I contacted Baytree flowers from Doncaster, South Yorkshire on the off chance they could deliver some flowers for my Aunt, who lived locally. The help I was given was 1st class. The lady who dealt with me was Emma, she even sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers. Well done for going to so much trouble for the customers satisfaction. Best wishes for your future!

A lovely florist/cafe ran by two very nice ladies. Nothing was too much trouble and the flowers were beautiful, my Daughter's and Girlfriend loved them!

Absolutely one of the most lovely and charming placing I have ever been, has quirky modern decorating, relaxing atmosphere, loads of options for tea’s, coffees, cakes and snacks. The welcoming owners and staff is really refreshing as they are very attentive. My wife and I try to take our son once a week and if we don’t go he cries. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely little shop, amazing coffee's, hot chocolate, cakes, beautiful bouquets and so much more. Workshops are always popular so book early. Emma (the owner) always offers a warm welcome to go with the relaxed, cozy atmosphere, and all the little trinkets you can buy too. It's like a little safe haven retreat from the stresses of life.

Very nice, love popping in for an after school treat. The fruit cake is best by far 👍

Lovely little coffee shop and well priced. Good selection of cakes and decorated lovely for Halloween. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because me and my friends turned up one day and it was closed with no note on door or anything and I had travelled on public transport to get there!!!

Great little coffee shop/florists.

I bought my partner flowers from here just over two weeks ago. They were just lovely, a work of art the way they were presented. The owner is just a wonderful lady, great character and smile. My flowers lasted nearly two and a half weeks, what more could you ask for. A gem of a coffee shop, it lights up the corner of Baytree Lane.

Emma provided the service for my wedding flowers in December . She and Katie were amazing from start to finish . Emma listened to exactly what I wanted . I initially didn’t have a clue so Emma worked with me on this too . When I was invited for an initial meeting I was surprised and didn’t know what to expect . It was lovely as I got a feel for the place and for the people who were working alongside me to ensure I had special beautiful flowers for our special day . Emma, her mum and Katie always make my wife and I feel welcome when we pop in to say hi, buy flowers and/or have a coffee. For years, we have observed and experienced how hard Emma and Katie work in ensuring customers like us feel valued and understood with a level of tact, diplomacy and care appropriate to the occasion. For us, Baytree is Emma and Katie, we know they understand what we like in a bouquet of flowers before we really know what we like. They remember our last visit, purchase and enquire as to how our lives are, they show an interest that is genuine and warm. Walking into Baytree is like entering into your favourite relatives house, the atmosphere is always full of cheery, happy banter. Emma and Katie like to chat while they work, but not too much when they have a big customer order to deal with, a natural balance they take in their stride. Katie is delightfully funny and really likes to create the right ambience and get into the spirit of calendar occasions, it's not unusual to see her fronting the coffee shop dressed as a witch for Halloween or an Elf for Christmas, just a normal day at the office! The annual highlights for our family have to be pumpkin carving and wreath making, Emma and her mum are always on hand to offer help, hints and tips on how to get the best from the experience, they draw out the inner artist and the smiles from my wife and other customers at the end of the session say it all. It is clear to us this is a business that wants to shine bright, share and work for our community, to bring joy through their art and love of people.

My daughter chose Emma to make her flowers for her wedding day. I went with my daughter to meet Emma at this lovely, lovely shop to discuss the flowers. Emma was so welcoming and took on board everything my daughter said - she didn’t want anything big or fancy just simple and there was no pressure from Emma whatsoever to spend a lot of money. A breath of fresh air in the business world. On the day itself the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and EXACTLY what my daughter wanted. Couldn’t recommend this lady enough. Coffee and cake are out of this world too!!

Bay tree Flowers are a fantastic independent local business. Any flowers I’ve received from here have lasted a very long time and are always presented to a high standard. They’re also a coffee shop which I can’t wait to try out with my little one! The staff are also really friendly, polite and helpful.

