Victoria Bar & Restaurant in Thanet

We were a party of 5 for Sunday lunch, all our party agreed that the food and service were excellent and will definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely experience

We stayed in the Victoria hotel and used the restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious The staff at the hotel were lovely and we most certainly would stay ther again

Had the noodle soup and it was amazing! Ended the meal with the chocolate chip cheese cake and omg it was to die for!!!! Cant recommend this place enough!!!

Heard great things about the Sunday Lunch served at the Vic. They were almost right. It was even better! Quite possibly the best roast (I had the beef) ever. You can judge a roast on the quality of the meat and the yorkies! And they are great.

In Margate for a girls weekend away and staying in an air bnb property literally a few doors away. We stumbled across the bar and it made our evening. Great staff, great atmosphere and fantastic service. I would highly recommend

We stayed in the hotel above the restaurant and decided to book for the breakfast , We had the full english which was cooked to perfection with tea , orange juice and toast , Tim the manager also gave me a tip as to how he got his mushrooms to tasty . I would defo eat there again .

Excellent tapas and breakfast stayed in hotel above ate here every morning plenty of choice. Scrambled egg and smoke salmon very tasty

This little gem is so good we have visited twice this month (returning with friends)! Always a warm welcome and the staff there are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food taking extreme care to produce each dish with perfection making you feel like you are getting a really special experience We will definitely be back! The Venue is under the Victoria Hotel so no sea views, but the Tapas was gorgeous. We will definitely be going again.

We stayed in the hotel upstairs and ate here on our 1st night. The footie was on in the gazebo which was really pretty so we ordered drinks and tapas. Lovely fresh food, reasonable prices. Good drink selection. The service was prompt and polite. Was a busy night and the team kept everyone fed and watered. Great time!

Friday night at the Victoria Bar. Started with beers - the San Miguel is really fresh. The frozen glass is a great touch. Had some nibbles. I’m not a vegetarian, but the halloumi is my new go to snack. And finished off with a Long Island ice tea. 100%

Heard bout this place from friends. Missing my holidays in Spain, so had to try it. Beautiful sunny day in Margate and it felt like sitting in a bar in Madrid. Great authentic tapas and a Sherry to wash it down. Gambas, Croquettes, Chorizo, Padron Peppers. All of my favourites. The Serrano ham and Manchego were glorious. Got to be tried!

Fantastic fresh tapas and attentive service. The bar is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The chef came out and spoke to us and was very attentive to our requirements . Tim the bar owner is very welcoming and the whole experience was a good one. Thanks to all at the Victoria Bar & Restaurant.
