A wonderful meal for a special family occasion. Stunning food and lovely service. Highly recommend!

Really good local Indian restaurant, friendly helpfull staff, lovely cocktails bar, great party venue.

Food was not as good as we have had before tastless

Curry’s were both really bland, not much spice or flavour, all we could taste was cream. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Food didnt show up. When we rang them he said let’s speak about it tomorrow and didn’t offer a refund or anything. We have ring doorbell and checked to see if they came which they didn’t !!!!

Fantastic food served by lovely staff

Very beautiful restaurant, enjoyed many tasty dishes , my favorite was the lamb shank , was very tender the meat just fell off the bone . Definitely will be coming back

Okay so firstly the food was really nice (curry’s) however the Bombay potato was still very raw, hard and barely any flavour at all which was sad as I love that stuff. The staff were sweet, the atmosphere was very bright in there, very white walls, just felt cold in there. The white cloths was annoying as they got dirty straight away and it stuck out loads make me feel like I’ve just sat down and made everything dirty. And as for the music, what the hell! Clubbing dance music whilst I’m eating a curry? That was a massive no no for me. I did not feel relaxed and calm eating, I felt like I wanted to get up and dance. It was not good at all didn’t like it and defo made us rush eating our food and want to leave. The music was definitely a massive put off I know we’re in Essex but come on. So cos of this not sure if I’ll be going there again. Happy parking was right outside however.

the Delivery driver. was rude and the food was cold not happy

Food was reasonable, however the delivery driver told me to "find another takeaway closer" "Do you know where restaurant is" If delivery to CM18 Harlow is a problem, why allow delivery orders to be placed and complain to paying customers upon delivery? I assumed the £5 delivery was due to the distance clearly not.

Dont bother ordering the Lamb Chops as a main, they sent me four tiny ones for £14 quid, I argued it with Just Eat and they said that it was in line with their policy and there was nothing they could do, I hesitate to give the restaurant a bad review as I've ordered from them before and it's good but I won't be ordering through just eat again 👍🏻

Amazing food, very friendly staff and the venue is very clean. DJs every weekend which is always a brilliant night.

We always love what we order from the Vojan however this evening all 5 popadums we had were stale as if they were left from lunch time and also 1 main dish was missing. I couldn’t get through to the restaurant to inform them to hopefully get it delivered as it was a meal for a guest of ours so I must say I am seriously thinking of not using just eat and the Vojan again which will be such a shame.

Such a lovely place. It is one of the best indian restaurants in Essex. The food and service are outstanding every time. Love coming here

So sorry to say this but our takeaway ffor £60 was terrible.iI t had no taste, I have cooked a lot better myself and I am no cook. I would not waste my money on this again.

Food lovely, slow delivery but I expect that’s just because it was a busy Saturday night.

Mostly delicious! Gorgeous best ever chicken tikka bhuna and chicken tikka masala, lovely rice. Good samosas, although two for £4.95 seems a bit steep. Peshwari naan was cooked to perfection - I asked for it crispy and it was. Vegetable curry disappointing - too many large hard pieces of cabbage and no potato, sauce was vinegary.

Undoubtedly, one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants in Epping and London. Always friendly staff, food is consistently delicious, amazing choice of dishes. I love their Chardonnay (if you are into in). Service can sometimes be a bit slow and the atmosphere could be slightly pumped up by a bit of music at the background. All in all - highly recommended and certainly our place to go to when we’re in the area.

This was so disappointing I don’t usually leave bad reviews but that was over £50 down the drain. None of us could eat it the chicken tikka masala just tasted like condensed milk, the Bombay aloo had no taste and the potatoes were slushy have to say that’s the worse Indian takeaway Iv had in a very long time

Good food, very cold in restaurant.

Food o.k, one of the toilets stopped working halfway through the evening, the section that we sat in was freezing (I started my car and kept popping out to it to warm up). Not enough car parking room, had to wait ages for the food. We had travelled a fair way to attend a birthday party, a little disappointed.

10/10 chicken was soft flavours great

So late. The vojan already has the longest delivery time of all local restaurants which makes you wonder how they can be even later. I’m writing this and it’s still not been delivered

I had an amazing experience at Vojan. The food was served on time and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The best restaurant in Ongar and one of the best restaurants I have been to.

We have dined at Vojan many times and have aways found the food and service to be first class. The staff are extremely polite and friendly if anything goes wrong they are very apologetic making you feel important to them. One comment would be that it would be nice to have sign just before the the left turn on the A414 as we always miss the left turn and end up in North Weald.

Avoid!! Just witnessed two of their staff members throw rubbish on the floor at a block of flats in Epping after they parked and walk away. Terrible! Watch out for car with licence plate KP10 LKN

Absolutely banging curry. Gave extra poppadmons and dips free of charge. Food was extremely hot when it arrived and tasted spot on.

Needed a Vojan 'vavavoom' and it was wonderful, as always. Hot, fresh, SO tasty and the best taste EVER! Yum x

The food was the worst Indian I've ever tasted literally no flavour I was so disappointed as I thought this Indian was good and expected so much more. I couldn't even eat it it was that flavourless

All the food was cold, usually it’s fine and I was given one mushroom rice when I ordered one plain rice.

Last time I reviewed this restaurant I complained that I only got 4 prawns in the tandoori king prawns , this time I got 3 !! £14.95 for 3 prawns ??????

Terrible driver called me twice. To say he could find my address. I’m only in Northweald my house has 32 on the dustbins clearly marked. I had to call the restaurant. Food was dry cold and not good

Lovely Essex Indian restaurant 😋

I went to the Vojan as it was recommended by friends and i was extremely underwhelmed, the staff was very disrespectful and the food is overpriced.

Good atmosphere and staff and loved the food.

Too lightly spiced, really quite flavourless, not enough gravy after I asked for extra. Portions are getting smaller each time I order! Two samosas cost £3.95. On the plus side, we got free poppodoms and sauce!

Food wasn’t good tasted stale especially the onion bar goes they definitely wasn’t freshly made. Really expensive

Used to go here regularly and always had a great meal, service etc... hadn't been for a year or so but went for a birthday last week, what a disappointment food was tasteless, bill came to £40 each for just a normal curry & rice each, naan to share between two and one or two drinks each, no starters or desserts plus didn't get the usual complimentary Bailey's at the end. We won't be returning.

Absolutely superb venue and the food is mind blowing and serving not just your ‘run of the mill’ dishes like other restaurants. There’s an array of dishes on the menu you would probably never heard of before. Very reasonably priced, very clean and a well presented, friendly and efficient waiting service. I would highly recommend this venue, I can’t wait to return.

The portion sizes seem to get smaller as the prices get higher. Not good value

Long delivery time, food was very disappointing. Small chicken jalfrezi portion, very dry chicken and missing most key ingredients. Wouldn't describe it as a jalfrezi. Also arrived cold. Unlikely to re-order.

All the dishes were of good quality but they forgot my vegetable curry

Cold food and soggy popadums were not ideal, tandoori lamb chops bland and king prawn puri bland also…call me critical but I eat Indian food every where including Raj your sister restaurant… SAD

Found that the naan bread was too sweet and not that crispy, The chicken and lamb tikka needs more flavour and some chilli. Bombay allo needed salt.

This place is easily one of the best Indians available. The food is lovely, plenty of choice. There really is something for everyone. Our waiter was amazing, and so helpful when choosing from the menu and stopped us from over ordering. His suggestions were excellent. And food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Overall it was a great evening, and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was recomended this place as the best Indian in and around Brentwood. When I went I wasn't disapointed, great food, I love going here.
