Delivery takes over an hour, even though we are five minutes walk. We order from further away just to get our food quicker.

The kebabs here are truly exceptional. Normally, I don't leave reviews, but they absolutely deserve the recognition. The meat is perfectly cooked, never burnt, and always fresh. The friendly atmosphere adds to the overall experience. But don't just take my word for it—visit and experience it for yourself!

Pleasantly surprised! I was expecting standard takeaway type of food as I've driven past their shop in the past but the village platter came with a variety of meats was similar to platters you'd get from Kervan or Gokyuzu. The platter is meant for 2-3 but will be decent portions for upto 4 people. Cherry on top was the free chocolate cake and bottle of drink promotion. Good value for money too

This has got to be the greatest kebab shop in England, ordered a donner kebab wrap and it was perfect. The hospitality was incredible and the atmosphere was fabulous, had great conversations with all the members of staff. All in London must check this spot out.

New management has done wonders here! Best Kebab in East Barnet. Did forget to add the Salad to all 3 Kebabs but everything else was perfect. I do look forward to returning!

My experience here was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly. I recommend the doner kebab wrap, it was delicious and juicy. Overall I’m impressed.

Went from having the best food to the worst food in Barnet overnight.. used to come here three times a week census become Village kebab best I never come back here again.

Its changed hands and isn't as good anymore.

Since new management have taken over, there have been significant positive changes. The food quality and presentation have definitely improved, customer service is much better.

Order 2 donor kebab one chicken kebab and one lame kebab £8.00 each and if you can put half in each one he said yes but charge me extra £4.00 and I ask why he said I divided for you that cost£4.00 extra

Just vile. The place was still open at 11pm on a Saturday night. Everywhere else was closed (which is sad in itself). Rushed to choose what we wanted to eat. Couldn't wait to shut and get rid of us. They must be thriving and making loads of money. The food unfortunately was quite disgusting and ended up in the bin. The way this business is likely to go. But that is their own fault. Maybe get some business advice on how to attract and retain customers which = making money. It really isn't rocket science. Won't be back. Will spend my money elsewhere (if I can find somewhere in the depressing hole that is East Barnet). On another note, the food tasted like old cardboard. Really quite sad (for them, not me).

Terrible service, the person who picked up the phone was just being rude the whole time, in the end I had to hang up. Would not recommend.

Food is okay but they’re very rude and give attitude for nothing. Just went in to order a falafel and they gave me attitude just for asking for two condiments, won’t be going here again unfortunately. Much better Kebab shops around the area with much nicer and deserving staff for your business. E.g golden palace in new Barnet.

My local kebab shops small is bigger than their large😂😂, tiny portions and majority of the meat burnt. Won't be rushing back

Been ordering from here for 8 years. Never let us down. Recently tried the Quality Kebab Special.. half the price of the restaurant down the road so didn't expect much BUT WOW!!! Portions were amazing, meat was better quality and the flavour.. just wow. Chilli cheese bites are my personal favourite to go with a king doner burger 😉👍🏻 Doesnt matter the time, 4pm, 7pm or 10pm.. always hot, always fresh, always early. The ONLY kebab to order from anywhere in Barnet.

I’m really disappointed, placed an order and they told us it will be a 40 minute wait. 1 hour goes by and they start declining our calls and did not end up delivering anything. Extremely poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Quality food and quality service been going there for over 5 years. Nice local kebab take away. And the guys in there are always nice and welcoming. Can't wait for my next take away only went there today aswell.

Ordered a cheese burger and seen my bun was ALREADY TOASTED Challenged guy on this and he said it was only done 10 minutes ago with another customer. I told him I wanted a fresh one. This type of dishonesty gets right up my nose. Asked for tomatoes sauces and he smothered it ruining the burger. Also it was watered down with vinegar. Shop has a very grimy 1980’s greasy spoon feel. Staff and rude and shop has very hostile feel About it!

Absolutely hideous customer service! Lied to about delivery times even with 3 phone calls! A delivery driver who eventually turns up stinking of weed and pushes u away from delivery after shop manager advises him to drive away after having to call and complain numerous times! Store manager is rude and shouting down the phone and refuses to refund! Would never recommend quality kebab to anyone, absolutely disgusted with them!

we always enjoy the food from best quality, the kebabs are always great. disappointed today at the service, we were delivered a wrong order already half an hour late, we called to ask for the correct order where the man on the phone said they would send us our correct order and that we could keep the first one anyway. a whole hour after that the delivery man came angrily to our door and had a go at us saying to exchange the food - when I explained what had been agreed he was angry and i said he could just take the food as I was uncomfortable in this situation, he kept saying I was trying to get free food but eventually left the correct order and stormed off. very disappointing service.

This kebabs shop sells the best lamb donna in North London I highly recommend it to everyone that likes a nice juicy kebab

We drove all the way from Harrow (30 minutes drive) to claim the vouchers they gave out for a nursery school fair and planned to order additional for my family on top of the free food from the vouchers. The staff didn't want to honor the vouchers and asked us to come back the next day as the manager was not working on a Sunday. They should have offered to call the manager to confirm but they did not. It was a complete waste of our time. In the first place, the instructions on the voucher was to bring them to the shop anytime. They should have advised us not to come on a Sunday or the staff should have been informed beforehand. Just found the staff (Tony) being rude on how he dealt with us.

My local Kebab shop. Tried others and this is the best around - the staff are friendly and courteous. Always order on phone and pick up, or have it delivered. Wait around 30-40 mins max.

ordered a kebab told 30-45min, I phoned them a hour later told he is on his way now. 30min later I get a knock on the door I cant tell how it taste coz I didn't take it.
