New to the menu, beef korean hotpot was excellent! Staff were very attentive and helpful, taking allergy requirements into consideration.

Warm welcome from Jamie & his colleagues, great food from the kitchen team, for me easily the best place to eat and hangout at Gatwick North, and I include the lounges in that. Good view over the runway and apron if that's your thing.

Waited to order while staff chatted. Only saw 1 plate of food go out. Decided to leave. Pleasant goodbye as we left (I would have asked if everything was okay and learnt why money was walking out the door). If you have plenty of time it should be fine, but if for instance you have a flight to catch, maybe swerve it.

Delicious pork belly Ramen, very filling, and I ordered extra chillies which duly came! The in house chilli oil is only so so on the heat scale! No phone charging at the furthest booths which is a wee bit annoying! I noticed some on the tables near the entrance. Service was spot on!

When we left, I forgot my jacket with passport, tickets, etc in it. 10 mins later I realised and panicked. The manager and his staff were tremendous and we found it outside the restaurant. Thanks for a great dinner and great service as well!

I’m second time here and I chose the hot pot again, it has rich taste, spicy and really delicious for me.

Does what it says on the tin. Food is all cooked fresh in the very open and visible kitchen. Service can vary but mostly pretty good. The QR code pay by phone is handy for such an airport setting - but didn't work for us this recent visit. It's really quite a nice setting and atmosphere for an airport restaurant, even with its large size. The spicy cauliflower starter was an unexpected highlight.

It was a joyful experience before our flight given its quality food - tasty and hygienic. Our waiting time was about 20 minutes so if you have time, it's a good place to go because you can rest a moment in a comfortable sitting area. A little bit pricey compared to those coffee shops but definitely worth it.

I always always always get the firecracker and this is by far the best BEST one I had. To top it off, Diya was absolutely lovely, attentive and really started off my trip right - thank to you and your team - also I didn’t catch her name but the girl at the door with the glasses at 1:15pm today - she is also super hospitable and kind. Will come back, every time I travel. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I were flying for my birthday holiday and we decided to have some food at wagas. Francesco was absolutely brilliant, very kind and helpful. Food was delicious however I was told by the lady who served us on table 421 that I can’t swap my ramen noodles to udon ones which was a bit odd as I’ve never had an issue with that in any other restaurants.

The food was not great. Did not order any drinks but was brought one, and it was included in the final price. Although they removed it after I complained, it looked like they were doing it intentionally.

Jan was so nice and so helpful with the Wagamama menu he recommended so many dishes and gave full descriptions and opinions !

Tried the Vegan K-dog which was new on the menu and the Vegan bao. Both were nice and as you’d expect from wagamamas. The servers are very quick talking and assume the customers know how everything works so I had to ask them to repeat on my two interactions with different people. Not a bad thing. The system they have to pay is fantastic. Very quick assuming you are connected to the airport wifi. If not, maybe they should offer their own wifi that’s easy to connect to. Other than that, good service, good food and nice to experience it without the queue.

The service pass all through a qr code. There is a table service (until it will be done by robots) but also the payment is through the app pay in your phone. Good is always reassuring and tasty, the usual wagamama standard you're looking for when coming to the place. A bit more human contact would be welcome, airports are already impersonal places.

Service is always good in wagas. Food was ok. We don't live in the UK and it does seem like the prices increase each time we visit. Food was ok, nothing to write home about

Delicious breakfast at decent prices

Tasty and cheerful breakfast, with expected airport price extortion. Food arrived quickly and all items cooked to perfection. Decent view of the runway action as you eat. I'd come back.

Worst Wagamama so far...Yaki soba was fine but without real soba. Gyoza were inedible, mealy mince concoctions. The pastry was mealy and they came with something like balsamic. Horrible. The chicken ramen had decent chicken but the noodles had the same overcooked and mealy texture as the sofa pastry. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had the pork ramen which I did not expect to be so spicy, I don't mind a little spice but I couldn't even finish the dish and I've eaten Ramen at many places, very disappointing.

