The title says it all! Friendly, welcoming staff, a pleasant nicely lit dining room with a particularly comfortable chair after a long day. Things were promising immediately; the selection of pickles accompanying poppadoms was far better than the norm; a mango chutney far less sweet and sugary than that in many a restaurant; a lime pickle to die for. I ate a lamb pathia; this was beautufully presented, spiced to perfection and the most succulent tasty lamb. The accompanying vegetable rice was full of perfectly fresh, crisp full of taste veggies. A side of saag aloo tge oasty was moist, fluffy, tasty... perfection. There are many excellent Indian restaurants in Leeds. This is, for me, the best of the lot.

Fantastic banquet stlye meal ,very well marinated, and ectremely tasty We had the Kurzi Murg (whole chickens). The meal come with poppadums and mixed starters, then the main event, whole chickens carved at the table, with rice, nans, and a choice of hot or mild sauces. Brilliant night. Note, needs to ordered 48 hours in advance, with a deposit. Can't wait to try the lamb one.

We have been here on many occasions and have never been disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Liver Tikka as a starter. The spicy flavours were so good. I had Butter Chicken with Pashwari Naan and Pillau Rice. The standard of food here is very good indeed. Each visit we try different choices it is all good. Compliments to the chef.

We have ordered twice now from from this Indian restaurant to be delivered my word the portion size are good the quality is superior from other Indian takeaways I get the keema masala wife has lamb curry she usually doesn't do Indian but loves voujon I will submit some pics when we order tonight

We hadn't booked a table but the guys made space for us despite being quite busy. Staff polite, helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our food and the experience

Originally called in by chance with my Father but was very pleasantly surprised! Brought my visiting family here this time as I'd enjoyed the experience so much on the first trip. Truly excellent food served in a relaxing environment. Genuinely fantastic service from Syd & the entire team who are friendly, welcoming & attentive without being intrusive at all. This uncommonly good customer care, combined with the quality of the dishes, speed of service & incredible value for money, has guaranteed many repeat visits in the future. As a former chef & one-time waiter, I cannot recommend Voujon highly enough. Thank you all, top marks!
