A fantastic little place with great food and excellent service. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were, layers of flavour and some new dishes to try beyond the usual fayre. Our waiter recommended the masala chips to use which were really tasty. Highly recommended

I live in East London and was only in Leeds for the night and chose this place as so much of the menu is gluten free. I had the best biriyani I've had in years. Hands down beats anything I've had in East London! Lovely...

Hey foodies, I usually am not a person who leaves reviews, but I felt this restaurant "Indian Pakwaan" deserves one. We ordered one by one as it was our first time here. We tried starters: dahi batata ,veg Manchurian. Mocktails:guava martini, mango sunrise Mains: garlic naan, malai kofta, veg biriyani. Staff named Saurav served us, and was very sweet and welcoming. Economical as well. Everything was just perfect and delicious!!!!!!

All in all the food was lovely but the service was awful. Very slow , we were a party of 8 and I had to ask more than once where our rice and breads were , in fact some of our party had given up on getting them as there food was going cold. We eventually did but only after repeatedly having to get up and ask. I think they need to employ more people.

The food was *OUTSTANDING*. I'm 45, I've had a lot of Indian food and I've been to India twice (Goa) and the Punjab samosas, the chicken jalfrezi and the chapattis were unreal. My pal had a mixed platter and I was actually gob-smacked when they put it down. I'll be back. Really flipping soon 😉

We had just arrived in Leeds after a long journey and all other eateries had stopped serving. The warm and friendly host of Indian Pakwaan welcomed us in even though it was so late. Lovely little Indian hidden away near the centre of Leeds. I would highly recommend the Lamb saag and peshwari naan!!! Absolutely delish!!!! Flavours in the dishes were beautifully authentic and food was served quickly. The only downside was it felt slightly understaffed so I felt bad for the waiters and chefs who seemed a little stressed. Minus that service was brilliant, the staff were really polite and attentive, and the price was really reasonable!!!
