El pollo al curry estaba lleno de chiles y tan especiado que no era comestible. Probamos la salsa con el poco pollo que había y esta quedó sosa una vez que se quitaron todos los chiles. Los pescados de fideos también eran sosos y muy poca cantidad de carne. No hay relación calidad-precio y no volveremos a visitarlo. He tenido comida Wagamama en otro lugar y lo disfruté. Lamentablemente, este restaurante arruinó mi respeto por la cadena

Lo que realmente me gusta de Wagamama es la atención a las alergias y la seriedad con la que se lo toman. Soy muy alérgica a los mariscos y mi hijo no tiene gluten y realmente te sientes cómodo comiendo aquí. Y la comida es genial!

When we arrived at 1.15pm on Sunday, the place was totally packed, it seems because of a nearby football match. By 1.30pm people were leaving in droves and we were seated. Over the next 15 minutes the place emptied out almost completely. Some dishes were excellent (the prawn sides), others were disappointing (donburis). Service was the friendliest we have had anywhere, for a long time.

Wagamama is a good chain and consistent in approach. The staff were nice. Food was excellent and tasty. I do like the way they take allergies seriously 👍

Staying in a local hotel and decided to order online via a food service app. All went through smoothly, quick delivery times, met driver in reception collected my snap, back up to the room I went with a spring in my step after walking 16 miles today. As I unwrapped the packaging the unbelievable smell of Katus chicken curry escaped with a slight smell of the chicken ramen I also ordered made an appearance, get in. Now here is where the fun and games begin, no cutlery! I doubled / tripled check I had asked for this, yet they decided against providing me with this, absolutely heartbreaking. So, it was time to think on my feet. I managed to find two pens in my luggage / jacket and proceeded to use these as chop sticks, please bare in mind, I can’t use chop sticks. Anyway, managed to get thru the meal, food was nice, had a laugh eating it. Provide eating appliances when people request them!

It was great!! Michael was our waiter and wow he really did take care of us. Very friendly, brought light into the room and made us feel very comfortable. Thankyou Michael

Our first Wagamamas visit was amazing, the food was incredible, I was served by a young chap called Matthew. His customer service was brilliant for start to end and made the experience all the more better. Fully intend on returning very soon!

We visited Wagamama before going to the Football at Chelsea and were very pleased with the excellent service that we received even though it was extremely busy and to cap it all the food was exceptional. We will definitely be visiting again soon to try some more dishes.

Last Saturday(on the 30th) we happened to visit this site after a long day with 3 of my friends. From the get go we could tell that they are very busy but the host and our server(Gergo if i spell it correctly) were extremely attentive and gave us all their attention throughout our stay. We were told that the food will take around 25-30minutes due to how full they were, but to our surprise it didn’t even take 20minutes till everyone got their meals. I couldn’t decide on my main course but our server suggested me the brilliant “vegan short rib ramen” which was a real beauty to look at, plus the taste of it was marvellous. It’s always a pleasure to feel welcomed in a place and be properly looked after. Amazing food and spot on service. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Gosh , this is hard for me to write as We have been to Wagamama’s all around the country and it’s has been one of our happy places . This restaurant is not representative of our experience elsewhere ! From the moment we entered , normally we would be sat and approached by our server who would tell us their name and how the restaurant works , take a drinks order and off we go . NOT here , we were seated and that was it for 15mins . Others around were served but we didn’t even have drinks ! Eventually after having to attract the attention of a server they took our order . Btw , it wasn’t busy here so there was no excuses . First we were informed that there was no noodles for the children , Which was a little surprising as it was only 6pm . Oh well we talked the kids into Rice dished (reluctantly) instead . Our drinks arrived moments before the adults dishes started to arrive . Half way through our adult meals the kids meals still hadn’t arrived , a reminder went out to yet another different server . My wife had order a salmon based salad dish that she’d eaten several times before . It was so badly cooked I couldn’t believe it . The salmon was dry and hard and basically inedible . Anyway , we finished (all be it partly for the salmon dish) and THE CHILDRENS FOOD still hadn’t arrived . Again we chased the server and 5mins further on a shift managed arrived to apologise . We had had enough by this stage , after telling her about the catastrophic service we’d had I asked for the bill so we could go and get the kids food from somewhere else . Another 10 mins went be , still no bill ! I’m really loosing my cool at this strange , eventually the shift manager rocks up with a bill telling me they hadn’t charged for the kids food ! ( we didn’t get ) and they weren’t going to charge for the inedible Salomon ! As if they were doing us a favour . To be honest I could believe they charged us period ! But hey ho . This restaurant requires auditing and secret customer testing from head office ! Please please Wagamama look into the running of this restaurant! A disgrace .

