Had issue with dropping top of my burger on the floor, waiter come back after 20 sec with “new fixed one”, I refuse to eat and I was offered refund or replacement. Lovely and very helpful manager!! Try to apologise the waiter for causing a problem and she completely ignored me - twice!! Very bad attitude from her!!!!

Brilliant place, would highly recommend. The staff are great and very accommodating especially Carl, david , Nick, indi, Agatha and especially Vicky. Real hidden gem.

Good, cheap food that came out fast and was delicious! Karl served my table and was a perfect example of food service.

Karl was amazing and had a lovely time with my partner would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great pint and a lovely meal!

Visiting from the states, stopped in for the lunch special. Atmosphere was excellent, food was great and service was amazing. Karl was our server, and he was awesome. Highly recommended. Sticky Toffee Pudding is a must!

A classic British Pub in the heart of London - you won't be disappointed!

Nice atmosphere, we are comfortable and the setting is authentic, fish and chips and top beers with good value for money for London ;)

We came in on a Saturday evening with friends, we had booked and were seated at the table. Very friendly staff, overall mediocre food. The sweet potato fries are good. Normal prices for a pub in London.

It was Farley quite when we went. Nice and clean place. Good service.

Burger was not cheap, and very dry. Where we sat, the smell was off, it was a Monday noon, no reason to reek like that.

It was a meet-up night with some old workmates and went in the Victoria for a frew drinks. It was OK. Drinks were a wee bit expensive for the type of pub.

Excellent. Typically British pub. An extremely hearty lunch. Located 2 minutes walk from Victoria station. Fish and chips and bbq chicken at the top. A perfect meal before leaving London.

Very dimly lit. The queue for the bar was horrific but not sure if that's just a Thursday thing. Didn't have food. Very easy to book an area which is a plus for after work drinks.

On our monthly London trips we pop in here for a few drinks and some food before we head to Gatwick and you just can't beat this pub, absolutely lovely staff, gorgeous food with the most amazing and pleasant service and even better they don't refuse cash here like so many London pubs.

Booked in advance for Christmas dinner. Told to pre order on site. Did this but on the day prices were more expensive than stated on the prebooking site. The table wasn't in the best position even tho booked far in advance but was set up nicely. Dinner was ok but unfortunately the Christmas deserts were the worst we have ever had! Rotten! Those who ate them felt sick afterwards. The worst deserts ever! Hard slices of Christmas pudding,stale brownies with soggy bread pudding. Looked like dog food. Disappointing. 1 order had a mistake but we were unable to swap to correct it and unable to confirm our correct desert orders on your site. As not accessible after orders have been submitted. Let yourselves down with the Christmas deserts Victoria.

Went to The Victoria for the coronation. We arrived at 9am and ordered a delicious breakfast and watched the television coverage with a glass, or few, of Prosecco. Well, it was for the King. Go to this pub, it's wonderful.

Festive+ at holiday time and we pounced on a table as soon as available. The reward -- tasty dinner of scallops. Service superb. A+ experience.

First time visiting, lovely little pub with great service from the bar team, desserts were delivered fast to the table and the Christmas decorations were amazing I have always gone to the larger pubs in Victoria, not anymore after discovering this little gem

I was traveling around London visiting different pubs and places. Earlier this year I popped in to the Victoria pub. The staff were are very helpful and gave a very good service.

Been coming here for years and I don’t think I’d go anywhere else as much as I go here. Cozy atmosphere and best staff ever always cheers me up coming here after a long day!! Nick is amazing and has the best service

I went there the other day with my family, and to be honest, I don’t think I will be going there again any time soon. The staff were just really rude. I went to the bar after having a couple of sips of my peroni to inform the staff that it was flat, and a girl named indy scowled before saying it was fine. What infuriates me, is that I hadn’t requested a new pint, nor approached it in a malicious way, I was merely stating the fact that it tasted off and was just trying to help. Also in light of the current economic climate, I would be expecting a better response after buying a “premium” lager. Her facial expressions were rather unpleasant to say the least, and she projected a really unfriendly aura too. I do feel somewhat bad though writing this this, as some of the younger staff were extremely pleasant and friendly!

