Stopped by to pick up my order and everything was ready on time. The staff Rene was friendly. Great service!

We decided to go Wagamama in the Galleria for my husbands birthday dinner as is one of our favourite aslo the children love it. I went in here waited for 5 mins for someone even to notice we were there as staff would walk across us and not even acknowledge to even say ill be there with you soon nothing I went and ask the manager he said very rude someone will be with you just wait. Ok waited did not make a fuss after someone decided to show us to our table the waitress come takes our order restaurant was not busy may I add, after a few minutes another waiter asked if we had placed our order I said yes around 10 mins ago but can we get some water as kids were thirsty I had been in here for 30 mins now no one bothered he gave us some disgusting water which tasted that something had been in inside the water. The waiter then comes and says our order has disappeared and we had to re order again, I said what is going on is the system something went wrong no appology nothing, did not care I explained is my husband birthday dinner and thank you to Wagamama for ruining our night we walked out as the service was disgusting I have been to other Wagamama and service had been really good the waiters in here and manager are really full of themselves, we walked out and went to the Chinese next door who greeted us immediately with a smile. SHAME WAGAMAMA ABOUT YOUR SERVICE I DEFINITELY WONT BE RETURING TO GALLERIA ONE BECAUSE OF YOUR SERVICE

The coconut karee was fab!! Absolutely loved it. Also took the prawn kushiyaki as the starter which was awesome.. Ricky took our order, and he was very polite and friendly, best at his service!!❤️❤️

I visit Wagamama quite often, and I always have a good experience, but one person who really makes it stand out is Adithya. She’s consistently friendly and makes me feel welcome every time I come in. It’s not just about the food or the service—it’s the way she genuinely takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your meal. She always greets me with a smile, and even if it’s been a while since my last visit, she remembers me and makes small talk, which makes the experience feel a lot more personal. It’s these little touches that really make the difference—like how she checks in to see if everything is okay, or offers a suggestion when I’m deciding what to try next. Adithya doesn’t go overboard, but she’s always there when you need something, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making the experience enjoyable for everyone. It’s people like her that make me want to keep coming back to Wagamama, because I know I’ll always be met with good food and great service.

Fue a almorzar, ordenados juntos como grupo (de cuatro) , la primera persona servida casi había terminado su comida para cuando se sirvió el 4o plato. Tenía el tazón de ramen de ternera, y la cantidad real de carne de ternera parecía muy tacaña (¡quizás unas cuantas cucharaditas llenas! ) , se sentía como muy mala relación calidad-precio.

I had a disappointing experience at Wagamama recently. My friend and I each had a £15 voucher that clearly stated “1 voucher per person.” However, when we went to pay, we were told by the manager that it was actually “1 voucher per transaction.” We showed the manager that the wording on the voucher was clear, but he refused to accept both vouchers, insisting it was a policy issue. We explained that this was a problem with how the vouchers were written and that, as customers, we shouldn’t be penalized for unclear terms. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t budge, and we ended up having to pay the difference. This was really frustrating and felt unfair, especially when the terms were so clearly written. A disappointing lack of flexibility and poor handling of the situation.

El servicio fue terrible. A la llegada se sentó rápidamente pero luego esperó siglos para pedir, esperó siglos para la comida y nuestras bebidas no salieron en absoluto, así que tuve que pedirlos y eso fue hacia el final de la comida, la salsa para mojar tenía trozos como si alguien ya había mojado su gyoza en ella, así que tuvo que pedir uno nuevo. El personal pasaba por delante y no hacía contacto visual, así que era difícil llamar la atención de nadie. El personal parecía desorganizado y parecía que daba prioridad a las entregas en línea y no a las que estaban sentadas. ¡Qué pena! Esta no es la primera vez que visitamos y el servicio ha sido pobre.

My colleagues and I stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. The best Wagamama I have been to. The service was excellent throughout the whole lunch experience. Food was delicious and brought quickly. We had beef salad, chicken and prawn pad thai and some spicy chicken, also we had starters to share Very nice clean restaurant, lovely interior. Keep it up as we will be back - thanks!

