Volcano in Bolton

We have ordered from Volcano on numerous occasions and we have always had a fantastic takeaway treat. This one particular time my salad didn't arrive. Within 10 minutes a fresh salad and a free chocolate cake was delivered by a lovely, friendly member of staff. Much appreciated. Thank you Volcano for our lovely weekend takeaway. Always good food.

Missing half our meals, rang to explain and they gave us a drink half an hour later. Asked for our money back which apparently they cannot do once the food has been sent out. The manager is absolutely rude on the phone and in person. Manager told us they had eight other orders to do so they cant do anything if food is missing as they are too busy to check what they are sending out. Rang Dalaman ltd the following day for our money back and all they can do is speak to the company about a free meal. We dont want a free meal. We want the money back for the food we never received. Volcano staff and the Dalaman ltd gave us different contact details of the owner and none of them work. Absolute shocking service and rude attitude to their customers.

staff are rude and slow service not cool staff ignoring me completly and playing card games which i think is very rude

Plenty of food and fast delivery still piping hot on delivery And as should be done with all food delivery places pay a visit to the shop first, I did and found it spotless with excellent friendly staff

Best Pizza and Burgers, can't fault it. The customer service is fantastic. Quick delivery, great quality food, fresh and delicious. Big portion size too.

Called here for tea on the way home from work one evening and was amazed with the size of the portions for the money it nearly fed two of us will defo be ordering again

good food nice and tasty chips are good pizzas are very nice kebabs are good thats all i have tried up to now

It's good food, open grill cooked in front of you. I like my kebab on a naan and rolled up so I can pick it up and eat it. Sadly the naan is more like a slightly thicker wrap than naan thus making it s difficult and messy eat. The taste is there though. 👍

Had several take aways from here, delivered. Very fast , fresh and hot. Lovely meals at good prices.