Fish and chips très copieux, très bien placé par rapport à la gare mais mauvais service. Il faut demander pour avoir un nettoyage de la table avant qu'on s'assoit et elle a été juste été débarrassée, et même pas nettoyée. Les cheeseburgers se mangent mais n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. Caissière très désagréable avec aucune envie. À éviter. Date de service 30/09 au soir

Ordered 2 burgers and cod appetizer and 2 beers. Paid for it and my order came with 1 burger and the appetizer. Told the waitress that I ordered 2 burgers and she said okay. Assumed she was taken care of it. Never saw her again. Didn't have time to wait and had to leave. Burger was way overdone tasteless. Currently staying at across the street and will never go back again.

We ate at the pub tonight before our cruise out of Southampton tomorrow. We didn't understand how to order, but once we asked, sweet Becky told us how to order in the app and order drinks at the bar. The food and drinks were excellent, but best of all Becky attentive and so fun to talk to! Can't go wrong!

My wife and I and two friends popped in on the way to Victoria train station to have a meal, and we weren't disappointed the meal was plentiful and extremely well prepared I would certainly recommend the Victoria to anyone without second thoughts

Very dull and boring experience. And top that with rude bartenders makes it even worse. It hasn't always been the case but 2/3 times that I visited I felt that the staff wasn't very attentive, didn't remember what was ordered, rude for no reason and didn't bother cleaning the tables. I'd still understand all of that if its crowded but every time this happened there was hardly any crowd. Asked the bartender for a specific cider which he said isn't available but I could clearly see it in the fridge behind him and he only realised the third time I asked pointing towards the fridge that I see it there.

Ein Pub einer Kette, den man unter unterschiedlichen Namen in ganz London finden kann. Einrichtung urig und authentisch, Essen typisch Englisch, sehr lecker. Gute Bierauswahl. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Waiting for your train and want a pint? This place is better than the other local options, but a tiny tiny bit harder to find thus less smug and less crowded.

We stopped here on our way back from Victoria coach station. It is in a great location to grab a bite after getting back. It was a very good size pub and we were able to unwind with some good food and beer after a day of site seeing.

Ate here yesterday been up all night vomitting. Update: emailed as instructed, zero response.

日曜のお楽しみ！老舗パブで頂くサンデーロースト。 英国では、日曜日だけに食べられる「サンデーロースト」という食事があります。お肉や野菜の料理を一皿に盛り付けたご馳走で、きっと家族で日曜礼拝の後のお楽しみなのでしょう。ロンドンのパブの多くで昼から食べられるようですが、ここの料理はおいしかった！肝心のローストビーフはそれなりだったのですが笑　なんと言っても付け合わせのローストポテト！角切りにしたじゃがいもの素揚げ？でこれが美味！香ばしいグレイビーソースをかけて頂けばもう、ギネス５ℓは飲めます‼️おいしかったなあ。7月ですが、どうやら新じゃがの季節だったということでラッキーも重なりました。

Had a grand time at the Victoria. David and Jamie are the epitome of hospitality. Kind, warm and welcoming. Recommended for anyone seeking to catch a drink at a lovely British pub.

Would give 0 starts If I could because I left 10min after I arrived. I had this reservation booked for 10pm and was so excited to bring my family and show them a real London Pub because it was their first time here. As soon as I arrived (at 9:40, 20min before expected ) I saw a table with my name on it but there were already people there. I spoke with a girl from the bar staff about it and asked if she could clean the table we wanted to sit which she said okay. Came to clean it we said thank you several times that were ignored. After looking through the menu for 10min (in a table where the girl could see us) we were ready to order the food and went to till to do that. It was told that kitchen had been closed at 10pm. It was 10pm the time I was ordering so I asked since when has been closed which was told they take last orders at 9:45. I explained that in the website I chose the option of food and drinks and was replied with “we’ve sent you an email today about it” an email I obviously didn’t see from being in London with my family. All this could have been avoided if this information was explicit in the website at time of booking, also a little sympathy would have been nice. Ended up going at Cyprus Malagal restaurant and had a great time.

Very rude employees (especially 2 women working there, dark hair, a bit plumpy). They talk with customers very mean and without any interest. They give the drinks to guests so aggressively . The toilets DISGUSTING! STINKY AND DIRTY. The local also so dirty, stuff doesn’t clean tables, we had to ask the waitress to clean the table for us because otherwise we would have to wait ages.

Cosy pub were you can grab a drink and eat a bite. After a long day walking around London we could really wind down here. We grabbed dinner and a few drinks. The katsu curry chicken burger was really tasty and fish and chips also decent.

Fast service using the Green King app, waited no longer than about 20 minutes for food order to come out. Simple menu but filling and tasty. Nicer than the Green King a few yards away, near the coach station.
