I came here a few times while visiting London on Business and enjoyed the quick made salads. Very healthy, great flavors and good service.

en lo que respecta a mi conocimiento limitado, si usted es una tienda de la calle principal, todavía se requiere que acepte efectivo como moneda de curso legal para el pago de bienes.No sé cómo solo esta tienda puede promocionar esta ley.La razón por la que escribo esta reseña es porque, estuve aquí al día siguiente, perdí mi billetera y fui a comprar un almuerzo con dinero en efectivo de mi amigo, y me dijeron en el mostrador que no podían aceptar mi pago en efectivo.

Visited on Friday after 2.30pm and got 50% off! Don't think it would have been worth it for full price but definitely filled you up. Would go back again 😀

Comimos allí durante nuestra visita a Londres y salimos encantados. La comida que sirven es sana: se elige una base de ensalada (pasta, quinoa o espinacas) y le añades todos los ingredientes que quieras. También hay sopas y zumos. Un lugar estupendo para comer saludable. El personal es majísimo, de 10.

Estuve unos días de vacaciones en Londres y comí en este lugar. Sirven ensaladas (en su mayoría vegetales pero tb de pasta) y la combinas con los ingredientes q quieras. La verdad, es q están muy buenas y es una alternativa a comer comidas mas grasas (fish and chips),etc.El único pero , es q solo abren de L a V. Destacar además, a unos españoles q curran allí muy majos, Kike y Victor, unos cracks.

I had the omega boost salad with salmon and a delicious ginger dressing. I especially like that everything was fresh (non drippy non soggy!).and that later Friday afternoon pricing was amazing. Tea and large salad for under 5 quid in Soho - yessss!!!

I'm gonna sound like an old person reminiscing through rose tinted spectacles, but whilst the price has only increased by a couple of pounds over the last 10 years the portions of chicken have decreased massively to the point where I thought they'd actually forgotten to put it in! This isn't specific to this store either, all of the stores in the chain are the same.

I really enjoyed choosing my own menu from fresh varieties, including quinoa, different salad leaves and more. Hot options were also available. Staff were very helpful

Genau das Richtige für ein bewusstes Essen. Die Salate sind super frisch, die Suppen super lecker. Ich hatte den Nacho Grande Salat: perfekt! Nicht ganz günstig für die Menge, dafür qualitativ hochwertig!

I have had lunch here several times and always had a good salad. You choose your base e.g. Rocket, lettuce, spinach, pasta, rice, cous cous etc in small or large sizes. You then add a protein e.g. Prawns, chicken, tuna etc. Then 5 'vegetables' of which there are loads of options such as beans, pulses, peppers etc etc. Then a dressing.For hot food they do some good soups and street food.The quality and choice is excellent and the small portion is actually quite big, but at £5.15 it is not the cheapest salad around

I went there for lunch. I like hot food so fortunately they serve not only salad. I chose quinoa and buckwheat with a vegetarian topping. It was very nice and felt it's worth £6 . Eat-in price doesn't differ from take away. Once down side when I was making an order they didn't ask me what size I want and by default made a big portion. I was ok because I was going to have big anyway otherwise it would feel like a rip-off.

My friend & I decided to have an unplanned light breakfast as we waited for a remittance Ltd.company to open. We decided & picked the "Vital Ingredient" shop as it seemed very appealing with healthy options! The staff were so friendly & patiently waited for a first timers to select & decide what to have! The manager of the day named "Enrique" was so attentively courteous & he himself served our chosen "light healthy breakfast" which was Absolutely Amazingly Awesomely nice! What a lovely place to hang out with friends & have some nice food & drinks to titillate the choosy taste buds @ a cozy place with friendly staff! I'm sure it's not my 1st & last to go to this place to eat & drink as I found another friend! Absolutely highly recommended!

Went to the Trump Street branch for lunch. Stumbled on the place and glad I did. I had a large bowl of fresh salad with an orange juice. The salad was very tasty. There is a nice area to sit and watch the world go past. Recommended.

Salads here are a joke! Firstly they are so overpriced for the quality they give you. The small salad which is smaller than a pret salad, is £5.15, and a larger one is around £6.50. For this price I would expect proper chicken that is not shredded (as you can't tell the quality), the avocado is mashed up in a scoop and additives added, so you can't even tell if it's from that day or not! They are also VERY stingy with the amount of things they put in it, it's literally a tablespoon of each ingredient. Very bad value for money! And often the lettuce is slightly brown!

Having come here for a spot of lunch, the main premise behind this place is a create your own salad/pasta or rice with a wide choice of toppings. Although there is a great selection of ingredients, for the portion size and what you get, the price unfortunately seemed a little steep being that the local competition serves a far better fair...

I went here for a salad at lunch, the second time I visited. Let me start by saying that the salads are perfectly acceptable, if a little expensive at over £6. The "create your own" salad lets you choose your base (leaves, etc) and then select toppings - 1 "premium" topping and 4 "secondary" toppings for a set price. The general principle is that vegetables fall into the "secondary" toppings category, with meat and fish in the "premium". I mistakenly assumed that artichoke was a "secondary" topping and asked for that, and then asked for tuna, which I knew would be a "premium" topping. The server told me I couldn't have tuna because I'd already had artichoke. I told the server that I hadn't realised that artichoke was a premium topping, and so he took the artichoke out of my salad and threw it in the bin, and then gave me tuna. I find this disgustingly wasteful! I was not even offered the opportunity to pay more to have both premium toppings!I think the restaurant should have a better policy in place in dealing with these sort of mistakes (for example, by ensuring that servers clarify first whether a requested topping is premium). I know this is a petty point, and I will likely return for another salad, but the waste just really annoyed me.