I am probably wagamama's most frequent customer and this will not change. Great for meat eaters, veggies and vegans. Food is always fresh and quick, and service is always great.

“I understand your policy of only allowing guide dogs inside your restaurants but what about your branches that have outdoor terraces/areas? We have a small little miniature toy dog that fits in a handbag and all outdoor dinning that we have ever attend have never once complained about us bringing our dog with us. Until last night once we had finished our dinner at your Wimbledon branch. I really feel that Wagamama needs to look into your policy with management because for a dog loving country like the UK your current position of only guide dogs in your restaurants is fair enough but not allowing dogs in your outside dining areas seems very extreme and totally unnecessary. Located inside the shopping area of Fulham Broadway station, upper level. Visited with friends and a toddler for lunch. Staff were attentive and provided high chair and crayons / colouring in sheet for the toddler. Food was what you would expect from Wagamama. Good service.

If you ever goto Japan you see that every Ramen spot you goto serves the ramen immediately. I saw my bowl of ramen sit on that counter for 5 minutes, not only losing temperature, but making the noodles lose their texture. Additionally the broth is essentially chicken noodle soup, very light and watery, flavorless even. I wouldn’t recommend. The only plus was that the veg. and egg were of high quality and done well.

I came by to see friends of mine in Chelsea and they've suggested to dine in Wagamama as it was their favourite place to eat. I have been to Wagamama before but it was my first visit in Fulham branch. I loved how staff was friendly and knowledgeable..The service was fast, food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back in my next visit.

Pensé que me daría el gusto de almorzar. Nada grandioso, pero algo sabroso, y me decidí por el oriental, de ahí Wagamama. Elegí pollo teriyaki con arroz pegajoso. Lo que obtuve fue arroz (de ninguna manera pegajoso) y unas rodajas de pollo ligeramente recocido con un chorrito de salsa teriyaki vertida en él, adornado con zanahoria rallada y algunos brotes de arvejas. El menú era una sombra de lo que solía ser y el plato que elegí fue simplemente mezclado. Incluso los frijoles edamame que pedí estaban recocidos y espolvoreados con sal de mesa (no sal de mar). No vale la pena comer. El personal era lo suficientemente agradable y eficiente, pero el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío de todos modos. Sé que ha cambiado de manos pero ahora es una sombra de lo que solía ser. ¡Qué pena!

Really disappointed with the smaller portions lately. Thought it was a one off but has been happening a lot recently. The Firecracker chicken used to arrive in a bowl with plenty of chicken and sauce. Lately it's on a shallow plate with a dried out sauce. Everything small and this time we ordered starters and desserts and still left hungry and went home and ate again which never happens. Service was slow even though the place was empty.both my husband and I de died we won't be in any hurry to return. Had to ask 3 times for our water we ordered and also for the pickles. Lager was nice and so was the raw salad starter. Shame about the rest. Why do your staff assume the vegan dish is for the female and firecracker chicken for the man. . They assumed and got it wrong!!

Had terrible service at Heathrow Terminal 5, hadn't been for a while since Itsu opened up in T5. Though I would try wagamama again bit service and luke warn food with bad service, won't be attending this chain again. Back to Itsu for me and authentic Japanese restaurant who care about the customers and food they serve. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Went here on a football night so we had to queue as we expected. The waiter informed us of the length of wait as we arrived and we was accurate in his estimation. The food was ordered and delivered - I know that Wagamama policy is that meals arrive at different times, but our starter arrived after our mains! Also, I ordered brown rice but got white, so this had to be changed. This is the reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars. Food was up to standard.

We went twice, one was at Tower bridge and another one was in Aylesbury. We had great experience in London, good service, and happy staff.However in Aylesbury staff was bit rude and the portion has been served was quite less. No consistency between taste in London and Aylesbury.....Disappointed second time :(

We decided to go there for a birthday party with a group to eat here. The view where we sat gave us a good view of London. A friend who did not live in London was excited to be able to identify the buildings.Overall my friends were very pleased with the taste of food and the range of drinks. They left feeling pleased and requested for another visit in 2017.

After a visit to nearby Chelsea football club, we called in for a birthday treat.We were seated very quickly and served drinks shortly after. There was one drink missing and we found this had been missed, this was ordered again.The food was very good and nothing was left over.The restaurant was not busy and we were looked after very well.