Shown to a table immediately but after that the service was appalling. Slow and only came to us by flagging the staff down. Two meals came out at different times causing one meal to be boxed up to head to our flight.

I really wanted to try the vegan breakfast. They didn't have any sausages but got 2 pieces of bacon instead. The scrambled egg was the best vegan egg I've tasted. 1-2 slices of toast would be nice, but the Bao bun works fine. Some spinach would be a nice addition 🤩

Food was very good and our waiter Sam truly made our day by providing excellent service.

Just what you need before or after a long flight. They got a beautiful view. Healthy soups that are truly nutritious and service is great. You can just pay and order with your phone which is super smooth.

Came in for some nibbles while waiting for my flight. I tried the new hot pot. It was full of flavour but had far too much oil. The bang bang cauliflower turned out to be the star. Love the sauce. I also liked how they used shichimi spice on the rim of my bloody samurai. One to copy at home.

It's a big place and the staff very overwhelmed and very slow. The food was great but expected more from the brand of delivery.

Queues build at entrance as staff slow to get people seated. You do get a nice welcome when you get the menu.Drinks and ordering take a while and a fair time before you get it delivered,more staff are needed as its always quite busy. Being an airport expect higher prices all round. 2 bao buns was my choice but not worth the price for the size,they look bigger in the picture.

An amazing service. We made an order by mistake as we didn't see it was a hot spicy dish. They made a special new order in a hurry to replace the dish by a non spicy one, and didn't charge extra. So nice.

Als Wagamama Fan wurde durfte ich heute in Londo Gatwick 2x bestellen, 1x kam das falsche Essen und nach genau 75Min. warten, musste ich ohne Essen auf das Flugzeug. Saubere Leistung! Schade!!!

For an airport breakfast, Wagamama has an exceptional offer. The staff were particularly kind and welcoming.

It was too expensive for what it was, and horrible coffee apart. If you want to do more vegan dishes, make sure you do it with a bit of passion, less fried, and less oil.

Average at best, the bun was way too spicy, the chair I was sitting on was uncomfortable, cold and had a broken leg which was shorter than the other by at least two centimetres, making a very wiggly seat Limited menu in the morning, Only vegan ice cream, the waiter didn’t know the ingredients of the vegan ice-cream (What happened to nice dairy ice-cream?!) had to leave the “ice cream” as it tasted like chilled hubba-bubba…

Quick service. Fair priced no fuss. No brainer when in a rush.

They claim to have gluten free options but then they tell you your meal may have traces and they cannot guarantee cross contamination. Too bad in their website they do claim that they can cater for allergies, but when you actually go there they tell you the opposite.

Poor experience as service very slow and was advised in a rush but both breakfasts sat on the side waiting to be brought to us. Unable to pay at the table so had to ask x 2 to pay Sausage skins v hard, eggs overcooked and bacon v hard and again overcooked. Husbands tooth has now a chip in it due to the hardness of the bacon when biting into it. Stated at payment we felt the food was very poor and shrugged off. We won't be returning

Great place for pre flight breakfast. Good food cooked to order and deliverd quickly.

The place is dirty. I have asked for a green tea and it was served by a waiter with no tray and all his fingers were touching the edge of the glass. Same thing for the kimchi. Food was ok but tables are filthy , slow staff.

Had the avocado smoothie breakfast bowl with jackfruit sausages on the side and apple spinach and ginger smoothie. Servers were excellent but the food came out separately, jackfruit sausages served on a cold plate so by the time the other half arrived they were cold! Otherwise was really nice.

Kept waiting for ages at the door despite lots of spaces, main server seemed disorganised and in a trance.

Super attentive service and excellent measures in place to provide GF meal. Special menu and the order is taken by the manager (Jan) and prepared in separate part of the kitchen. Veg katsu yum and GF pad Thai with chicken and prawns went down well.

I had a disappointing experience at Wagamama in Gatwick Airport. After waiting for 20 minutes to be seated, I was finally shown to a table. However, the service went downhill from there. For the next 40 minutes, I had to repeatedly request a glass of tap water, which should have been a simple and quick request. When the water finally arrived, the waitress just left the glass and disappeared without taking my order. This left me feeling frustrated, hungry, and ignored. Unfortunately, I left the restaurant feeling very upset with the service I received. Waiting for an extended period to even get water and then being neglected when I was ready to order was not the experience I expected. It's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon due to this awful service.

