funny and had very good banter. What a credit she is to your establishment.

6pm Saturday managed to get a table for 2 as walk in. Great meal and service.

Tiramisu to avoid, not at all Italian.

All round a pretty good service from start to finish! Disappointed when I wasn't feeling well, I wanted to order a decent meal.. not the typical that's out there anyway but unfortunately, every time I've tried they're unavailable 😔 I've had it ones and was lovely but after that 👎🙄

Hands down amazing! I love Italian food but this is by far the best i have ever had! The staff are on point. The restaurant is beautiful. Outside is also eyecatching if you wanted service outside. Feels as if you are somewhere else. Really takes reality away. The chefs are top notch. Well done to all definitely be returning and 100% be recommending.

Nice, but giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted salmon as they cooked it so nice before, but she said it wasn't on the menu. I don't know if they changed the menu to not have fish or if it was just that day.

It was OK, order messed up a bit, but got the right food eventually. Service was slow, but it was busy for a mid week evening.

The staff were amazing and the kitchen keep are incredible the food is excellent. It's just a wonderful place to eat and relax. I will definitely be back.

We recently had an "ancients" reunion at the Casa which did us proud. The service was excellent, very friendly and cheerful. The ladies had to put up with a lot of banter and did brilliantly, as well as coping with my best mate in his wheelchair. Chef, bless him, also changed a dish for four of us to use pasta rather than rice, so gave us a cracking good spicy sea-food linguine. While it doesn't try to be Michelin quality, this is an excellent Italian restaurant so we're going to make it our regular venue, and I drove down specially from Bolton! Highly recommended. We'll all be back in September - sorry staff!

Oh my goodness!! I've visited Melksham twice to see family and both times we have visited Casa....and I will come back next time too. The staff were so lovely, the environment calm and spacious (not cramming for every cover), but, the most important part was the food. Wow, just wonderful. We all loved everything we had. The boys, even though their tummies were full, couldn't resist the puddings....and obviously we had to sample their pudding too.🤣 Go, go, go, go, go!! You need to eat here every day of the week you can!

Had a really lovely meal here. Garlic bread with cheese is delicious! All our choices were really enjoyed. Plenty of choice. Server was really friendly and helpful. Shame it was so quiet, will definitely go again . Would definitely recommend a visit.

Awfully rude staff , turned up to the restaurant to find 2 members of staff sat on the floor. The staff was then stood slagging us off complaining about the fact they had 2 customers come in. Was so temped to just walk out considering we was that much of an inconvenience to them-I do apologise that ive came to a reastraunt for dinner . Haven't eaten the food yet no matter what it's like will not return. I run a busy venue in melskham and will ensure all my customers are aware of this service we received.

My partner brought me here 2 weeks ago for my birthday meal and I just wanted to take the time to leave a review because it was such a lovely place, I can’t wait to go back again! I love my Italian food and my dinner here was absolutely delicious.

Food was absolutely amazing!! All the servers were wonderful too, so attentive and helpful even moved our table for us. Amazing experience definitely recommend!

5 of us ate at Casa tonight - our go-to place whenever we all meet up for a weekend together. Great food and atmosphere, as always. We'll be back again soon!

A very quiet lunchtime but great food.

Freshly cooked food with obviously good ingredients. Helpful staff, although sometimes taking orders can be a bit slow if several groups arrive at the same time. Variety of seating styles. Have eaten in and had takeaways. Good value for what you get. What more could I ask for!

Had a lovely lunch to celebrate our Mum's birthday. Four different mains, Calzone pizza, canneloni, fungi chicken and bream fish, followed by lemon cheesecake, tiramisu and pannacota. Everything tasted good and the young lady server was pleasant and helpful

A lovely meal out. Duck with peppers and mashed potatoes and the salmon with pasta were very tasty. Restaurant a little cold but it was not too bad.

First time dining here, I heard good things about Casa so thought it was worth a visit with some friends and so glad we did, All 4 of us absolutely loved the place, it’s obviously very popular as it was packed so booking is highly recommended. The service was very friendly and professional, plenty to choose from on the menu and wow the food was amazing, extremely delicious and extremely good quality. We will definitely be coming back here a little more often now we’ve tried it

I was tasked with calling to arrange a Christmas lunch for our staff for the 21st somehow this was booked as the 22nd I spoke with the staff and the manager once I realised my mistake who even though they are usually closed during the time we required opened the restaurant and what was booked for 24 possibly 26 became 35 and they smashed it. Quick prompt service and the waiting staff were amazing. This is our second company visit and again we were very impressed food was delicious and the staff saw to our every need. We will certainly use them again.

We ate here recently early evening as a family on a cold wintery evening, after seeing our local Christmas lights switched on. We had booked as it usually gets busy. We have been here many times and you know the standard of food you are going to get as it is always consistently good. The service was attentive and friendly and the menu has enough choice for the pickiest of eaters- i had the tomato soup to start which was lovely and warming followed by the verdure pasta- delicious! My family said their food was equally good- the polpette, followed by lasagne and the pollo con funghi as mains. Delicious! We finished with the homemade tiramisu which was also very good. We loved all of our meals and it was a lovely atmosphere to spend a couple of hours on a cold evening. Thank you Casa. We will be back and can throughly recommend!

Stopped off to warm up before lights switch on Ordered lasagna and a pizza Disappointing no draught larger only bottles Food lovely and hot and quick service Pizza was not sliced and hard to cut with knife . No one returned to check on us otherwise would have asked. However lovely food would definitely return and hopefully draught back on

Service was excellent polite, helpful waitresses who worked flat out. Food very good, freshly cooked to order. However, the whole evening was spoiled by a large table of very loud young men sitting close by. The noise level was so high we couldn’t hold a conversation. Whilst understanding that their spirits were high, management should have intervened in the interests of other diners( we weren’t the only ones frustrated and cross!).