Amazing local business. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Amazing with kids when taken into the coffee shop. Always service with a smile and cater to your every need. Nothing is two much. Flowers are amazing and great value for money. My flowers lasted for 2weeks which I got for my birthday and still looked as lovely as the day I got them. I visit here on a regular basis for several reasons - the beautiful bespoke flower creations by Emma, the wonderful array of drinks and cakes on offer from Katie but more significantly for the warm reception and hospitality you receive when you walk through the door. This little gem of a shop is a welcoming place for all, from the mums and dads on the school run and the grannies and grandpas with their little ones enjoying a nice afternoon drink. They accommodate your last minute flower emergencies wherever possible and always always service with a small. Well done to Emma, you have worked so hard to realise your dream and it’s well deserved.

Lovely little coffee shop and a great addition to the community. I can see me writing a lot of my thesis in here over the coming months! I had two enormous coffees at a very reasonable price and a Friday treat slice of cake and spent a good few hours working away in such a cosy setting, listening to the friendly chat and relaxing background music! I'll be in tomorrow to get lots more work done :)

We first met the Baytree family 4 years ago as Emma did our wedding flowers, i had so much faith in her work that i gave her all power to surprise us as she knows exactly what shes doing when it comes to flower arrangements and to this day everone still remarks on our wedding flowers and how beautiful they were. Since then we have continued to go here for any occasions, happy or sad and now most friends expect some baytree flowers to arrive in every event and i am pleased to say that my husband does the same for me on occasion. Aaaand then theres the coffee house, what an added bonus. Katie and Emma and the extended baytree family are lovely to visit, its not just a place you can get a bouquet, a coffee and a cake, its when you can get a hug and kindness when you need it the most. People friendly, child friendly, baby friendly, dog (outside) friendly and even heavily pregnant hormonal messes (me) friendly! Great little place. Always get my tea in a teapot (this only makes the brew tastes better). Great service and great options for dairy and gluten free products. The staff were fantastic with my toddler who just wanted to be in everything. And they have even provided and childs area with toys and drawing/colouring table. And the flowers are beautiful and well worth the price inc delivery. Will deffo be returning to a cosy and warming atmosphere.

Emma created my truly beautiful wedding flowers in June last year. I met Emma and she helped me so so much. I knew nothing about flowers and no real clue with what I wanted. Based on a very basic description of wild flowers Emma created stunning bouquets for myself and bridesmaids, buttonholes for the groom and best man and decorated our venue. All for an amazing price. Everyone commented how fantastic they looked! I would not hesitate to recommend Emma, you really are in professional hands. xxx

I had my wedding flowers from baytree and I would not hesitate to recommend Emma. Not just for my flowers which were amazing but I have also received bouquets from here as gifts and they were fantastic. This is also a great place for coffee in a relaxing place with cake to die for.

First it's jepson not nelson. The Baytree flowers and coffeehouse is more than 5 star. The flowers are all bespoke and unique to each customer. My daughter was over the moon with her wedding flowers and Emma spent as much time as required (and more) to sort them out and make it such a wonderful day. All the staff in the shop are outstanding and everyone is made to feel like your walking in your own front door. The cakes and coffees are a must on a visit to this delightful shop. I love Baytree! Always a warm welcome whether you're in for flowers or coffee. Not to mention the decor changes with each season - I highly recommend you get a peek at the beautiful oak leaves and pumpkins that are around for Autumn at the moment! My second home ❤️

A hidden gem! I love this shop, the flowers are just stunning and its a place I can take the family. Theres a lovely coffee shop inside which has a small table with pencils and paper that keeps my little ones busy. You must try the white hot chocolate is divine.

Fantastic florist and coffee house

Emma did the flowers for my Nans funeral recently. Her prices were so good compared to other florists I spoke to that my relatives were dubious about whether the flowers would look good or not - well they were absolutely beautiful and even when we visited the grave 5 days later they looked like new. Emma also gave a very personal service going through everything in detail and updating me all the way - I will definitely use her again for future flowers. :)

Emma has provided lots of flowers for me, she did my sister's funeral flowers and my wedding flowers, they were amazing! Such a friendly, loving service, can't recommend her highly enough, you can't put a price on the love she shows!
