Great service. Amazing food as always!! Good prices and huge portions

Noisy, poor food and very dirty toilets

A long time since we visited with our children. They loved the Ramen. My dish was unexpectedly too spicy for me but it was swapped for a much calmer version. I didn't ask, they offered and I was very relieved! Great friendly service throughout.

Great place for a mid shop snack or an early evening meal. The food is excellent and the Katsu curry is highly recommended. Parking at the outlet is usually good but it is pay on exit with ANPR technology.

Great food and staff, the only thing I would suggest is when a couple come in to eat they would like to eat together! I know when one of them has an allergy or an intolerance to something that the food will take longer to prepare but what is wrong with holding back the one without an allergy so both are served together?

We visited the outlet centre for the first time and decided to have a very late lunch. Great service by Millie (blue hair) Nothing was too much trouble. Also showed me how to use the loyalty app. Food was great!

Popped in during a shopping trip, quick service and the food was tasty and hot. Dishes come when ready, but there no big gaps between. Love the wok fried greens and ebi katsu.

As always Wags restaurants are always good, I love the food, reasonably priced, well presented, great quality and tasting.

Such a bad service. Especially one of staff he called ANI, came to our table 6 times in 3 minutes. And also he was so rude. Ridiculous. Food was mediocre. Also my beer was warm 🤮

Visited Wagamama on a Sunday with my family, and we had an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, especially the calamari, which was absolutelly stunning. We received outstanding service from Isabella; I couldn't imagine a better experience. Highly recommended.

Service ok , food good, but ripped off with drinks prices, Diet Coke charged at £3.20, web menu shows £2, 175ml wine charged at £8.50, web menu shows 250ml at £6.20 Writing to head office, watch this space, And watch the drink prices carefully £3.20 for a Diet Coke is a rip off.

Group of 5, Tuesday evening approx 6 pm. Although the restaurant was busy, a space was created for us at short notice and we were made to feel welcomed. Matt, our designated member of staff was fantastic, helpful and patient. One order (we had several orders) was very late, others in the group had already eaten. The staff escalated this to the kitchen, the meal was prepared freshly and was ready in 10 mins, the staff apologised for the mix up, took the price of this late meal and 2 sides off the bill as a gesture of goodwill. I am sorry I didn't get the names of all the staff. This team is a great example of customer service. Well done. The reason for not giving 5 for Food - the gyozas were not that great in taste we had chicken and duck gyozas. They were fine as a sharing snack. And, Atmosphere - the whole restaurant was quite noisy and it was difficult to hear staff clearly. This is not a major issue, just be mindful of customers who are hard of hearing, which can be a strain. Cannot fault the staff, perfectly perfect.

Today I choose the chilli squid and the chilli chicken ramen. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Couldn't fault the foid or service in anyway. I love that you can pay with the qr code at any point in the meal so you can leave when your ready without a wait.

Awesome food, and customer service. I always go here. Updating 9 years later, I now order on Deliveroo and they are epic and awesome with me. I order a lot. Many times a month the same thing. So I got a Wagamama present a free drink and my own Wagamama reusable chopsticks. It really made me smile. Thank you Ashford Kent Outlet people. I’m Autistic and I don’t drive so it helps so much. I have spent a fortune there and I’m happy to continue it. Just don’t take my chicken katsu curry please.

Food great first time there same toilets bit of a state they need attention

Me and my family always go here, this Sunday my daughter fell seriously ill in the restaurant and I couldn’t not fault the staff, they were amazing and then the manager covered the cost of our food such an amazing place and amazing staff Thank you

Superb, delicious food, very good service

The food is cooked fresh ,very tasty , and well worth it. I went with someone who has a peanut allergy, and so that person's food has to be made by the head chef .You can't pre-book tables so there can be a wait at times but generally I've never waited too long for a table .

Food is ok.nothing spectacular even though it is a bit pricey. But the 5 season juice is awesome

We popped in here to have dinner after doing some shopping. Staff were friendly, didn’t wait very long for a table. Food was really good and we even got free edamame !!!

I went in for breakfast, which is served between 8:30 and 11:30. They offer a good selection of teas and a full English breakfast. However, it is quite pricey at £14.99, and this doesn't include a hot drink.