I was served today buy a lovely young lady Emma she helped me to choose my meal which I found very delicious as I really always don't know what meal to choose when I go there I really appreciate her help in choosing for me.

The vegan options are so yummy and original as well! Also recommend giving the smoothies a try.

"Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner" is a very clear statement. However, closing the branch at 7pm makes it simply a very bold claim.

I ordered squid balls side (forgot its actual name on the menu) which was squid with a crispy coating. I also ordered a katsu chicken curry, both were very tasty. Price wasn't too bad, it came to £23 which was the side, the meal and a drink.

Waiting to be seated for ages even tho “restaurant” was quiet, avocado on toast came with white bread instead of whole meal , eggs Benedict came with like tiny bun or half of it, both presentation was not nice. Not recommend.

This place is bad. Really awful. The staff are nice but the greeter looked like I had assaulted here when I said "good afternoon" which I guess she doesn't hear a lot? The dumplings were overcooked, burned on the bottom and mushy. The chicken in my teriyaki was hard dry in places and I found uncooked rice at the bottom of my bowl. Service was otherwise brisk and pleasant but the food was dire. I was at the opening of the first Wagama in Soho London. Oh how the great have fallen.

Over ambitious. Loses quality in volume. Small portions and overcooked. Awful lot of noise, - measured average of 98 decibels. The duck was simply bad. I have eaten a lot of duck and this was bad. Nice staff is the only positives with this place. Went and ate at Sonoma afterwards. It was good.

Stopped in here for breakfast prior to our flight this morning. We were a little tight for time (only had 25 minutes prior to our gate opening), and we told the hostess this when we were sat. She told us they’d do all they can to get the food out quickly for us. We both ordered the Japanese omlette with chicken, prawn and bacon, and the pressed tropical juice. The food and drink were amazing and the service was very fast and we managed to eat calmly and make it to the gate with time to spare! It definitely helped that we were able to pay on our phone ahead of time, as it meant we could leave as soon as we were done. Only criticism was that it was really busy and they were only seating one table every five minutes or so, which meant a lot of people walked away as they were unsure as to whether or not they’d be in and out in time.

very mediocre food, I have eaten in Wagamama before and enjoyed it alot more staff were pleasant but we had to queue to get in and the restaurant was closing at 7pm according to the sign outside

Absolutely horrendous, tofu scramble tastes like someone spilled a pot of turmeric on it, bread wasn’t toasted, vegan sausage and bacon covered in oil, cold. Juices warm. Vegan breakfasts are revolting would not recommend it especially for the price.

Got the roti breakfast takeaway to take for my flight. The roti was very small and simple and could have made that at home for like 50p and they charged around £6.50. Not worth the value

Reliably tasty food, attentive service and payment through your phone made this a hassle free and enjoyable visit. I had eggs florentinewoth complimentary green tea and it was delicious!

I usually wouldnt borther to leave a review unless i am massive disappointed. Ordered a spice beef ramen (sirlion steak), i doubt it is sirlion steak as i had to chew it at least 30 times in my mouth to break it down to swallow it, haven't your own staff try it before it is served to customers.From my experience taste more like beef brisket or something else (can u at least hammering the meat to make it soft before cooking), tried my best to swallow it and it will definitely be a choking hazard for old people.

Not great at all! The blackberries on my pancakes were super dried out (unfresh) and the fruit juice was spoiled as well and did not taste any fresh either. 2* because some of it was edible.

Zero stars Arrived at 6.20pm - table next to me served drinks and food before I was spoken to. No food 25 minutes later. When I asked for a refund 10 mins later I was running to the gate. The manageress unapologetic and even tried to short change the refund. If you want food and make your flight .... EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE

We had nice pork ramen here whilst in the departure lounge. Plenty of tables with covid separators. Nice staff and service timing just about right. Not busy on this November afternoon.
