Good Location, Nice modern rooms, comfortable beds. Pub next door, waited ages by the sign to be seated, staff just walked past ignoring me, in the end found table myself! VERY poor service

Great hotel. Ideal location restaurant on site but also a subway and an Aldi supermarket a 2 mins walk away.

We’re no newbies to premier inns but I have to say this was the worst one we’ve been to. We booked this hotel as it was only a 30 minute (ish) drive from Crufts and at a reasonable price. This hotel doesn’t offer accessible wet rooms which is a shame, it only offers lowered baths but to book in a hotel with a wet room was an additional £15 per night for us so we made do. We weren’t allowed to check in an hour early despite the room being ready (which was confirmed by reception) which seemed a little silly to us as we just sat in the car park for an hour instead of occupying an empty room. Numerous work vans were parked in the limited disabled bays without blue badges and the parking rules were not enforced by the staff. The hotel room was somewhat clean but had numerous stains down the walls that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The room itself was very small considering it was an accessible room. I barely had space to turn my wheelchair around which made the stay quite difficult. The mattress was very old and sunken in the middle so getting out of the bed as a disabled person was made increasingly difficult. It was very uncomfortable as well. The worst part for us though was the noise. You could hear the conversations of everyone in the corridors, in the rooms next door and even the rooms upstairs. The TVs from other rooms and even footsteps meaning it was a very restless 3 nights of disturbed sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel was the most disappointing part of our trip and I wouldn’t use this specific Premier Inn again if I can avoid it.

Love the staff they are all so helpful, and as a wheelchair user, it's a great place to stay

Rooms are clean and functional, note well if you are a light sleeper that the walls and ceilings at this hotel are thin, paper thin, I could hear my neighbours loud breathing and light switches on and off next door and every foot step of those above me.... Service on the front desk on my arrival and breakfast could be described as ambivalent..... A very average premier inn as premier inns go.

Ideal location, easy to find with a brewers fayre adjoining so no walks across car park for breakfast. Bed is so comfortable I didn't want to get up. USB port next to the bed for phone charging. Everything clean and tidy.

Clean hotel despite late check-in, super friendly and fast service. Thanks to the service staff for the great help at a late hour.

I had a beautiful stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet was clean. Didn't really enjoy breakfast because they said I only paid for continental which was only croissant, cake, hot drinks and yogurt. Really plain.

Room upto the usual high standard except for desk light not working. Attempted to check in at 1435 only to be told in a very brusque manner "check in 3 O'clock £10 to check in early". So I sat in my car for 25 minutes. Rules are rules I accept but I wasn't impressed with the off hand manners and will find another Premier Inn next time. Not thrilled by the corridor door outside room 60 banging until about 2300 either. Not great for £183 for one night. I usually love Premier Inn but not this time.

Stayed with this hotel for 8 weeks would definitely visit again. Mags is friendly on reception and helpful.

Don't bother booking here if you want to sleep, the industrial unit next door sounds like a giant hoover in your room!!!

Stay here regularly, staff are super friendly nothing is too much trouble,mags on reception is always friendly.

Overall, it is a tired and not very functional hotel.

Good place to stay. Brewers Fayre attached also does decent food.

Only had meal with family and all fine except for having to make your own hot drink at a machine. Burgers were great and staff were lovely.

Great staff, standard rooms, exactly what you’d expect.. but, I could hear every single person around me. Maybe I just got unlucky with my neighbours but Jesus, it sounded like the guy above me was pacing and doing laps of his room.
