Vintage Gelato in Rugby

Cancelled my order on Uber after I waited ages!!

We called in last evening about 6.30 for ice cream for the kids etc. we needed the toilet to wash our hands. But was greeted with a revolting smell from the bathroom. I reported it to the manager who himself came and said ‘he couldn’t smell anything wrong’. Which was odd considering all my family could smell it. None of us could go in there as the smell made us feel sick. The way it was handle was not good. I really hope it gets sorted asap.

Order from here whenever I fancy a sweet treat, and it never disappoints!!

One star given because I can’t give any lower! Order and payment was accepted, waited until after scheduled delivery time and then had the order cancelled!! Very disappointing, will not be ordering again.

When this place opened it was fresh, warm and delicious However now, it is far from which is really sad. Our pancakes were rock solid and were told £15.00 online order, then the delivery man charged £16.00 on the door. Their phone number doesn’t work which is stated on the website however their WhatsApp connects to a barbers in Rugby. Unfortunately we will not order here again.

Love this place. Never had a bad experience, usually cheaper than Kaspas. Always tastes better which very friendly customer service. I'm looking forward to returning soon as I've not been for a few months. Keep it up! 👏

The best place for have desserts in Rugby. Must visit if you have a sweet tooth. Try the 50/50 Waffele , it’s the best of the ones I have tried. Great service always. 👏

Would not recommend and will not return. Waffles undercooked and cold. Very disappointed. Turned up with out cans of pop claiming none where in stock. Should have made it unavailable to order or stop at a shop. They don’t answer the phone

Highly recommended this place - never had a bad experience - desserts are beyond amazing and so well priced.. generally quiet to eat in so can always get a table - 5/5 for me!

Order was cancelled as they “couldn’t find the address” claiming they’d called me to find out where we are yet there is no call history of them attempting to call me. Annoyed that I now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund.

Ordered same desserts as we normally do only to find now change of policy that ice cream don't come with waffles. just paid £8.50 for one of them and they cannot include ice cream with it dont cost alot to make ice-cream. Are total order was £21 for 2 waffles this is with delivery ect. Rang up to find that they have changed things and not putting ice-cream with them no more. So you have to pay more for ice cream aswell. Last time we order from here Trying to make more money in hard times, from people. Am sure another place will be glad of are custom as we did stick be this company when we brought waffles Now we will use another place for are orders. We've only tried this place once, and both things we got were delicious. But, you really have to have a sweet tooth, as their items are huge!

Amazing deserts. The waffles are always spot on and warm. The crepes are also perfect. Decent price for good stuff. Would recommend here over kaspas any day! This is becoming a weekly treat for me 😂

Ordered using justeat! Order never showed up and tried calling and they kept hanging up! Took a lot of work to get a refund and still no word from the restaurant!

Found glass/plastic in the bottom of my tub. Also rum and raisin only had one raisin and no rum.

A really lovely place with seating area to eat in. The cookie dough and gelato was delicious. The kids especially loved it! We also ordered an American waffle, so yummy, soft and fluffy and not stodgy at all! Very friendly customer service. Competitive pricing as well, cheaper than everywhere else! Will definitely be visiting again 😃

Very impressed on my first visit to "The vintage gelato Dessert Shop" Such lovely and amazing service, and will be returning to sample more of the delicious desserts. Very lovely experience and even nicer dessert.

Very pretty and stylish looking café, hospitality by the workers were great and the desserts are just amazing, fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were just right and worth the price. If you in rugby and have a sweet tooth you have to go and try.
