Staff are completely uninterested in serving you and would much rather have their own conversations or stand on their phone.

Not happy with the service refused to honour a offer not happy

I’ve gone to this subway for a long time now but the last experience was awful. Stale bread, veg was old and dry/mushy Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Wouldn’t even want to sit in there after that

the food was cold and rubbish I will never order from that store again rubbish customer service I phoned them twice!

Meat balls are cold. Told they were hot enough but the bain Marie clearly doesn't keep them at the right sitting temperature. Server heated them in a plastic bowl but still cold, not even tepid. This is a food hygiene standards breach. The nachos were burned and barely any cheese on them. Basically a box of dry Doritos. The staff are sullen and little engagement or pleasantries. The only good thing to report is that the eating area is clean.

Happen on 27 February, Arround 12.30 to 12.40pm One of the employer was very bad and agresive atitude... Not focused when I order 2 portion and serve a person after me. When I pay attention as I order 2 portion he become agresive, throu in the bin first portion who already make and tell me.to get out from his premise... !!! Absolute unacceptable. I'm elderly man, recently suffer a serious heart surgery and really don't need this stress. Make complain to customer service and mr. William Bray refuse to take action against that worker and misushed case details and situation. He request tonspeak on the phone. I refuse and Inrequest everithing to be in write...!!! Avoid this place full of incompetents and agresive workers.....

the driver was super nice tysm for the food

Only revived one item of my food delivery driver was quite rude

My girlfriend didn't understand what the guy was asking and he got annoyed then later she asked him if she could please have hers toasted and he gave her a bad look and said "yh that's what I was asking you for 2 minutes"

Deliverer gave the food to the wrong house, didn't ask for name and had no communication at all

Really late food, missing drinks and items on subs, one not toasted and extremely cold. Had to put all 3 meals under the grill to toast and warm food.

Advertised it is open till 7 (Christmas hours) but front door is locked at 6.29pm on Saturday 23rd... Poor effort from the owner or slack staff

The food was cold apart from that it was alright

The Subway was fine and cheese tortilla not much taste with the cheese

I waited over an hour not drivers fault was really quick restaurant poor communication and took over 2 hours to get my order to get delivered

Missing a bottle of Tango 😔 otherwise food and delivery was all good.

This subway was brilliant until they did not allow me to use my points to buy my nachos, leaving me in my overdraft. This was simply not good enough as I have had to spend 3.10 of my hard earned money instead of using the points generated from previous orders.

Fill like didn't want to serve us because he was getting ready to close for the day

Health Fast food brilliant for kids learning to eat vegetables. Always surprises how much veg my daughter orders for a 4 year old.

I waited and waited, I finally called juat for them to tell.me that tjey couldn't deliver and that I would have to go and collect. I requested a refund.

Service is ok but one person serving takes to long waited over twenty minutes

Easter sunday staff 9/4/23 was very polite and kind , made the subway in its perfect way and not messy like some people.

One person is here to serve the whole queue. She's very slow. I worked in subway for 4 years and it should not be like that

Latte was warm I took it back they replaced with another warm one hot drinks should be hot.

Breakfast deal including hot drink but I couldn't have it because alternative milk such as soy milk is not available. I am very disappointed.

Order was incorrect. Restaurant gave a six inch when we'd ordered a footlong. Not all orders were toasted despite requesting it. All in all not good.

Nothing usually wrong with this subway until my partner found a hair in her food went and told the woman who's hair it was and she said sorry do you want something else to eat like were gonna want something else with bloody hairs lol silly question asked for are money back and she refused so I told her in a food establishment hair nets should be warn at all times I told her obviously it wunt one of my hairs as I'm bold she raised he voice and was rude I think its disgusting to go somewhere and have food and be served food with hair had to give one star as cant give no stars if I could I would give minus stars

This place is awful Gerkings instead of cucumber not a chance

Ordered from uber eats and everything is wrong. Allergens werent respected, wrong sauces wrong veggies and mouldy. Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed and noone will answer phone calls or messages for refund

Fab! Ordered at 16.10, delivery estimated at 17.20 and it arrived at 16.30! All as ordered and very much enjoyed.

Food order wrong for one of us and not great quality

Been twice....both not brilliant. First time they had ran out of bread..... Second time they had bread but was a 25 minute wait... Subs half prepared and waiting for the salad to added when they decided to prioritise those being home delivered..... not good when you have a a toddler who is hungry and can see the food....

Had our meal around 13.30 but was really busy with students from the college. Table's out side need a good clean.

Haven't been to subway in a while and thought I'd pop in for lunch to this store as I was passing. I had turkey and ham on honey oat. I felt it was very bland and didn't enjoy it. My husband had big beef melt and he enjoyed his, (which is why I have put 3 stars) outside seating, seats inside. Plentt of car parking which is free. Staff were friendly and efficient. Store looked clean BUT there were a lot of flies behind the counter, which i only noticed as I was waiting for my drink to be made. I don't think I would visit this subway store again

Some of the staff not very good others are excellent.

Try cleaning the place .9.30 am place was dirty ,loos also dirty .Replace the manager if i were you.

I'd forgotten how tasty a subway was! Very good service from the staff at Brislington in Bristol.

Been chomping here for ten years, was normally quieter than the other subways nearby so could get a seat. But now it's closed, went to go in the other day and it's being ripped apart :( a sign on the door says the lease ran out at the end of August 2017.

Dirtiest subway in Bristol! Very quiet in here today loads of staff and yet every single table is left uncleared and dirty and the floor a mess. Even rubbish all along the window ledges. Shame there's not one closer to me as I would boycott this place in a heartbeat!!

Nice staff, good food, free WI-FI, clean toilets, there is nothing to complaint about.

Disgusting behaviour by staff not giving a kiddy bag although I offered to pay extra. One was made without even asking and when, 1 minute later, ordered the exact same sandwich as before I was refused a kiddy bag. No customer service at all.

Was ok, but staff seemed as though they didn't want to be there, and tables could have been cleaner.

Usually fairly quiet as it's in the carpark of a retail park. Free WiFi. Plenty of space, and outdoor seating in summer.

As far as Subways go this one was good - lots of friendly staff and space despite being busy

It's Subway so it's pretty average anyway but we went to this one last night, we had to repeat what we wanted so many times and the nachos we had were pretty much just salt flavoured tortilla chips and nothing else. There was a guy in there who was so drunk, he didn't even know where he was but they were really patient with him and got rid of him fairly quickly. As far as Subway goes, I've been to better ones in terms of the service and people working there.

Staff have changed and now extremely pilot and helpful. The best of all the subways in our area. In sunny weather it is an oven in there though.

Worst subway ever.I went there a couple of times and they always treat there customers rudely.Try to avoid.

6 slightly ineberiated women at 3am on a Saturday night, and the staff were patient and friendly. Deffo the place to go to should you have the munchies and want something low in saturates! I have been in the day and its always quiet, clean and an enjoyable experience.

Hmmm ffs why is it so hard for this businesses to have wheelchair access?