You come for the food - which rarely disappoints. It’s fresh, the selection is good - and it tastes great. Have been to multiple Wagamama’s many times. I get the casual dining thing; and I’m fine with that. But I do feel that often staff can use this as a get-out for poor service. Often there’s this awkward wait on arrival before someone notices you. We were taken to our table and left with no menus. There seemed to be few staff around - and they were at the bar or by kitchen (it was not busy). We eventually got our menus; and then three staff came in quick succession before we’d had the chance to decide. Drinks took ages - they were sat on the bar ready. My wife actually got them herself. Food arrived, as it does (staggered and when ready - I’m totally happy with this). Food was good as always. I do like the ability to pay at your table with the QR code. This at least avoids the need to find staff and ask for the bill. The bill splitting options are also great for situations that require that. Come for the food, not the service or atmosphere.

Visited today and the staff were really sweet and lovely, food was delicious and the AC was well appreciated in the humid weather.

I feel so bad as I like this style of food to send a bad review. But the service was terrible when we eat there last night. I can understand it was Sunday night and usually kitchens do deep cleaning on that day but the loud music from kitchen mixed up with the restaurant music but not the good way it made really bad atmosphere there. Food was so far good but it would surprise me if it is bad. As it is a chain i guess most of the food premade or frozen ( as a previously visit our dessert was still frozen), so not a big skill from chefs. The service was horrible I get my food faster than my drink (I guess thanks for chef MIC) tho foods came out totally different time I understand that kind of chef policy but the last food came 10-15 min delayed. When the waiter bring the cutleries he literally just smash them on the table. Terrible, I asked them if they have service charge but thanks god they don’t. I payed the food to be fair but I suggest you to don't go there at all just waste of time and money.

We were welcomed quickly, sat on a lovely table and welcomed by Febin who was our server for the evening. He was able to make ordering easy, was able to give recommendations and make adjustments for my dietary requirements. The food arrived quickly and just as ordered and was absolutely fantastic. I look forward to my next visit.

Me and my friend was absolutely starved as we have had nothing to eat all day, we had came to Wagamamas for the first time as we had seen so many excellent reviews.we ended up having to leave and eat elsewhere and my friend (who is lactose intolerant and allergic to soya) couldn’t eat there as the only three items on the menu she could eat was butternut squash curry, chilli squid and chilli mushrooms(a side) we are very upset as this menu isn’t very well developed for everyone in the community. The server was excellent and tried as much as possible to help

I have just had one of the best meals ever at Wagamama Doncaster, what an awesome team of staff all so helpful and amazing super fast service, nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile to make sure we had the right amount of spice etc,staff were happy to recommend dishes of their personal favourites too, the atmosphere was really inviting really stylish decor, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try something different you wouldn’t be disappointed. Five stars thank you for a fab family dining experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really really disappointed with the service received today. First of all my food didn’t arrive at the same time as the other plate after waiting 15 minutes I asked and was told it’s coming now. They completely forgot to cook my order then I paid for the meal using the app and it charged me twice. They first said that I had to try and retrieve it through my bank and when I explained that I would be charged £20 and it would take 30days the lady just shrugged. After saying that I wasn’t happy with this the manager came and said the money would be refunded between 12-24 hours. When I explained that I’ve come home from Bournemouth for the weekend and I will come back tomorrow if the money wasn’t back in my account the lady was more interested in insinuating that I was lying. Very rude and unprofessional, i will not be going back there again.

Watered down mocktails and food has hardly any meat in the dishes. I don't know if it's just this branch but I won't be going back there again. 2nd time this has happened. Overpriced when they are cost cutting.

We had a family dinner and the food was really great - tasty, sufficient portions and well presented. However the service staff need to up their game. When we arrived we waited at the entrance expecting someone to meet and show us to the tables but after a longer than usual wait time (restaurant was not busy) we realized no service staff was paying attention so we took a table that was empty. We ordered starters and main dishes but the starters were delivered long after the main dishe. The food was also served to each of us after long intervals so some were nearly finishing their meal before others had received theirs. After the meal we tried to catch the attention of the service staff to bring the bill without success. We waved and called politely but it's only after I raised my voice really high that one of them showed up (looking offended). The service staff had kept huddling at one of the counters for conversations with their backs turned to customers. I think training of service staff and supervision is necessary at this restaurant.

Visit the Wagamama Hatfiled a few times now. The food is just delicious, service team is nice but on some occasions could be a bit friendly and explain the process a bit better. Good atmosphere in general. Choose a seat away of the pitches, get busy and loud.

It would be nice to have a bigger portions, lots of pak choi less spring onion and big piece of salmon.