Very disappointed, had to ask about our drinks order, it had been forgotten, our starter order came, which myself and husband shared. The main course for myself no 79 on menu came first, this was a prawn coconut curry which I have had many times, the prawns looked grey and were barely cooked, I asked for this to be changed, the second dish was exactly the same, the manager was helpful and offered to put it right but by this time my husband had finished his meal and I had been put off my food, I was not charged for my meal but on the whole it was very disappointing. Uncooked prawns, not good

It seams just because you have an allergy the service goes out the window Drink ordered and watched it sit on the counter for 15 mins until I asked for it excuse was mmm you have an allergy so you can only be served by a manager ? Yeah for good but not for a drink surely? People arriving after me got there drinks way before mine

Nice atmosphere and good service. The staff was so well trained and made us feel comfortable and food was amazing as well. Pretty worth the money and liked Burnt Basque Cheesecake not the OG one but delicious and yuzu lemon sauce made it zesty.

Never been before so didn't know what to expect. Food was very nice. Both had beef dumplings to start. Partner had chicken katsu salad. I had chicken katsu curry. Service was odd. We were assigned a young lad who took our orders. He brought the starters out. Fine. We're both still eating the starters when a you lady brought the curry out, said what it was, and placed it in front of my partner, then walked away. Hadn't asked who was having it. The fact we were eating the starters meant it was obviously not required yet. It then took another 10 mins before the salad arrived. Was quite busy so shows its a popular place and the food is good. Just need to sort the service out.

The culinary experience was satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated commendable friendliness and helpfulness. However, the extended wait time for the food and the scarcity of available seating presented challenges.

Here are many companies' tastes, very nice place, spotlessly clean, but from companies their clothes were shabby as if they were old. In bags and accessories it was much better

We are a couple both in our seventies. We had a warm welcome and shown to our table. My wife has an allergy and so a manager had to be appointed to deal with our order which reassured us as this was our first Wagamama experience. The food was excellent and we will definitely go again.

Amazing staff one of the best Wagamamas I’ve been to. Our server was Daniel who was very accommodating and professional and all the staff in general were super friendly and happy. Had such a great experience probably the best Wagamama's I’ve visited. The food was obviously super tasty too but the staff definitely stood out. Will visit again :)

The regular Wagamama, service was good. Food was good. The ambience was good. Service was quick compared to few Wagamamas I’ve been.

I was served by a lovely lady named holly, she was very kind and has brilliant customer service. She was very funny, and food was delicious.

A typical wagamama with perhaps a slightly friendlier staff than most. Good quality fresh tasting food that comes quick and is perfect for a pitstop when shopping at the designer outlet. If you haven't been before it is Asian fusion which basically means great tasting noodles and rice dishes but probably something for everyone.

Very disappointed with the Chilli Squid, looks like Wagamama has changed their squid supplier and method of cooking. Not the same as previous chilli squid.

Food arrived Luke warm, squid overcooked, rubbery and very tough, pulled pork gyozas were soggy and flavourless, chicken and prawn pad Thai was watery and again no flavour, was very disappointed as my first experience of having Wagamama, I had takeaway due to disabilities, very very disappointed.

Nearly 48 years old and first time eating at Wagamama! Food was delicious, not sure about how it comes out though. Splashed a bit of hot pot on my white shirt! The last spoonful and it's not washing out easily!

Lovely and thoughtful staff. They did their best to get a low table for me as I have mobility problems. After sitting us at one of the high tables, they soon came over and said a table has become free if we want to move. Food was great as usual and presented well. We had the Chicken Katsu Curry.

NHS workers get 10% off. Food was good.

Definitely a nice place, very large with fairly fast service, it's a shame that the ramen didn't live up to expectations. A little disappointed, I was expecting something better.

We went the restaurant today at 8.40pm and ordered food. We waited until 9.05 but no food. They completely forgot us. We never experienced anywhere like this one. I don’t know about food but service was so bad.

Told them allergy to coriander, still deliver food covered in coriander. Also wife order chicken curry, got delivered first instead, they took it away and by the time they bought it back mine was already finished and cleared away. Wouldn't recommend, food it's quite bland, didn't taste particularly fresh either.

The outlet website indicates that only guide dogs are allowed inside the restaurant. I was surprised to be able to eat outside with my dog. Everyone walked past and said hello to her. The waitress gave her a bowl of water to drink. My order came very quickly. I will definitely go back to eat when I shop there again.

