Delicious breakfast & friendly service. Highly recommend for a great, healthy meal!

Great premises with high ceilings and large windows in the City of London. Public executives from the area with suits during the day, and without them at night. Large covered and outdoor terrace. Natural Food as its name suggests. The great Detox Salad is very good. Also good is the Indian style soup of the day, 🌶️ spicy. Very delicious 🐔 Spicy Korean Chicken 🌶️. Very friendly service.

We popped in for breakfast. While the place was oddly empty, it took a while for us to get seated and to get items we had asked for. The food was lacklustre and the plate was mostly bare. Waitresses were rather impolite but the other staff were very kind. Only the smoothie was good but how can you go wrong with juice? They also overcharged us on an item thinking we wouldn’t notice but it was fixed brusquely in the end. As we left, we passed by the waitresses who continued to chit chat and there were no “thank you’s” or “goodbye”. Extremely ill-mannered. A rather unpleasant dining experience. Such a shame too as the space is beautiful. But there clearly was a reason why it was so empty. I also got sick that night so I really question their hygiene.

Very delicious and healthy food. Good attention. It's usually quite busy. €25 for the main dish, approximately. But if you are careful when ordering, it is possible.

Went on a Saturday lunchtime,, it was pretty quiet. The food is a little expensive but it's very good quality, we had breakfast dishes and they were all excellent. Nice friendly service and a beautiful environment. Definitely recommended if looking for a quiet place to eat near Fenchurch St.

What a delightful restaurant! High ceilings, open floor plan and a wonderful staff. And of course the food was amazing! I ordered from the specials menu and both the crab risotto and the green curry mussels frites were excellent. While the food was great the service was on par! I loved watching the staff work as a well oiled machine to provide a top shelf dinning experience. I had no fewer than a half dozen team members attend to my table. On my next visit to London I will make a point to return to Natural Kitchens.

Enjoyed the food, but didn't like the service. A woman at the door - blond long hair, I think - stared at us as if we were travelling salesmen, before letting out a reluctant greeting ("hmm, yeah... hi") and cursorily showing us towards empty tables. Perhaps we should have taken the cue and left there and then. But we were too tired to walk further away from our hotel upstairs so we sat down. The aforesaid woman must have communicated very poorly if at all to her colleagues about our arrival because we had to sit at our table for several minutes without even a menu with us, before we had to proactively ask for the menu. The waiter who received our orders was kind enough, although he never asked us if we meant tap water when we ordered water, and charged us for a bottle - upon leaving only did I notice there were lines of bottled up tap water ready to be served. If they want to call it some sort of an "upselling" technique, they should realise it is a very cheap trick and only leaves bad impressions. No one checked if we liked the food while we were eating either, although towards the end of the meal a waitress eventually noticed that my partner's beer glass was empty and asked if he wanted another one. He wasn't going to order a refill if nobody asked, so kudos for them for getting this one on the bill as well, ha! When we left none of the women at the door gave us any goodbyes which confirmed my uneasy feeling at entrance. The fish and chips and falafel salad were full of flavor and the ingredients seemed very fresh. The portions sizes are quite big and the prices are similar to the other restaurants in the area. However, if you want an overall pleasant experience, please go elsewhere. Edit) Since the response from the establishment found it "offensive" to read my remark about deterring Asian customers from visiting this place, I deleted the sentence. Although there are things such as organizational culture and doctrins, we as himan beings in a social setting do not always act and think according to them even when we are part of certain organization. Rather, we see that many people prefer (or unconsciously choose) to act according to personal beliefs and whims, which cannot be entirely controlled by the organization, nor it shoulf be. Aside from the differences in observations I will just say this in place of my deleted sentence: Regardless of the customers' races or nationalities, I wish the restaurant could show sympathy and good manners in its service, starting from the moment the customer enters and ending at the moment the restaurant checks the review a month after the visit.

I really liked this place, I went for breakfast before work, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a space like this in the area. Great for business meetings too, big venue.

Our brunch experience on a Sunday was ok but nothing special and pricey. The restaurant is a huge hall where only 4 tables were occupied, the food and its presentation is average, the service was ok but again nothing special.

