Amazing we got waffles u could share one between 2 so tasty

My waffle was burnt on the underneath and that’s all you could taste. The crepe was covered in so much cinnamon on top it was practically inedible!

The crepe was cold and severely undercooked, tasted like cardboard and was really chewy. The waffle was not what it was described as! All in all was unhappy with what I ordered.

Smoothie 9/10 , got a turkey rasher and goast cheese wrap was a warmed up wrap with 3 slices of meet and nothing else

I have got the wrong ordered what should i do in this case ?

Honestly full disappointment. Cold waffles, and wrong sauce, also no pot of ice cream or cream as pictured on menu. Smoothies were sour water with thick gooey globs in, just nasty

Absolutely disgusting, the cheesecake was soggy and I ordered a lotus sundae and received a waffle after stating I didn’t want a waffle , ordered 2 cans of coke and received 1. Waited a hour and minutes Delivery driver rude and said “ it’s your own problem”. DONT USE! Thankyou

I paid for whipped cream to be added on both milkshakes and it’s arrived without it on either

a £43 order that not only didn’t arrive, but the delivery guy tried to hand me some random Chinese food from a place called Tuk Tuk?!

I was septical when I see the first review and try to give this store a change. I end up regretting that and if the people don't know how to cook is better, they don't open a business. This is win the prize of the worst breakfast in Bristol, I will never order from this store again. Half of my order end up in the bin because it was impossible to eat.

Arrived lovely and warm, waffles were delicious fresh and crispy. Cheesecake was lovely too. Only thing I would change is the packaging, although good using cardboard, the sauces leaked out in the cling film and all over the boxes, this could just be a delivery issue but either way it didn’t change the fact the food was delicious.

The cinnamon and sugar crepe was tasteless, honestly it felt like I was eating spicy tortilla. It was rubbery and cold and spicy and powdery. Honestly bad. Compromised with lotus waffle, which was also okay. I regret ordering from here.