An impromptu meal whilst shopping. A Monday in mid May. Plenty of space and a nice temperature within on a day that was chilly outside. I had a chicken ramen and my friend had a tofu dish, and the waiter kindly made an adjustment to make it not quite so hot, by changing the broth. We had a soft drink and a Matcha tea. Unfortunately we didn’t take any photos.

I'm not normally fond of Wagamama, but the waitress Tanya made it worth the trip! She was so lovely and friendly.

Worse experience, ordered drink and never arrived, but they charged on the bill,, ordered dish with mushroom, they made mistake twice, when complaint, Sulman came and he said you ate your food and you can’t have it for free. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

I arrived on my own, but it was cold, so I was let in and seated at a table for 2 whilst I waited for my friend to join me. The staff were kind, attentive and friendly. When my friend arrived, we ordered and the food came out really quickly. It's always delicious - fresh, hot and tasty. It's not a cheap meal out, but I always think its a special treat. Its always very healthy and lots of choice for all kinds of diners tastes/dietary requirements.

Great food, a bit expensive, but it was really good

Below average quality, cold food, dirty tables… Don’t recommend.

Gluten free menu could be a bit wider especially that there are so many rice or rice noodle dishes in this cuisine, but still 5 stars. Shiu-shiok (surely some spelling mistakes there, sorry) chicken is always a 10 star.

I just can't get my head around the people that que for hours at this place. Even if the food is amazing I just wouldn't bother.

Table service was mediocre, table staff overworked. Food ,if ordered a dish containing chicken and prawns,i expected more than 2 small prawns and bits of chicken.

Having been a customer for several years, I'm disappointed with the Ashford service. Last week, we tried eating here in the evening but was greeted by a rude waiter and decided to leave. Today, I ordered my usual but had to pay an extra pound for adding mushooms - I'm intolerant to 3 key vegetables and removed those. I have saved the restaurant by omitting 3 vegetables so there shouldn't be a charge for adding in mushooms. I have paid for this but will not revisit this particular branch.

My friend and I took our dogs to the outlet for shopping and we decided to stop and eat outside as the weather was OK and we had the dogs with us. The food was as good as ever, I've only given 4 stars as one side didn't come out until very late, but it wasn't the fault of the serving staff. Isabella was very efficient and friendly and a lovely man came over to say hello to the dogs and have a stroke then he kindly brought them out some chicken and prawns from the kitchen. It was a really lovely experience and we would like to thank the staff very much. Highly recommend.

it was my first time at wagamamas, and i have to say that i really enjoyed it! the food was phenomenal and the service was amazing, very friendly and all the staff had a smile on their faces! defo will be returning when doing a spot of shopping! (:

First visit to Ashford and during the visit went to Wagamama for lunch.. Great lovely experience.. starting from taking order to serving the food. Thanks to Lilly and Charlie for serving our family with great care and love. Will visit again during my next visit from Watford to Ashford

Very nice food, loud atmosphere

Not to be visited in a rush, food was Bland tasteless, food arrived cold, very late and tasteless. Although the waitress was very nice and attentive.

The food is always good and really quickly. Was eating alone but felt comfortable and serving staff were friendly. Was very busy but didn't have to wait for a table. Tried the steamed buns for the first time....lovely.

Can’t speak for atmosphere but after ordering delivery for wagamamas after many many times of eating in. The dishes we ordered came with completely different noodles. Completely ruined the meal considering what we have had in the past. Went from being fantastic food to noodles that were undercooked held no flavour and steak that were tough enough to make shoes from. Very disappointing

Very good food and service but you have to have a taste for it

When we went to Ashford Designer Outlet, we just passed by the restaurant. It was too early for lunch so we just look onto the Kaitenzushi, also known as conveyor belt sushi or sushi train, a convenient and affordable type of sushi restaurant characterized by the conveyor belt that winds through the restaurant. The ambiance was nice.

Luv Wagamama...never had a bad meal. This evening tried the fab sakura pink gin cocktail with cherry blossom syrup, tonic and rose petals...gorgeous.

This was my first time here I didn't think I would like anything as I'm a bit fussy but I was out with my mum and thought we would try something different! And I'm so glad I did because we enjoyed there cocktails passion fruit colada was so good!!! And I had the sofa chicken noodles which is was so tasty!! Followed by the breaded banana fritters and caramel ice cream 🍨 definitely will be back we had a great time and great service