Great food, fresh and tasty. Our waitress was efficient and worked flat out. However, the experience was spoilt by a table of rowdy young men. We were unable to have a conversation as they were so loud. Management should have stepped in and asked them to bring the volume down to an acceptable level.

Visited as a family, they were very flexible and were kind enough to squeeze in our family of 6 at short notice without any impact to the great service. The service staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very generous. The food was very tasty, and filling, with myself managing to stomach a 3 course meal, thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will be sure to visit again!

I organised a group of us from work to go along to Casa in Melksham based on a single recommendation from one of the team. Whilst they required for us to pay a deposit up front and pre-order this was totally understandable given the number of us. Having said that I was nervous as my only experience of Italian restaurants previously have been poor. The menu was varied and offered good descriptions for this of us like me who are not keen Italian restaurant goers. The food did not disappoint with everyone reporting the food to be excellent. The restaurant has accommodated is on one huge long table and we all had plenty of space. The servers were great and drink selection was good too. Overall, would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Decent food, friendly staff and cozy decor!

Nice little restaurant for some good. Atmosphere a bit dead, staff weren’t overly chatty. But food is good. Slightly small portions but would definitely go back.

We loved the food, the ambience and the staff so much we went two nights in a row whilst staying at an hotel locally. Highly recommend.

The service was wonderful. You don't even have to put your own seasoning on your food. Someone will grind the Mills for you. Smaller size portions which is perfect with pasta as it can be too filling. The mussels were devine. Everything was. Salmon and broccoli pasta and lemon cheesecake pudding. Highly recommend and will be taking my other sets of friends for food. Already thinking about my next meal there.!

Very impressed by this restaurant. My fiancee and I went for a meal, she had the pizza and I had the penne, both of which were very good. Service was fast and there was table water supplied.

A Thursday night supper thoroughly enjoyed!! Very busy and good value well cooked food served with aplomb by a lovely waitress.

Me and my wife love Italian food and this is the best Italian food we've ever had. Wife had prawns for starters (sauce was amazing) while I had a pesto pasta dish. Then we both had pizza for mains. Best pizza we've had. Been several times. Always the perfect meal. Faultless

Bank holiday Sunday and an evening with friends. A very tasty meal. Three different mains all wonderful. I had the steak with a pear & Gorgonzola sauce, a lovely surprise. Chicken and fish dishes went down well. It was busy yet the staff (chef, waiter plus 1 more) worked hard to ensure great service.

Fabulous pizza, hot, fresh and yum

This is a pleasant, modern style of Italian restaurant that is very welcoming. I had a goats cheese started that came on a bed of roasted vegetables and was delicious. I followed up with lamb cutlets in a cherry sauce and it was delectable, truly one of the best versions of lamb I've had. The meat was cooked wonderfully and the combination of flavours was extremely complimentary. I would highly recommend this lovely Italian restaurant.

This restaurant is so lovely - it's so nice for Melksham to have an independent, good restaurant. All of our dishes were great and it's really well priced. Would definitely recommend to all.

We had such a fabulous meal - a quick bite to eat after a lovely long day out. The ravioli was truly the best pasta we’ve eaten this side of Florence and the pizza was ever so flavoursome. Welcoming service and a beautiful venue. Congratulations to the team on such a successful place and I’m only disappointed to have discovered it on holiday!

We had a fabulous meal with friends last Friday night. We had calamari, prawns, garlic bread with pesto to start and steak, tuna, lamb and pizza for main course and every dish was outstanding. I have to say my lamb dish was the best! The flavours were amazing. We will definitely be recommending and we will be back very soon!

Absolutely love spending an evening in Casa. I recently visited with friends, we all had the happy hour passion fruit martinis and they were delicious. Everyone said how great the food was and the service was fantastic. Would recommend this restaurant for a lovely night out in Melksham

Casa could be such a lovely place, the staff are friendly and the food good but what completely ruined our experience was that we had to eat with coats on! Won’t be going back there for that reason. We basically paid to uncomfortably eat in the cold - waste of money!

We’ve visited Casa since it opened many years ago, and have enjoyed every meal with the exception of tonight. The restaurant was particularly cold, to the point we decided to come home for desert and drink rather than remain at the restaurant and whilst our main meals were great, we were disappointed with the quality of our starter. When raising both issues with the manager, there was no offer of apology (pretty standard in my book of you have an unhappy customer) instead we were met with confrontation! After our experience tonight we now understand why the restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday night, an indication that people vote with their feet. We paid our bill in full at the manager demand but we will not be returning and will most definitely not be recommending this restaurant again to family or friends.

Wow forgot how good this place is Went for eve meal with the family, hadn’t been for ages excellent meal great service & the wine was that good that I’ve ordered 6 bottles! Will be back again soon

Stayed in the area recently and of the 5 nights we ate out, 3 were here. Fantastic food, seriously amazing and service was so friendly and welcoming. We may not be back to Melksham for a little while, but when we are we're 100% coming back here.

Went for a midweek lunch with a friend. Had a lovely meal with restaurant qualty food. Portion sizes were a little random (fried mozarella starter very large, main ravioli very small) but the desserts were just right and delicious. Will definitely go again.

Slightly dissapointed that it was noticable the my meal are batch made and heated. This can congeal the pasta. This aside the food is very tasty not losing the Italian flare. Not reheated tho would give it a 5+ star.

Went in often for the lunch menu of 2 or 3 courses for a set price, but left without eating last time because they said they stopped doing the lunch menu.

If you want a steak and want someone who knows how to cook it to perfection then Casa in Melksham should be your only stop. The chef is a wizard. That is one of the finest steaks I have ever had! Bravo!! ;)
