Another fabulous meal delivered, everything is so tasty and always happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. Cannot recommend highly enough

inconsistant! I'm extremely angry, butter chicken massala tasted like medicine and was spicy. people ordering butter chicken are usually not wanting spice and wasn't the last time we ordered we intended to give this to our children they couldn't eat it as too spicy chips were really stale like hours old. it was a complete waste of money.

Late delivery. Food standard has went downhill, they’ve changed the curry? Chips were horrible couldn’t eat. I won’t be ordering again.

ordered the usual karahi chicken which is normally great and hits the spot. This time it arrived, all bone in the dish and ridiculously hotter than normal, not what we normally receive at all and couldn't eat it, had to be thrown away it was horrendous. just eat don't care either so money down the drain and meal in the bin.

First time I have ordered from this place,thought I might be to far for delivery,but I wasn’t and food came piping hot,this is the best curry I have tasted in a very long time.will defo be going again

Food is bad, worst curry to date! Frozen reheated I reckon, was way to much water on my plate! 30 pounds for????? A bad tummy more than likely! Cold! Bland! Straight in ....... binnnnnnnnnn

Delivery great. Food not so much. Lamb rogan Josh was okay however we also ordered a chicken tikka and chicken korma and the consistency of the sauce was milk. Thin and watery. Would not order from here again.

Order was delayed and a new delivery time received but was still late, this is becoming a common theme with the restaurant. Food arrived cold and the poppadoms could be bent in half without breaking.

Tasty hot food with good portions. Cheese naan would be better with more cheese.

Did not like the food at all , salmon was very dry, generally food was cold. The tandoori platter was tasteless and the fish was overcooked . The best thing was the Nan after I reheated it!

Whilst the food was very tasty and delivery was good, I was completely shocked to receive such little portions! I paid £21.00 + delivery for tiny tiny portions which were basically downsized! I really like Viceroy and usually they give good portions, however this time I felt extremely short changed :-(

Poor service, order placed 3 hours ago and delivery for 1930. Decided to put on a delivery with villages in Staffordshire. Food been on the road for almost an hour and cold. Will not eat food that’s been travelling for so long.

The nicest curry I think I’ve had, garlic chilli chicken was beautiful and the chicken was perfectly cooked

The food was really tasty - especially the naan breads!

I am extremely unhappy. The driver was unable to find the house, despite us telling him multiple times the address. We were on the phone for 15 minutes directing him to the address. He was still unable to find it and we had to pick it up from him at a nearby pub. When we picked it up from him? He told iWhen we actually received the food, it was cold. I am utterly disgusted with the service we have received from the driver. I am sure the food would have been nice if it arrived hot but it didn’t.

Order was 2.5 hours late, when arrived it was the wrong order. Called up to reorder and collect ourselves despite paying for delivery and taking another half hour. Asked for money back and this was declined. You have now lost a customer due to your very poor customer service.

Not a nice experience at all. My Paneer dish looked and tasted like a pasta sauce, this did not resemble or taste like a curry dish, frankly it was awful. The Onion bharji was far too spicy, the rice was tasteless and the naan bread was absolutely covered in cheap lazy garlic. To conclude, i will Not be ordering from here again!!!

I love your food but twice now there has been items missing from my order that i paid for. Last week it was the pickle trays this week i only got one nan bread. Please dont miss items off its putting me off ordering in the future which is a shame. Food always good and delivery is always on time shame really

Order was incorrect. We ordered lamb and got chicken. However, was delicious so we ate it!

Been over 12 months now and still not received my chicken shashlik takeaway. Took them 1hr 45 mins from ordering to deliver most of our food. Missing my dinner though, rang them up and they refused to send one out or refund me. I could get a discount next time I ordered though. Not used since. Food wasn’t bad (when they remembered to send it) but service and attitude was terrible.

Its been a long time since I’ve had a curry, and WOW absolutely delicious. Definitely a Indian takeaway i will be using again. A big thanks to all of your team.

I placed an order on Uber eats. My meal was not delivered. I checked the app and it said order cancelled. I called to ask why and was told that my house was outside the delivery area. It’s a shame the app let me place the order as most places don’t show up if they’re outside your delivery area. Also would have been nice to be contacted instead of me having to call. The app might be to blame. However, writing review as my feedback would be to call the restaurant instead of using any app to place the order. Can’t speak for the quality of the food.

DELIVERED BIG FLAVOUR ! Food was great and tasty Definitely hit the spot in flavour dept. I did think the the tikka sauce was a little thin but that's just my preference for thicker sauces, tikka sauce in derby seams to be wildy different from restaurant to restaurant. Would still order again The value for money could not be beaten. Did forget my pickle tray But no drama just logged it as a missing item. Definitely still order again.

They let me know the order was going to be late, so that was fine. The coke cola was missing … called but nothing happened & no refund

The masala was florecent orange, watery and tasted of absolutely nothing except coconut with zero spice . The pilau rice was brown (??) and didn’t taste good at all. Overall we struggled to eat any of it except the onion bajis. Really gutted as we were genuinely looking forward to it!

Not sure what’s going on tonight?! Previously had nice food from here. Amongst this order I made was a korma - that was so spicey I thought my lips were burnt, couldn’t eat any of it. Somehow the potato stuffed naans were interpreted into very V spicy meat naans? And the portions were meagre. I don’t have money to waste, a take out is meant to be a treat so am extremely annoyed.

Absolutely appalling. Food never came. Rang the staff at the restaurant 5 times and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing because the food is usually so great and I had my birthday meal at their restaurant last month. They have lost a loyal customer today.

Placed an order and arrived inside 20 minutes, how can you cook a meal and deliver from 3 miles in 20 minutes. Minus a starter at £5.95 uncooked naan and the meal was disgusting order at your peril

Great food & an excellent delivery service

Food was delayed and arrived very cold. The delivery driver was also too busy talking on his phone to say a single word to me... not even thanks/sorry it's late. It was incredibly rude, and on top of the cold and unappealing food, has put me off ordering from here again.

Curry very good, delivery time nearly an hour late, and the app told me it had left 30 mins before it did, the guy was super friendly about it, doesn’t change how late it was.
