As I came into the restaurant I saw a customer trying to make her point, but who was serving her didn’t listen, ignored her. She said restaurant would lose customers. I left the restaurant without ordering. And I used this situation to teach my son, not stand for this kind of situation/behavior.

By far the best Subway in Rugby. Quick and clean

I have ordered from here 5 times in the last maybe 3 years. They got the order right once, and what they do provide appears to have been made by a blind person who hates humanity. I usually order from the one near the M6 but every now and again I get this one by accident. they are awful, do not order if you value food.

Never been here before, but they had poached eggs as filling! Great place and service

The staff here are very friendly and do a fantastic job getting things sorted for you when ordering in the shop or online I have never had an issue.

Staff unfriendly, place disaster, unhygienic... staff lost, dont know what to do. Avoid, not recommended.

Every time I use this Subway there is an issue - staff are clueless and very unhelpful! Food is OK when they get what you asked for - complained to the franchise owner a few times but they don't seem to care much either. If you have a choice, I'd use the Subway up the road(Central Park) or the one in town as the service is much better.

The staff is very rude. No respect to the customers. Not at all acceptable behaviour.

Ordered a delivery through deliveroo. The food took almost an hour to arrive and there was stuff missing from the subs that I asked for. Contacted deliveroo who refused to help or resolve the issue in any way

Worst and rude staff, very rude didnt even pay attention when the store wasnt busy. Worst subway ever, I have been having subway alot from different outlets it was my first experience with this one and I always add a couple of sauces but they charged me £1.20 just for sauces on the top of the actual amount. Worst experience ever. Will never visit this one again and won't even recommend it.

Had a delivery, my veg chicken was normal, when I called to let them know they said I was lying. What a joke. Never will I step foot or have a delivery. Person who took my call should not be allowed to answer phones. So disappointing :(

We've been using this subway for the past year. The staff seemed nice and friendly up until we went there earlier this week. My wife asked for help with some points that didn't get added to her subway account. The first gentleman tried to help and at the same time was a bit off key regarding how many items we could have in our breakfast sub. They have been giving us 3 item's from the salad section but that day it was like he was telling us off for having 3 item's and that we can only have 2 in future. Because this staff member couldn't help put the points on he got his manager who also tried to help but to no avail. So my wife politely asked for our 2 coffee's that she had already paid for. The manager straight away replied by saying don't come to our shop again. His reaction was totally uncalled for, my wife asked again for our coffee's and he said the same thing. I was sitting having my breakfast sub and I got up to get involved and basically repeated what my wife said and he backed off said ok I'll get the coffee's. Due this manager's reaction to my wife I told him that we won't be coming back if you're going to speak to my wife like that. All we wanted was help getting our subway points put on from a previous purchase and this was the treatment we got. We definitely won't be going back there.

Ordered a sandwich and there was hardly anything inside, basically just bread. Tried ringing them a bunch of times, and nobody picks up the phone. There were items missing from the order and I paid £40 for it. Absolutely abysmal service.

A nice alternative to other fast food outlets. Good range of options vegan and gluten free which is very nice to see. Polite staff and clean setting make this one of my favourite stops when out shopping!

Absolutely shocking, don’t listen to what you want to order and get it wrong, chaos is not the word!!!

Usually okay but this time I'm going to have to spend 20 minutes removing the lettuce the worker put in even though I didn't want it. It's also cold And you know what, they put the lettuce back into the container 🤢🤮

Lovely food and slough the food gets to you quick I feel the staff sometimes are quite aggressive towards you as a customer

Staff was extremely rude! My son with learning difficulties was trying to order his own lunch, they ignored him, was rudely rushing him and ended up taking no notice to his order. He ended up with lunch he didnt ask for. No patience or compassion. We definitely wont be going there again.!!

Attentive staff, gave me exactly what I wanted the result was a delicious torpedo of taste. I always have just salad and subway seem to have mastered keeping everything fresh. Mrs Stilton chose a toasted sub, which was really toasted and remained hot to the last bite. A certain burger chain which sells lukewarm fries and cold burgers could learn a lesson or two from Subway!

Excellent service. We ordered platters, they were well presented and very tasty.

Food was the normal Subway standard, very tasty and hot. Unfortunately there were numerous customers not following government guidelines which made the experience of eating in feel unsafe. Not a reflection on the staff at all who were all very safe.

It's a good Subway, decent amount of seating and reasonably large. Good is standard Subway fare but staff are pleasant and polite.

DONT mistake this subway to the one in rugby town. Junction 1 subway is spotless inside, 5 star hygiene rating and the food is delicious!!!

If you want more salt than bread then this is the franchise for you. I've been to a few subways and everything I've ever ordered tastes worryingly unnatural. They never taste how a sandwich with the ingredients you select should taste. This one was clean and tidy but so much so it was almost haunting.

This place is always empty and there's never a que in there, loads of seats available inside and an abundance of parking available. The place smells nice and seems clean
