Wafflemeister in Hammersmith and Fulham

Visited this store on a Friday evening with the family after convincing the families to take the 40 mins drive down to wafflemeister rather than visiting another “creams” or “treatz” Got to the place at 9:15pm and was refused service as they said they were closed! I kindly explained to them that their own website says 10pm for pretty much all their stores in London and they was told by the lady that they close at 9pm and spend the hour cleaning. Very disappointed in the service and extremely disappointed in not being able to get waffles for the family! Definitely lost out on some cash and some loyal customers!

I discovered Wafflemeister a few years ago, and I must say that they serve up the most delicious waffles I've ever had the pleasure of eating! The batter is really something special; so soft, smooth, sweet and ooey-gooey-chewy! Believe me, they are soooooooo good! 👍🏽They are said to be made from an authentic, traditional hand-made Belgian dough batter recipe and are known as Liége Waffles. I know of 2 branches in Marble Arch and further along Oxford Street, plus this one in Westfield and the one at Westfield Stratford. I first tried Wafflemeister at the Stratford Westfield with several of my daughters about 5 years ago. There are several branches throughout London, and also quite a few in the Middle East. This Wafflemeister had 8 types of of Waffles: CLASSIC, WAFFLE AU CHOCOLAT, BLACK & WHITE. STRAWBERRY HEAVEN, DREAM TEAM, GO BANANAS, MARSHMALLOW SURPRISE and CREAM & COOKIES. Original Italian Gelato is also available at Wafflemeister, with LEMON SORBET, MANGO SORBET, RASPBERRY SORBET, NUTELLA, OREO, CHUNKY STRAWBERRY, CREME BRULEE, BUBBLEGUM, PISTACHIO, CHOCOLATE, COCONUT & VANILLA. Their Classic Thick Shakes include CHOCOLATE, STRAWBERRY and VANILLA. In addition to these, there's also the Wafflemeister Favourite Thick Shakes in the following flavours: STRAWBERRY HEAVEN SHAKE, GO BANANAS SHAKE, COOKIES & CREAM SHAKE and MARSHMALLOW SURPRISE SHAKE. Wafflemeister's signature ORIGINAL LIÉGE WAFFLES are sold in Share Boxes of 4 or 8. GOURMET COFFEE, (about 6) are on offer, including HOT CHOCOLATE, SLUSH, TEA, SOYA MILK and SOFT DRINKS. I decided to go for one CLASSIC LIÉGE WAFFLE and one STRAWBERRY HEAVEN WAFFLE. Both were absolutely divine! The waffles here are fluffy, rich, and have that incredible melts-in-your-mouth consistency. Simple words cannot describe how incredibly delicious these Waffles are! 😋 It is a Waffle that I can see myself eating every single day! Seriously, these delectable delights are sinful! 🤤 The service at this Westfield branch was great. I was served by an Indian and South Korean girl, who were both lovely. Unfortunately I forgot their names, even though I think the Korean was named JONG. Didn't want to describe them by race and/or nationality, but it's the only detail I remember, and I feel I must commend them on their speedy and efficient service. A big thanks and shout-out to the both of them. Wafflemeister's Waffles are a treat that everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. And with so many locations spread out all over the place and easily accessible- (especially the 2 Oxford Circus ones), this should be an easy 'feat' to accomplish.These Waffles are insanely, mind-blowingly, out-of-this-world delicious, and they come highly, highly, highly recommended by me!!! 🧇 🍓🍫😋

餐廳位於一個大型商場裡面，沒有具體的店舖，只是一個小攤位，所以找起來還是有點費力的。窩夫口感確實不錯，但個人覺得偏甜了點，所以如果像我這樣不太吃甜的，最好選擇原味！

¿Deliciosos batidos, gofres siempre frescos y una gran selección de helados Gelato? El personal muy amable?

Gofres y helados eran muy buenos, el tamaño de la porción también. El servidor (Laura), por otro lado, probablemente debería aprender a saludar y sonreír a los clientes, su actitud fue bastante desagradable.
