My food came barely warm and I was missing my gravy and the saveloy was inedible

Food is always nice but this is the second order in a row that items have been missing. Please double check orders as this is the only downfall!

Recently switched to this chippy because I wasn’t satisfied with the local chippies in my area. Past 2 order have been 10/10! Decent portions, cooked really nice! Please don’t change because you’re one of the last few chippys that taste nice !

absolutely my fav chips shop, kebab in pitta is my go to and since I last reviewed about more salad in the dish, it always comes with more salad, it is perfection. thanks for a brilliant meal again

Every single time I’ve ordered from this chip shop I’ve never received my full order, there’s been an item missing everytime. And don’t bother ordering the Chinese curry sauce I’m always sent the chip shop curry sauce instead! How they can’t read a order I’ll never know

there was far tovmany chips but it was lovely

Food quality was good, quantity was very good. Slightly disappointed after being offered a freebie it didn't arrive. All in all would recommend and will use again.

Ordered food at 19:20pm arrive at 21:10- food was cold. Even the driver said he had to sit around for ages. Very disappointed. Couldn’t enjoy it went to waste.

Best chippy around. Always fresh and nicely boxed. Delivery time can be a bit hit and miss sometimes but it’s worth the wait

food was perfect, very generous portions. best chippy in Birmingham by miles. did take a really long time for delivery we was all starving by time it came haha but worth the wait, just put it down to being busy, it happens!

There was a lot of fat in the chicken meat

Food lacked a bit more salt. Not warmest of food even when delivered within estimated time. A bit expensive for 3 kebabs and one regular portion of chips is costing more than plus £35.

I ordered Mediterranean chicken and chips and underneath the chips was batter, not just a little either. Not sure as to why there was an extreme amount of batter underneath the chips and considering a large portion was ordered I did not expect all batter underneath the food I had ordered. It was not very nice at all.

I've been coming here for years. Usually the food it good. But there has been times where it's been disappointing. Chips tasting different and fish over cooked. Today I had to walk out because of one of them standing, chatting, bitting her nails constantly. She then done an order for someone straight after. Really put me off, so I walked out. Which I have never done.

Food was great but yet again delivery time just kept going back. Tried to call but no one answered. Driver was there for 20 mins while they prepared food apparently.

What can I say vist this shop on a regular basis, the food used to be great quality and fresh, but not on this occasion. Brought take away for a family of fourcosting £34:00 and this is what my daughter was give for kebab meat and salad, large chunky pieces of meat extremely dry costing almost £6:00 not fit for consumption not even by the dog, staff member shouldn't even be giving this to customers only fit for the bin.

Our food was stone cold….. my pitta bread was soggy, the meat seemed barely cooked and cold. The salad was soft and not fresh at all. The cod was all batter and very small fish. All was cold and extremely unpleasant on arrival. I have photos of the food and that it was too nasty to eat!

food arrived an hour late and was cold , was not what I ordered at all , I ordered large kebab meat chips and salad with yoghurt and mint sauce. I got small kebab meat and chips with bbq sauce on. phoned lea village to discuss and not their fault apparently. will never order from there again

Usually love the food from here but unfortunately the food was barely like warm today.

I have been going to this chippy for 15 years since school days. The food used to be amazing. There was a time i was eating here every day or every other day, but they never cook the chips long enough anymore that's when i stopped going. They ask for £6 odd for fish and chips that are half cooked. The fish was disgusting on my last visit, the chips were yellow and undercooked, this place used to get awards for their food. Me and the whole family have stopped eating here.

Great food. We usually use a different chippy. Which was closed. Which was fortunate we chose this one. The food was tastier and better quality.