Customer care is sadly very lacking. Food was good but the bill was problematic. Very disappointed and happy to discuss further if contacted.

I've dined here 3 times. They have the BEST staff! The hospitality is world class. These are really fantastic people. The menu is also great, especially for children. Also probably one of the best soups I've ever had!

The natural kitchen was our first dining experience in the UK! It was really great and the food was delicious. I ordered my very first fish and chips from here since it was fitting, and that was delicious! The only reason for the 4/5 was the chocolate brownie was advertised as salted caramel, but it didn't taste like caramel at all. It was also a tad pricey.

Very expensive for lunch (sandwich and diet coke with service added was £31)!!! Service ok but as soon as finished drink or food empty plate or glass taken away.

My recent visit to Natural Kitchen with my friends was delightful from start to finish. Nice healthy food and the staff went the extra mile adding our protein powder to the smoothie. One thing - need to offer scramble tofu instead of egg for customers who prefer cruelty free option. Thanks

A delightful lunch in a gorgeous open sunlit space. Service was prompt and friendly on this quiet afternoon. I ordered a seasonal seafood risotto. Both the seafood and rice base were perfectly cooked with a creamy indulgent flavour. With the dish served steaming hot and clearly made to order there's care being done in this kitchen. The portion was deceptively large and very filling making it well worth the money in this central London area.

A great option with a variety of dishes. The service was superb and fast. Prices are responsible compared to different restaurants.

This place sucks. Avoid it. - the nachos were nasty. Limp chips, odd toppings, bad flavor. - Cesar salad served warm - Waitress brought bottled water instead of offering choice of free tap water or expensive bottled water

Eggs Cyprus. We had a really wonderful breakfast. It was just unbelievably good and held on for nearly the whole day. Really good. Fully recommended

TL;DR: Great food, good portions, moderate pricing. The haddock my father and I ordered for us both had an delectably crispy crust, and the tartar sauce was bursting with flavour. This plate was enough to fill both of our tummies. The food came at an acceptable speed and the waiters were nice. The restaurant was clean. Side note: The spring water they served was so exquisitely fresh. and pure. Even I, a silly North American tourist, gratefully paid the due 5 pounds. I am now extremely dehydrated because I forgot the brand and I cannot buy that water.

Brilliant quality food - haven’t enjoyed fish (as in f & c) as much since I ate it caught fresh! Amazing very consistent over our couple of nights stay. We looked at other locations but they all seemed over priced and somewhat grubby in comparison

Their pressed juice is incredible, never had anything like it. They were very accommodating to our food requests and perfect portions!

It is reported as a place suitable for celiacs, but in reality it has no particular options for them. Prices are a little high.

We ordered the mezze platter, fish n chips, burger. All of the food on the table was fresh and juicy. The platter was served in an opulent manner and was very delicious. The kids meal had a large potion. The staff was very welcoming. Thanks for all the hospitality

Pleasant staff, quick service, spacious dining area! Food was good. The menu could be updated with clear indicators for dietary requirements.

We ordered a salmon burger with salad and a gluten-free and lactose-free burger. The salmon burger was juicy and good, the salad too. A plus that they had gluten-free bread. A plus that they didn't add cheese due to the lactose intolerance. Asked for it afterwards, but unfortunately it was more sweat than melt. The salad could have benefited from a good olive oil which would have enhanced the flavours. Overall the food was nice and tasty. The service was prompt and a little too quick to clear away before both had finished eating. We like to eat with plenty of time. The interior is worn but pleasant and relaxed. Thank you for a satisfying meal where even those with allergies are welcome and taken seriously😀💫 Recommended!

Food was lovely. I had the Tai Green chicken curry. Ingredients was lovely and fresh. For desert I had the banoffee. I was okay. It had dried/dehydrated banana slices which I was not a great fan of. In addition it was served in a repurposed jar, with a wide base and narrow opening, which to be honest made it a pain access/eat. My main gripe with this place was they added a discretionary 12.5% service charge. (I was dining alone, so not exactly high maintenance!). They do not inform you of this so I guess they are hoping you just don't notice. (It is listed on the bill, in noticeably smaller font size). For this reason alone, I would not recommend and will not be back as on principle.