This was my first experience of a Wagamama restaurant and while I have no complaints about the taste of the food I don't think I will be trying another in a hurry. The place was quite large and very noisy, like a school canteen! The staff were (to their credit) super friendly and tried very hard to be helpful, although for some unexplained reason my friend had to wait nearly half an hour for her main course (a veggie curry) after my main course had already been served! This, obviously, was not ideal. The main courses were good, and the sides were also easy on the palate but ridiculously small! I don't expect to pay £5 for about 6 small pieces of bok choi or 3 prawns on a saucer! The spare ribs side was slightly better, but at £7 it was also still quite overpriced for the portion size (about 5 small ribs). According to a manager I spoke to, the optional gratuity added to the bill is shared equally among all the staff, including kitchen and bar staff, in the restaurant, which I feel is a fair policy so I had no problem with that. Overall: OK, but not amazing, and rather pricey.

The fusion Asian food here is helpful when I needed a quick lunch or takeaway and just go. It can be helpful in times like this. Some friends still like to go to Wagamama for meetup or chat. Good atmosphere.

Popped into Wagamamas prior to going to the cinema .As always the food was fresh and full of flavour .Lessons learned from me if you don't like very spicy food dont try the Firecracker , its called Firecracker for a reason "not for the faint hearted" lucky for me i went for the prawn kare lomen "a warm hug in a bowl" the coconut, chilli and Lemongrass soup / broth was a high 5 winner for me .I would like to take the opportunity the thank our Spanish waiter ( sorry we never got his name ) for his professionalism during our meal , he was attentive and a credit to his uniform .Thank you

Took an hour and a half and wrong food delivered tried calling but all numbers out of service will be taking food back today and want a full refund ended up ordering again from somewhere else that delivered correct food in 15 minutes!

Awful food. The chips were cold and not cooked properly and the cheese, chips and beans had been heated up in the box as when I tipped them out it came out in the shape of the tray. Late delivery and I would not order from them again.

First time ordering from the Chippy. And all I can say is WOW amazing!!!!! The food arrived a little just before the time, nice and hot and with a very courteous and pleasant delivery driver. The food was to say the least sublime, I'd love to know what these guys do with the chips, trust me, they are amazing, not like some others i have tried!!! The Madras Curry was gorgeous, with fresh puffy rice and a nice portion of chips and it came exactly as I ordered and asked for in the notes. 10/10! Well done The Chippy! I'll be placing my next order with you again very very soon!!

5******Service - Delivery was very quick and the food was top quality & hot, prices are good value and they've always been willing to add in extras for free when i asked when i rang! I can't fault this place. Spend far too much money on this place, especially when im out and grab a takeaway. Fish was crisp and was a proper full size piece of cod with proper chip shop chips, all golden and crispy with a healthy sized portionnof mushy peas. Kids had cheese on chips and they loved it. Not many of the chippies manage a good cheese and chips to satisfy my kids! In a nutshell will defo be ordering time and time again! ****+

It been a while since I was last in this chain and I now remember why. Service not as great or quirky as I remember it to be (mire interested in speaking amongst themselves then checking on their diners?) and the food lack anything that resembled a flavour... Plus it wasn't very hot. Can't blame a girl for trying but going to stick to the independents it smaller groups who care about their guests

I have been to this wagamama a few times and have always found the staff helpful and the food decent. I am coeliac and there are two main gluten free options, surendra's curry and itame, although other dishes can be adapted. I can especially recommend the itame (a big bowl of green curry with vegetables, noodles and chicken or prawns). The decor is okay, nothing special, but the atmosphere is lively. I don't mind sitting at the long tables near other diners, unless they are so close and loud that you feel awkward eating on your own which has happened on one occasion.

The 3 of us had a nice stop while visiting Fulham at Wagamama. Service was quick and really polite. The 3 main courses were nice and more than enough, maybe not the most tradizional way to have it, but tasteful and well cooked. Price is well in the London standard, not cheap but not even really expensive. We'll pass by again in the future.

Only sent 3 of the 4 fish and chips I ordered. Delivery driver got lost and we had to run 1 mile to find him and then he wouldn't give us a lift to where we ordered from. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend this chip shop to anybody. I asked for a refund for the food that didn't arrive... Still waiting for it.

Delivery took an hour and a half. When it arrived the £6 southern fried fish without skin did infact have skin on. Fish of terrible quality. Fair play. When I complained they sent out a replacement but by then it was another hour had later and we were left with fish on its own. The moment had definitely passed. Large chips you would expect to comfortably feed two but the tiny portion was barely fit for one and curry sauce for £1.50 is unbelievable. A shocking experience. Would advise everyone against using.

I used to go to wagamama often because of the firecracker and my wife loves Japanese food. Bit pricy for the portion size as i end up having two most times its still worth it. Beers compliment food well and last time we visited this place was packed so service was understandbly slower than normal which is ok.
