Subway in Rugby

No filling in sandwich, no cheese, wasn't toasted. Store kept pushing order back later and later. Only good part of this total clown show was the poor guy they send to deliver.

It was cold and the other one didn’t have mayo on it like I asked for

It would be nice if the salad box was filled close to the top and not half way. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Long time since we went to a Subway, now we know why! Bread was very dry and tasted nothing like it did the last time we had it ( honey and rye). Breakfast filling was also tasteless.

cold drinks bottom of the bag made sandwiches cold after being toasted. all food was as instructed. normal delivery time for time set.

Handy subway for Junction 1. Not normally very busy.

These people don’t know to make a sandwich. I ordered plant picante and the useless fellows forgot the cheese, the sauce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers,peppers. Basically everything apart from the patty and bread.

Fresh and hot every time we order, we’ve never once had an issue. Tastes and looks how you would expect. Thanks, even with our large orders with everyone wanting something different, we are always happy and full 😋

I would recommend subway as they delivered my full order.

the sub melt clearly states white Italian bread and it arrived as cheese and herb bread

As I came into the restaurant I saw a customer trying to make her point, but who was serving her didn’t listen, ignored her. She said restaurant would lose customers. I left the restaurant without ordering. And I used this situation to teach my son, not stand for this kind of situation/behavior.

I have ordered from here 5 times in the last maybe 3 years. They got the order right once, and what they do provide appears to have been made by a blind person who hates humanity. I usually order from the one near the M6 but every now and again I get this one by accident. they are awful, do not order if you value food.

the steak and cheese melt was meant to be on Italian white bread, it came in a herby bread that was not nice, ruined my lunch

Gave me the wrong cheesy bites - gave me jalapeño ones when I clicked just cheesy bites, delayed about 20 minutes

No complaints at all, kept updated, was able to track driver, food arrive warm, all good

The food was delivered on time. However it was only just warm and I asked for no peppers in my sub but it still came with peppers.

The crisp packets shrunk and were burnt

The staff here are very friendly and do a fantastic job getting things sorted for you when ordering in the shop or online I have never had an issue.

Sadly some of the order was missing- we received the three subs ordered but not the three cookies . Also one of the subs tasted like soap for some reason. The other two were ok but all were cold

Food was as expected,staff was helpful with my allergy requirements only problem was the floor was dirty and the guy clean the tables and just brush the grumbs unto the floor

Quick delivery and polite delivery driver. With the breakfast sub the bread was a little soggy but overall good. Everything was good.

Ordered and paid for extra bacon, I didn't get any. Also asked for it toasted, it wasn't, also put a note to warm the chicken up and that didn't happen either. Disappointed

Very efficient and polite staff, fresh ingredients especially the salad, affordable treat. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to choose from.. Parking: Parking is free, plenty of spaces

Staff unfriendly, place disaster, unhygienic... staff lost, dont know what to do. Avoid, not recommended.

Every time I use this Subway there is an issue - staff are clueless and very unhelpful! Food is OK when they get what you asked for - complained to the franchise owner a few times but they don't seem to care much either. If you have a choice, I'd use the Subway up the road(Central Park) or the one in town as the service is much better.

The staff is very rude. No respect to the customers. Not at all acceptable behaviour.

Of the order placed, drink was wrong and 1 item not supplied. You can't flag this without flagging the whole order as it was a meal deal.

Good food, good service, but sometimes too expensive to buy more often, this happens to be a family treat now and again because we can't afford it as much as we would like. If prices were lower would definitely buy more often. Apart from that a great meal for all the family! 😊

Ordered a delivery through deliveroo. The food took almost an hour to arrive and there was stuff missing from the subs that I asked for. Contacted deliveroo who refused to help or resolve the issue in any way

The garlic bread was hard and stale

The cheese was missing on all 4 subs I ordered and one had mayo when it wasn’t requested making it inedible for the person requesting it.

Absolutely amazing and I asked if I could have more sauce and they put a pot of it in my order. Absolutely amazing thank you and thank you for listening :)

I didn’t put any sauce on on my order. I got sauce on it that I didn’t want. When I called the restaurant they said they were going to check cctv. No refund, no call back, no replacement sandwich. I got a refund from JustEat who’s team were very helpful

Great delivery driver - came right to the door with no fuss.

Delivery very good and arrived on time however the quality felt like the salad was the bottom of the barrel. Not enough sauce in either of the subways. Sides were fine though but overall quality of the subways was not up to usual standard.

2nd time in a row they’ve mixed up the salads and breads for the sandwiches. Not good when you have allergies.

Was not to order No extra cheese added but paid for , not toasted at all ! Filled up with lumps of lettuce. Second time I’ve had this they just don’t toast it unless u go n collect it . Not bothering a third time .

The sub was as good as it usually is, But the pigs-in-blankets were not good. The overall taste was unpleasant. Hash browns were ok.