Superb destination for healthy food in London! Great find near our hotel. They have smoothies, porridge, and traditional breakfast with a healthy twist.

Went in for a late lunch. Firstly it was really good service. The ambience is also really nice and the restaurant is nicely set up and decorated. I had the chargrilled chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries - delicious! The tarragon mayo was just perfect (because sometimes it can be too strong, but not this!) My husband has the detox salad, wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place for a delicious breakfast. Fresh orange juice (albeit with ice cubes which was a first), coffee (chai latte), good English Breakfast Tea, and delicious breakfast food. We had the Vegetarian English Breakfast (with fantastic scrambled eggs and halloumi) and a poached egg dish. The breakfast food was some of the best breakfast food I've had in the UK.

The fried cauliflower was tasty except the sauce was too salty and the spice combination in the sauce doesn’t blend too well. Daughter and I both ordered fish and chips, which was yummy but again, salty. I wish server could have reminded us it’s a big portion so we could’ve shared one instead of wasting $ and food. Neither of us finished the food. Server was mostly unattentive which made the experience even worse. Atmosphere was nice though.

5 different breakfast dishes ordered - all were amazing. Fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. And great coffee. That's why we returnes an other day for a small lunch snacks. M highlight: the superfood detox salad.

Natural kitchen is a chain, so average food although pretty expensive given target market being business lunches. This venue is super loud at lunch, so I wouldn’t recommend for a business lunch, but maybe a casual team venue for ‘atmosphere’

We visited the place twice. Had an amazing breakfast. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff very polite.

Lovely location and nice views from the windows. Food is good, on a pricey side for brunch. But music choice of techno and trance for Sat morning is questionable and was disturbing.

The Cyprus Benedict was so delicious! The fried halloumi completely takes it over the top! The very smoothie was good, the cappuccino was one of the best I have had in London. The hashbrowns were delicious. The French toast was OK, the omelette was also OK. Service was lacking. The waiter misunderstood our order, things in complete, and just overall did not contribute to the experience that was expected. I would return just for the Cyprus Benedict and the cappuccino.

Cozy food, quite good quality, which is not common in London. Fresh vegetables. Nice vegetarian soup.

If you like your omelette like a frisbee then this is your place!!! No follow up from staff after food was delivered to check if everything was okay, I had specifically asked for a soft cooked omelette, what arrived was inedible! When plates were collected with my almost complete omelette still attached and I said that it was overcooked the response was ‘Oh’ no apology or offer of alternative. Very little customer service, still 12.5% service charge!!

This place is absolutely perfect. We've ordered English Breakfast, and it was delicious! Great service, i can't say anything negative at all.

The food is average at best. I could have overlooked this had the customer service been decent - but dear reader, it was terrible. The staff were cold and unwelcoming and it felt like they didn’t want us there, which was bizarre seeing as the place was practically empty. Our waitress had a terrible attitude and sneered at me for mispronouncing the name of a Spanish wine, and patronised my partner. She seemed to be rushing us out while we were still eating and drinking - snatching our plates and glasses away abruptly. The bill was presented to us inside a children’s book - “The Ugly Ducking” which was completely bizarre and seemed to have no relevance whatsoever. We laughed and tried to make a joke with the waitress about it (because it seemed so awkward) but she maintained a blank expression like this was a totally normal thing to do?? We paid £60 for two pathetic salads, one drink each and a bad attitude. Would not return even if they gave us free vouchers.

The room was cold. I had to wear a coat. Some of the staff were friendly but some really not and not a nice experience at all.

Tasty juice, however the avocado toast was not seasoned, therefore quite blend. Also, pricey for a avocado toast and natural juice 20 pounds (including service charge)

The food here is excellent although quite expensive. The service is very variable and lets the restaurant down. We were however impressed by the service provided by Marcia which was excellent.

A great location close to Tower Hill, however, very average food which is hugely overpriced. Steak and chips for £38 was a ridiculous price for oven chips and very average steak. There is no justification for charging that amount. Menu not hugely inspiring and salads etc over dressed and portions small. Staff do their best in this mostly empty place, devoid of atmosphere. A pity. I won't be returning and can't recommend. Clean toilets though!
