I have been to many Nepali & Indian restaurants over the past 20 years and i have to say this was some of the best i have eaten. Excellent and will be going back soon

Popped in as was nearby and peckish and glad we did! Lots of veggie and vegan options and what we had was delicious. Fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Friendly and courteous staff and food didn’t take long to arrive. Coconut rice and garlic naan were amazing. Would definitely recommend and return.

We came here on a Saturday evening for my husband's birthday meal with four of our friends. We'd turned up early for our reservation but were able to be accommodated. Food was very good and at a reasonable price. We had one slight issue with one of our starters and the staff were very fast to rectify the issue, by knocking off the item on our bill and providing us with freebies. The chicken tikka masala was very authentic; different to others I have tasted and full of flavour. The team even brought out a surprise brownie, candle and ice cream for my husband following an email i had sent them that same afternoon - free of charge! I'd recommend visiting this place for an enjoyable meal and brilliant service.

What a jewel in crown of Eltham is the Village eat Inn, the Wife and I had a meal in there last night Thursday 28.03.24, as it is a bank holiday weekend and nobody had to get up for work in the morning, We were so glad we did, we have not been here before and from the moment we opened the door we were made to feel very welcomed, The staff are so polite friendly, accommodating, while being very professional at what they do, they really did make you feel like nothing was too much trouble, The food is out of this world, so superior to any takeaway outlet, the taste of every mouthful was like high quality, professionally prepared, you soon realise the chefs must loved what they do and do not just do it for a job, It was a busy Thursday evening in there but the staff kept on top of every requirement and all with a smile, I would so recommend the Village Eat in for anyone wanting a night out with wonderful food and caring staff.

I love curry but often leave disappointed. Well no disappointment here. The best curry I’ve had for a very long time. We’ve been using them as a takeaway for years but last night friends were round so we thought we would try eating in instead. It was fab. We all really enjoyed it. I had the salmon shashlik (my go to dish) didn’t think it could be any better than my boxed one but goodness! The flavours. We all had something different and we’re all very happy with our choices. The presentation was excellent and so was the service. We are moving away from eltham soon but will be back before we move. Well done guys.

Good food nicely cooked just not a lot of mild dishes offered,restaurant clean and friendly staff. It is only a small restaurant and can get a bit noisy if full .

I eat here regularly because I know I will get consistent quality, also if you have allergies the menu Is very clear about what you can and can't have and there is plenty of options for you if gluten is an issue

Really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We was a group of four and all our plates were empty at the end of the meal. Great sized portions and so so tasty. Definitely going to return asap.

Went in & ordered take away Saturday night. On way out, guy said please enjoy your food & leave a review. I joked "Alright if I taste it first?". Well, I tasted it & it was superb! I'll be back 💯

When the Village Eat Inn first opened and did home delivery both the food and the service were very good. It was our 'go to' takeaway. But recently it has gone down hill. Both the quality of the food and the level of service has become poor. The website nolonger works for ordering food, the delivery is now done via Deliveru, and was extremely slow with the food arriving very late and cold. And the food itself is nolonger as good.

Excellent high quality food, absolutely delicious. Service is professional and very polite. It is a hidden gem in Eltham. Certainly the best restaurant in the area, and one of the best in London.

Food was utterly delicious, you could taste the distinct flavours and ingredients between dishes. Staff were very friendly and the decor was aesthetically pleasing.

This place is a must visit if you love Indian cuisine, the chicken tikka starter, and the lamb and spinach main, melted in the mouth....excellent food, lovely staff, we will definitely be back!

We had an brilliant meal at Village Eat Inn on its re-opening following a redecoration. The dips and chutney with the popadoms and the Onion Pakora and Sekuwa Chicken Kebab starters were excellent. The Malabar fish curry and the Hyderabadi Shahi Chicken were two of the best Indian dishes we have had in a very long time. We will be back soon. Highly recommended.

We have eaten in the Village Eat inn several times and the food is always excellent ! The tandoori’s are beautifully marinaded and cooked to perfection,the vegetarian dishes delicate and fresh and biriani so authentic . Very pleasant atmosphere, great service and we loved speaking to the staff about the food. This is a wonderful venue in Eltham - well worth a visit!

Some of the best food I have had fur a while. Chilli momos were excellent, as was the butter chicken. Great service also. Recommended

Had a take away from this restaurant for the first time it was excellent!!!! The flavours were amazing!

Just picked up a take away from here and it was outstanding Village timmur lamb was so soft and tarka daal was really good as well. Well worth grabbing some food
