Waffle & More Bishop's Stortford in East Hertfordshire

Connor was fabulous and the food was amazing. 💯 hope this stays in Bishops Stortford. Its something different and great fun with the free retro machines too! Street Fighter after a waffle was great fun with the kids. The choice of toppings was excellent and the range of sweets was excellent. Bubble tea and bubble juice is available too as well as burgers, hot dogs and vegan options too

An absolutely appaling experience.... the food was subpar at best and do NOT get me started on the service. Rude, condescending and overall negative is all I can really say about this. Disappointing to say the least... will not be coming here for the forseeable future until they change management and get their &*%$£ together. Until we meet again, Waffles & More.

Worst food I’ve ever had. Woman at the Till is every unpleasant no smile or hello makes you not even wanna be there. Food was what every waffle shop is like nothing special wouldnt reccomend for your Money at all.

Came in here asked for a crepe and gave me more of an American style pancake nice guy who served me though.

Lovely place, I came here with my younger sister and her friend. However, when we came in the place was packed. It was HALF TERM and lunch time! I felt so sorry for the young girl that was on her own trying to manage everything. I would say the managing team in this place needs to look more into their staff hours/employ more people…

I rarely post reviews but when I ate here with my little sister and dad, Elfie I think his name is, was working completely alone and managed to get high quality food out quickly. He was very polite, welcoming and the music he was playing deserves credit without a doubt.10/10

It was super good but very expensive

It was quite busy when we came and the guy was working on his own and he did an amazing job getting the orders in and food out. He made my son feel really special (it was his birthday) and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was nice and clean. Waffles and ice cream super yummy, lots of varieties. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

The waffle did taste nice but just wish it was more softer. It was thin and crispy. Also the full waffle cost 7.99 and it doesn’t even look that big compared to other desert parlours

The cakes are okey, nothing special. But my friend was trying to order a cake a couple a days ago and none of the 2 workers there were interested in helping her, all the time "all the info is on the website". Ya, girl but I'm already here and I'm asking you....

The waffles and variety of cakes on offer here is great. The waffles are made from scratch, and are absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly. It is very small in there, so I'd avoid busy times. It's also hard on the ears when lots of screaming kids are in there. But it's nice and cosy in there, and the booths give plenty of distance for those who are worried about distancing. Could certainly use more staff I think - the place was busy with only 1 lady serving, so a little slow on the service. Overall, I would recommend it if you fancy a sweet treat! They also offer take away too, which is an added treat.