We were initially sat at a table next to where the used plates are taken, and there was this very strong smell of vomit, I assume it was coming from the bins full of food in this area. We were moved to another table after we asked, but then we weren't served for over 30 minutes. When we did get served, only one main arrived, then it was a other 30+ minutes before the second main arrived. The food and portion sizes were great, and the service was also good, but the time it took to get served initially was annoying as the restaurant wasn't that busy on a Monday night, then the delay in getting meals disrupted the experience as I became extremely hungry in the time I had to wait for my food. Unfortunately whilst the food was great, I don't think I'd be visiting again, I didn't find the service that attentive, although it was good, and the delay was too disruptive for people trying to enjoy a meal together.

have to share my experience and it's not really good. Visited Hatfield brunch on Thursday evening, been busy, I do understand, but, my brother ordered vegan ramen, when he got it, pasta wasn't as usual, it was this slim rice noodles (not vegan), but we didn't want to do any problems, we saw it's busy, but as soon he mix it up, he found peace of meat. We spoke with manager, after about 15 mins of waiting, he got new and right one, BUT, he didn't even touch it, right on the top was, just guess, peace of meat. I asked for a bill, there was no one to offer any apology, neither a discount, just ramen was removed. It's really disappointing, we won't be back

Click&Collect order, everything was well packed and nothing missing (the salad had pickles and dressing too, plus cutlery and napkins). Food was tasty and still hot, same standards and quality as dining in experience. I really appreciated the kids activity pack plus crayons provided alongside the kids meal, it was very thoughtful!

Had a great time playing find the chicken in the Katsu curry 🍛, alas to no avail . Enjoyed the rice though. The pork and apple bao buns were nice.

Food is as expected, bur each time we go therebis not enough staff, and those that are there are focused on Deluveroo and Just Eat because they have strict levels of performance to meet. I'm not sure I can be bothered to come again when anytime i i want something I have jump out in front of staff in their faces. This wasn't even a busy period either.

Really nice branch! Food tasted lovely and arrived in good time. The service overall was very good, however, if I was being picky the staff could have noticed a few things. For example we didn’t have chopsticks or cutlery at our table and the waitress began clearing plates away while I was still eating, which in my opinion is not great front of house etiquette. Nevertheless a great experience at this Hatfield branch and if I’m in the area again I’d consider dropping in for a bite.

I've been to a few Wagamama branches over the years and have never left disappointed. Unfortunately Hatfield Galleria let down the side with lacklustre food consistency. The host was welcoming & sat us down. Our order was taken & we awaited our food. Our stater of chilli squid was all stuck together, which i can only assume was because it got semi defrosted then put back into a freezer for the next day. Then our shirodashi pork ramen arrived and this is where I truly felt let down, the pork slices were wafer thin, overly salty and only cooked on one side! The broth was also super salty, I'm used to it having a subtle flavour and nicely cooked & sliced pork. I thought is just my portion but my wife's was the same. Have to say but I won't be going back to this branch.

After long day shopping went for a bite to eat and we both had the new item on the menu. We normally stick to katsu curry but feeling like wanted to try something else and so glad we did as both of us said that's our new favourite. Trouble is can't remember the name of what it was.

The new menu is so delicious from the vegan k-dogs, as always the edamame with salt + chilli, and the chicken gyoza. Love the high 5 and tropical juices.

I love the food but the setting is nosey but that's wagamama style lol. The services wasn't bad but wasn't great. Asked for a pint of larger and got a pina colada instead hahaha. Also someone on our table asked for no chilli I know right. It was fine, but they ended up with chilli even tho they said no chilli and someone else ended up with their dish with no chilli!!

twice this restaurant has served me no -vegan food when i’ve ordered vegan meals, i’ve found meat in my meal and i’ve found eggs in another meal that i ordered, when i asked for another one to be sent they told me i didn’t order the vegan one, obviously i did as im vegan? they made me pay for both meals even though i didn’t eat them and they wouldn’t give me new meals without paying. im so disappointed in this branch of wagas, the first time i let them off but to have it happen twice just tells me they don’t care about their vegan customers

This is an exceptional Wagamamas, I know they are everywhere but this one really stands tall. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, the food is amazing and delicious. The atmosphere is also a delight, due to the new design, the seating spaces are so much more personal yet still with the option of bench’s. Thank you Wagamama Hatfield, Galleria
