We have visited Vinesteins so many times and have never been disappointed. The food and the wines are fabulous, Austin is a great host and has given something very special to Rochdale . We were there last night to enjoy the pasta offer that is currently on , absolutely delicious and a great price. We would and do highly recommend paying a visit . Looking forward to our next one . Love the place

Brought our girls down for the Pizza making party, they absolutely loved it. Such a great idea and a great place. We've been a few times now and there always seems to be lots of different events going on. Fantastic, keep up the good work Austin and thank you again from the girls (as per the photo's) :)

Really nice restaurant/Bar for a catch up with friends or a cosy night out with your partner. Bijou trendy little place. Great sharing boards, great selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Had a fantastic night as we did the last time we went. Thanks Austin and staff.

Had a really lovely time at Vinesteins last weekend, it’s such a happy friendly place. Food was amazing, as always, and we are also booked in for a rose wine night soon too. If you haven’t been you have to go. A nice upmarket little place that is taking Rochdale by storm.

Amazing afternoon with the kids on one of the THEMED afternoons. This one was a childrens 'Myour own Pizza' afternoon. £10 and they can put as much toppings on as they want and the Chef cooks it for you and they can eat there or take home. Kids absolutely loved it. we adults did too, drinking a few beers and eating the most amoazing sharing dishes. Get yourself down there and book in on one of their nights advertised on the wall. Be quick this is quickly becoming the 'must visit' of Rochdale.

Not been on The Walk in Rochdale for years (moved away) and to find this remarkable little touch of Mediterranean style cafe/bar was wonderful. I was here for a private wedding celebration and the welcome was lovely, the place cosy and the atmosphere was great. I had to skip off early, but everybody says the food was lovely. Give it a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Not really one for giving reviews, good or bad, but I have to make an exception for Vinesteins. We attended a private family wedding celebration there last Saturday afternoon, which lasted until late. There were 30 or so guests which was a good number for the venue. I have to say, the whole afternoon was fantastic, and we were treated like royalty from start to finish. The owner Austin and his staff were an absolute credit to the hospitality trade, which is not always the case these days. It’s a cracking little venue, with a good selection of drinks and fabulous food. Do yourself a favour and check this hidden gem out. Thanks for a wonderful day folks. I’ll be back.

First time here for a wedding reception. The ambiance of the place is incredible, reminded me of a tapas bar in Spain with the table/chairs on the pavement outside etc. The hosts where wonderful and nothing was too much too ask. The food was amazing and plentiful, the plates just kept on coming. This is one of Rochdale hidden treasures and is well worth a visit

Called in here Saturday teatime what an absolute lovely Little venue . Great atmosphere and service we ordered pizza which was actually one of the nicest I’ve ever tasted And believe me, I’ve had a lot of pizza and we also had the garlic dough sticks which were divine but not for the faint hearted . Because the garlic was intense but delicious at the same time will definitely return again. Highly recommend.

I visited this evening with my partner. On the whole compared to some places in Rochdale it is not too bad. We had the arancini balls which were quite nice and the cheese and charcuterie board. The cheese and meat board was also very nice but the bread was very very salty! In terms of service I think they could do better the lady serving did not check on us or ask how our food was. There were only 5 tables and modt were just drinking so sge wasn't rushed off her feet! Our plates were not cleared for ages until I caught the eye of the chef (owner?) when he was going back to the kitchen and he then cleared things away. Super strong camembert left over cheese is not exactly a romantic mood setter (it smelt so strong!! Overall, for Rochdale, you'd say it was pleasant but we work in Manchester and generally eat there where there is better choice and much better service!

Fantastic small Bar/Restaurant on 'The Walk' in Rochdale. Austin makes you feel very welcome and the atmosphere is very cosy. Love going there on a Friday afternoon for a few drinks and the Platters are to die for. In my honest opinion, the most friendly and comfortable place in rochdale. Its a MUST visit by eveyone.

Really nice place and the staff do an excellent job of being welcoming hosts. I have visited a few times at weekend and have ended up taking family and friends along to try it here as it's comfortable, casual and relaxed for everyone. Food is tasty, in particular the Mediterranean style boards to share with a bottle or two. Good, varying local bottled beers and even Rochdale mead which was a surprise. I am guessing that Vinesteins is going to be needing a bigger site soon, hopefully not outside Rochdale, but it's worth getting in there while you still can!

Another super lunch at this little gem of a bar. They made simple sandwiches and chips into a gourmet event and the wine options were excellent.

A fab little venue! We called in for a drink on a Saturday night and there were just 2 seats left at the bar, which we were more than happy with! The staff were really friendly and welcoming and even though they were super busy, they took the time to chat to us and recommend drinks! There was live music on which was exceptional and seems to be a regular thing, along with other themed nights! We didn’t eat on this occasion but the food coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing! We will definitely be back and will try the food next time!

We went to celebrate a family birthday. The restaurant is small and compact which helps for a really friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. Very friendly and approachable. My wife and I have both said that if we lived near Rochdale we would be back in an instant. Unfortunately,we live a fair distance away so we’ll just recommend Vinesteins for others to form their opinion.

Called in by chance on the way to a dinner. I wish we’d been eating here instead. Food is top notch. We just had snacks: olives, spring rolls and shrimp crackers and sampled some of the wine. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. The wine list is thoughtful and has some genuinely excellent wines. We had French and Italian reds, both first class. It really is a hidden gem. It was a surprise to find it in Rochdale! I should add that service was quick and the guy serving had a good knowledge of both food and wine menus. We’ll be back to try the Sunday roast menu soon.
